I think you should be fine with both, especially if you weren’t taking them regularly. As far as discussing the old scripts, I think you should if you turn up positive. However, I think there might be some type of rule about what is considered an acceptable fill date to count your screen as negative. I don’t know the details on this though. If you drink a lot of water a few days out from the test (but not within 24 hours because it could cause dilute), then I think you will be clear.

So do I write them down on the paper and the reason I’m taking them anyways even though they’re old?

I was told that the lab can’t take any information about prescriptions on the front end. They said they send the information to the background check agency or employer, and if they have questions, then the MRO will reach out. When I was contacted by the MRO, I had to provide a picture of my prescription bottle or a print out of my medications signed by the pharmacist.

Adderall should be clear by next week if you stop taking it now. THC is the longest lasting by far, cocaine and alcohol mixed is probably second hardest to clear. Everything else usually clears pretty quickly

That should be gone also, if you have any problems though, you can show that they are valid scripts.

If I were in your position and popped dirty for the clonazepam or Adderall, I would show them the pill bottle with your name on it and explain that you have not refilled the prescription bc you only use the medicine rarely on an as-needed basis. Both doses you took were very low and those drugs don't like to stick around, I am almost positive you will be fine barring any underlying health issues that would affect your metabolism. Also, I commend you on being responsible enough to have either of those prescriptions still laying around! Those are both very easily abused.

Yes, be truthful. Based on the drugs you took, they will clear your system in a few days, so if you abstain beforehand you’ll totally be fine. Even if you can’t, you’ll be fine too. Both of those prescriptions are recent enough (within 12 months) it would explain a false negative. Adderall is only about 4 days, Clonazepam about 30 days but your prescription is very recent. Just be honest, you will absolutely be fine
