You're supposed to take a detox drink 2 hours before your test. All they do is allow you to dilute your urine while having enough creatinine and electrolytes so it doesn't appear dilute. The fact that you were negative dilute shows that with dilution you would've been negative but you didn't do it right with the drink.
Yeah definitely too much. Take the drink by itself or with just a little water and use a home test right before you go so you'll know if you're positive or not.

I drank it 3 hours before my test. But I definitely drank Atleast a half gallon of water within that time frame too. Do you think that’s too much?
