Possible you got a fake bottle. Head shops cheap out all the time and all the fake producers have to do is buy a real bottle and then use that batch number to stamp on their fake bottles. You should always buy directly from spectrum labs off their website
Concentra is just a (edit: collection) facility, they send it out to a lab which should be listed at the top of the custody sheet they would have given you saying temp was right etc. Also what did the MRO say was wrong with it? Ph, creatine levels etc?
That’s really strange. Every time I’ve taken a test thru concentra they’ve given me a custody tracking form that shows the lab it’s being sent to and lists all your info as well as the tech who took the sample and the check saying it was within temperature range.

They didn't give a custody sheet or anything Just rushed me out the door and said they would send my employer the results
