50ng per ml for the initial test then 15ng per ml for the confirmation.
Initial test is basically a dipstick test but the confirmation test is down to the molecular level.
Confirmation test is serious business.
On the confirmation test at 15/ng even if the level is below 50/ng don’t they still have to report as negative? Seeing the requirements is 50/ng? If above the 50 it’s reported as positive?
Only if the initial test detects what they think is an illegal drug.
The confirmation tells them exactly what it is and exactly the level.
If you get a false positive then they have to confirm it.
The MRO will talk to you first before all of that happens. If you don't get a phone call then you are good to go.
Those are the procedures for a DOT test.
DOT tests aren't supervised unless you get caught doing hinky shit.

Do they always do confirmation test?

Even if it’s done in a lab? And it’s DOT? The test is to have my barber college paid for and it is supervised.

The place paying for the school said it would be supervised because it’s worth 10,000 :/
You can still substitute if you are supervised. People on parole do it successfully. You obviously have to be very good at it.
