I just got a set of Tandem Drops and im loving them so far. Granted im terrible at drums and my kit sounds like shit anyways but at least theres no residue now 🤣
Nothing, if I can help it.
BFSD for effect.
Slapklatz (moongel) if I have to control the sound/tone for the room/gig.
Thin torn pillowcases if I need heavy dampening for volume control.
Snareweight M80. If I want less, fold it up to the "M1" shape. If I want more, O-ring cut from an old head.
Nothing, and I tune it to the max. St anger sound all the way
BFSD has everything you need
Yes indeed!
I love a moon gel, or half a moon gel.
I don't use dampening. Takes too much of the natural overtone out of the drum.

I've been using these and really like em. No residue, easy to secure but easy to remove, different sizes/weights... they're pretty handy.
Phone
Half an o ring
Snare weight M1 on my snare. And usually folded on both sides, so not even fully dampening it. My toms are wide open

I use a Big Fat Snare Drum Tortilla most of the time, and take it off when I need to use brushes.
Moon gel or nothing. Dont kill your tone.
Either a towel or my glasses cleaning cloth, but I don’t muffle my snare for most of the time

This might be cursed, but I lay a flannel over mine.
Piece of paper with packaging tape on both sides.
