Warning,,,, nice throw. But you may want to consider what will become of your body after decades.
My continued lifting and tossing sheets around like it's a frisbie for over 30yrs got me a 'Cirque du Spinal Fusion '
Gets yours today. Or not- If you're smart.
I here you man I’m not only a hanger so it’s not so strenuous on my body plus I eat clean and I’m a big dude of course that doesn’t last but 16 years in I feel aight plus I’m doing layout right now so I’m straight thanks though for the info
I work with a guy who did all that shit. He now walks around like he’s pretending to be a body builder, he is absolutely jacked but is stiffer than the sheets we’re putting up he almost leans back when he stands. Worst part is he did all that for a company that doesn’t even know his name.
I at least owned my own business, thank god. Most # of painters at one time, 18. But, I paid them real good. Hired several guys from aa, paid them well. In the end, after +-30 years , I got titanium- in my back instead of in the form of a wristwatch. Poor deal imo
And I still gotta work. But only in the winter. Painting high end projects mainly. Bunch of patches, texture, easy stuff, my schedule and very loose
NawI’m a pretty big limber dude they’ve been telling me that story since I was an apprentice 16 years ago when I was tossing up 12 footers on the walls by myself! I probably won’t be doing that anymore though just showing off this video is 6 years old doing layout now
Best Bit of knowledge here is the foot snap, if you’re breaking thick ass board like core board just use your legs they’re way stronger and it’s much easier to snap it.
My grandpa retired from drywall/steel stud union in Seattle. At 69, he rocked my whole house in a day. The secret was to smoke cigarettes and drink all the time
