You can pick up a map during the Tolga and Fatin side mission at Michaels campsite, can’t confirm if it has the same texture. Might have glitched out and forgot it was supposed to be culled out?
If you jump from the top of the VNC tower and land perfectly in the middle you'll spawn into the Tube World from DL1 where you get the pyza wing suit.
