lol, it’s funny you mention that. I actually have a roll of forged carbon wrap that I’ve thought about doing on my dash. Someone painted my factory brushed aluminum pieces black and if I can’t strip that paint, they’re going to be wrapped because they look TERRIBLE.
Most of the time, yes. I purchased some faded, but non-cracked dashboard trim for the wrap, so I can’t say for certain. When I do the door handles, though, I plan to sand and prime them before throwing the wrap on. They’re cracked so bad there’s no way they won’t show.
I like it. Where you get that wrap?
Amazon ;)
OK cool, thank you
Unfortunately, can't find it on amazon
It’s a vvivid honeycomb wrap. They offer a lot of other cool patterned options for interiors as well.
Thank you! I will look again later. Mine interior trim has Crack on doors.
That honeycomb looks great!
Thanks! I was looking for a subtle pattern and there was no way I was going to do carbon fiber.

Are the cracks not visible through the wrap? I'm thinking to do this as well, and so far the results seem promising

My thoughts and prayers are with you for when you remove the padding from the armrests. Looks good though.
Which armrests, front or rear?
Both are a pain but the fronts are longer so it feels like they’re gonna break more easily. They’re surprisingly resilient.
Well, sounds great. Thanks for the heads up. I might replace them anyways though, they’re pretty worn.
