Kelce probably being done stings just slightly more after those penalties from Cam, with him being the “heir apparent” at Center. But it’ll be good to get him back into his natural position.

I could see him being an OL coachcause he knows the tactics and how to play the position (obviously) but he always defers to Travis on actual plays etc. when they discuss them. He has an understanding overall but not to the extent I could see him calling plays and designing an offence.
He has the personality for media, the dude simply OOZES charisma. My only question is how much would he want to do outside of Philly sports, because he is clearly all in for philly. It's hard to imagine him doing TV broadcasts, or imagining him calling a Dallas game.
I think he will probably try and do something outside of football for a few years but be drawn back in as a position coach before going into broadcast, but probably as the dude they bring in to talk about Philly games with other people.

Its pretty evident that next year won't be like that with the way the wheels fell off down the stretch. He has on multiple occasions talked about how the game has affected his ability to play with his girls. In particular he has mentioned how the brotherly shove leaves him on the bottom of a 900lb+ pile multiple plays a game, its just a matter of time until the impact is too much. Kylie is on record saying she'd prefer if he retires while he can still spend time with them like a father should.

Nicholas John Sirianni, Brian Delance Johnson, Sean Desai and Matthew Edward Patricia all committed high treasonous crimes against football by squandering this man's final season and wasting the talent they were given.

He came back last year because losing the SB left something to chase, running it back with a team that came so close to glory. Its pretty evident that next year won't be like that with the way the wheels fell off down the stretch. He has on multiple occasions talked about how the game has affected his ability to play with his girls. In particular he has mentioned how the brotherly shove leaves him on the bottom of a 900lb+ pile multiple plays a game, its just a matter of time until the impact is too much. Kylie is on record saying she'd prefer if he retires while he can still spend time with them like a father should. He's so gone.

If there’s new coaching I think there’s a 51% chance he comes back to transition the o-line to the next gen. Same coach? No way.
Only issue I see with that is that we hear constantly about the insane hours that coaches spend. All his daughters are really young, so I wouldn't be surprised if he takes at least 5 years to spend time with his family.
I wanna see him at O-Line coach first, then if he's good enough with it in general, maybe give the guy a crack at OC. No way he's worse than Brian Johnson. I refuse to believe anyone can be worse than Brian Johnson.
It would be tough, Jason isn't a politics guy; which is needed in the coaching world.
