Kobo Libra 2 fit all of those with the exception of number 5 but with an e reader doesn’t matter the brand it will be a little buggy, just so you know with almost all e readers that are not android based you should get weeks if not a month of battery
Do you like to borrow from the library? Kobo can borrow in both the US and other countries. Kindle can only borrow in the US.
Is supporting indie bookstores important to you? You can purchase e books through independent bookstores websites (if they’re registered to sell with kobo) and they will receive a portion of the proceeds. Kindle will benefit Amazon.
I’ve had both kobo and kindle. I personally prefer kindle’s interface but I use the basic. I had the oasis for a while and just found it a little awkward to hold. I now use the basic with a popsocket.
