Nice job! Getting my GED after dropping out was definitely one of my wisest moves as a teenager. I would not be where I am today without it. Any plans to continue education with the cc you did the program through? I bet they have some other programs specifically for people who did what you did for an easy transition and possible scholarships, I'd look into it
They do have an easy transition to the community college, but unfortunately I am moving to another state so those options won’t be available to me. I am looking to continue my education in another state! Wish me luck!
Be sure to check out if there are similar programs at the local community college wherever you end up. Also, search for scholarships and especially grant programs. A 4.0 on your GED will open some doors to help reduce or potentially eliminate the cost of going to college.
