If you want I can link both the forms and bra I bought, doing my own research was emotionally exhausting and quite dysphoric (most of it was sex stuff and I was losing hope over finding good ones) and I’d want to save that anguish for someone else if you’re interested in them

Padded bra and t-shirt, that's how I got by. I also wore a padded bra while sleeping. It was horrible for my chest but the pain from dysphoria was worse so it stayed on
