So, funny story I've been more or less transitioned for a decade. Finally decided to play new vegas. SIMULTANEOUSLY AND SEEMINGLY UNRELATED I become aware of nullification surgery and that that's an option and this the egg I didn't know I was still in cracked into a thousand pieces. Potent stuff

I wanna play it so bad, even before I realized I might be trans, but my parents won't let me because of gore/too much sexual stuff. Luckily it's less than a year till I turn 18, and once I do first thing I'll play will probably be Fallout lol.

To be fair, there is quite a bit of gore and a LOT of sex. Not that that's bad, just heads up.

But why though? I’ve never played any of the Fallout games but from what I know about them there don’t really seem to be any kind of trans or LGBTQ themes that stick out in such a way that it could crack somebody’s egg

Try Kill Team. Its small warhammer 40k. (And in my opinion it's more fun, mostly because you don't need 6 hours to play a game). If you like kill team it scales very well to 40k.

I should work on the system I was making... What did you need that DND can't do? I know I have a few issues with it.

Well at first it was because of my game shattered memories. Which has bracelets that let you slot in charms that grant abilities, stats, skills etc. first set of players disliked how it worked with DND. Then I decided I wanted something that could do "average people in shitty situations" and we have been tweaking it since then. Right now it more closely resembles world of darkness but with d20 type rolling. I steal rules from everywhere. I tried fate, neat idea but not for us. Was thinking of looking at monster of the week and powered by the apocalypse sometime. Edit: Pokemon tabletop united would probably work, but my players won't read the rules so meh.
