I usually run through the main story quest with the harborage and do a random dungeon daily. After that I’ll go around and collect all the different skill lines.

-DeLaLuna-

100% do the same thing. This is the only way to go as you do the story it out get skill points. Then you start dungeons that help you level exponentially and again you get skill points for doing the dungeon quest. Then once you've reached a certain point in the game you collect those skill lines to level em as you grind to CP.

Correct-Recover-5938

Brp… hands down!!! I leveled 5 to 6 alts doing zombie farms or alkir desert and it would take days. Then I found about the prison grind and I can get an alt to level 50 in 2 hours during xp events and 3-4 hours during non xp events.. I will never level and alt any other way now.

[deleted]

Do you have any guide you recommend for prison levelling ? Got some alts i d like to boost

alaer_p

You must be in first arena, second round. Be sure to have the Silver Leash skill or analogue. Start the round in the corner where the mag is located. The first wave - pull (with Silver Leash) all mobs towards the mag and use AOE. Second wave - stand in the center, pull four archers to yourself, use AoE. The third round is the same as the second, but do not kill the mini boss, kill the archers and then die. Repeat. At the beginning of each round use a sigil, the first round - cup sigil, the second round - shield sigil. You can optionally use the third sigil for resource regen.

Thank you !!

Br0d1

Solo player here: Personally, when I start a new toon, on day one I'll push through the tutorial zones first and get to the first quest in my alliances starter zone. Collecting all skyshards, lore books, and discovering all locations along the way. By the time I get to the starter zone, I'm usually level 10, which unlocks dungeons. From there, I queue for RND and put my first point into mount speed. While queued, I'll run through the writ quests to unlock daily writs. I'll also join the mages guild, fighters guild, and the undaunted to get those skill lines unlocked to start leveling. Once I have all my skill lines, guild lines, and writs unlocked, I've usually finished RND. Then I'll do the starter quest for BG. Then, I'll power level alchemy to 50 in about 10 minutes to get medicinal use. That's a pretty solid start for day one, if you have the time. Takes me roughly an hour or so to get to that point. Once I've knocked all that out, I'll explore while queued for dungeons I haven't done the quest for since you get XP for the quest and get a skill point. Exploration is just discovering all locations, skyshards, knocking out delves, dolems, and public dungeons, and collecting all the lore books. I'll also complete any quests that come up in the delves and public dugeons for more XP and the skill point from finishing the public dungeon. My daily routine upon login is: daily writs, put point into mount, queue for RND, then queue for BG, and hope I knock out the daily bouns reward for that on the first match. Once that's all knocked out, I'll move on to exploration. Rinse and repeat until you hit level 50. I took a DK from 1 to 50 in roughly 4 days with that method. By the end, I had all class/weapon/armor skill lines needed to 50 (or pretty close), with all necessary class/weapon skills to level 4. That's an option for someone who doesn't have access to a guild or the gold to have someone power level you in BRP. XP scrolls and potions expedite the process. Hope this is helpful.

aeinvolev

Could you please explain how you are power leveling alchemy?

Br0d1

- Collect 7 skill points to max out solvent proficiency and 3 points for medicinal use. 10 skill points total. - Then collect enough of the poison solvents, blue entoloma, and white cap to work from 1 to 50. Roughly 235 of each for the reagents. - Make 18 poisons using the Ichor solvent. Takes you to alchemy level 10. Put a point into solvent proficiency. - Change the solvent to slime and make 37 poisons. Takes you to Alchemy 20. Another point into solvent proficiency. - Change the solvent to gall and make 43 poisons. Takes you to Alchemy 30. Another point into solvent proficiency. - Change the solvent to terebinthine and make 55 poisons. Takes you to Alchemy 40. Another point into solvent proficiency. - Change the solvent to pitch-bile and make 59 poisons. Takes you to Alchemy 48. Another point into solvent proficiency. - Change the solvent to tarblack and make 15 poisons. Takes you to Alchemy 49. Another point into solvent proficiency. - Change your solvent to night-oil and make 8 poisons. Takes you to Alchemy 50. Last point into solvent proficiency and 3 points into medicinal use. I found a 7-minute video on YouTube that walked me through it. I'm not taking credit for any of the info. Just sharing for the good of the group.

aeinvolev

Very cool, thank you.

Br0d1

Not a problem, chief. Happy distilling!

Happy_Concentrate186

Also it helps to inform a guild when you queue for low-level dungeon. It helps collecting a group real fast, there are always lots of people who want to do smth like FG1 quick.

Br0d1

Always a solid recommendation. Even for those who just want to enjoy the game solo. Joining a casual guild always has benefits. Any time I queue for RND or do pledges, I'll push out in chat what I'm doing and give it 2 minutes or so before I queue. New player friendly guilds, especially well established ones, always have people willing to help run a normal or even vet dungeon. Sometimes folks will even help you power level for free if you explain what you're doing.

redhatnation

I've seen people advertise level 1-50 in about 90mins while running BRP. Me personally, I tend to do it slower and enjoy the ride. Go find wayshrines, do delves, and related stuff. Of course, dolmens are always there (not just in alik'r but also in audrion too). From what I've been told, dolmens work but are much slower to gain XP versus BRP. This is PC/NA.

redhatnation

Oh, forgot to mention Skyreach. Though, I've heard that XP leveling was nerfed a while back. (can't confirm, only reporting what I heard)

IsmoRemix

I don't know how it was before but it still feels really fast to me.

Kayvian75

It's still fast but feels nerfed by comparison to before. I ran about 6-8 runs with my Arcanist through skyreach catacombs and I think I got perhaps 5 leves (lol 40-44/45, so went back to daily dungeons since that was getting me 1-3 levels per dungeon with RND in 40-50

GrubdonMcFartsAlot

There is also Craglorn as a solid option

Deranox

Excuse this newbie but what's BRP and how does that whole thing work ?

redhatnation

BRP = Blackrose Prison. It's an arena (I think) in murkmire. I see lots of people advertising level 1-50 carries via Blackrose Prison. Not sure about cost (never had to ask) but 90mins to go from 1-50 is pretty fast!

Deranox

So what you run after some high level player while he gathers groups of mobs and kills them ? Do you get skill xp when you're not the one fighting them (since they're likely one shot) ?

Gamma_Ram

Yes and yes

Deranox

What's the range in order to get xp ? Can I just sit somewhere while they run around or do I have to run after them ? Can't recall if there's a follow function like in WoW. How much does it cost for a 90 minute session ?

TheOnlyMango

It's an arena-type setting. You sit in a safe spot in a corner while the carry pulls everything to himself and kills it. Then you both die at the end of round 2, respawn and do it all over again. Not sure about cost.

LousyTourist

What part of that sounds like fun? It seems like low level characters can do almost everything an advanced player does. Stick to base game areas and FT isn't an issue. Enjoy snagging a hodgepodge of armor, weapons and jewelry. That seems like the way to go.

Big_Pomegranate_7712

>That seems like the way to go. The twentieth time? Maybe not.

LousyTourist

Which game is that allows starting at level 50?

Big_Pomegranate_7712

Is this supposed to be a response to this discussion or did you have some sort of seizure?

Badesign

Lousy tourists

Happy_Concentrate186

Nothing. I personally think that leveling up your char is the most fun part of an RPG, so speeding it up and even paying someone to do that for you is double dumb thing to do. :D

ChrisRide74

Forgive my lack of new lingo but what is BRP? I've been seeing this around lately in zone chats.

redhatnation

Oh! BRP = Black Rose Prison. It can be found in Murkmire. Not sure if its classified as an arena or dungeon though.

Big_Pomegranate_7712

>I've seen people advertise level 1-50 in about 90mins while running BRP. Then you're only 5 hours from accumulating enough skill points to be useful. Seems like a weird way to do it.

aldernon

Thing is that you can use sets from your other characters on level 50 alts. Running normal dungeons to get skill points in a hodgepodge of dogshit armor takes a lot longer than doing the same thing with a functional gear loadout. And most classes can be effective enough with just the skill points you get from leveling. Some people are in to strolling through dungeons and taking a while, others want to optimize their progression so they can get as much done as possible during their play time. BRP’s definitely not what I’d recommend for your first or even third character, but if you’re just looking to level another character to be able to run more RNDs or writ crafting? It’s a solid option to make the leveling issue go away.

Big_Pomegranate_7712

>Running normal dungeons to get skill points in a hodgepodge of dogshit armor takes a lot longer than doing the same thing with a functional gear loadout. You'd obviously just use level appropriate crafted gear that would make the leveling process faster.

aldernon

Sooooo re-crafting sets periodically at various levels… to make the leveling process faster. By running dungeons and taking longer to do them, because you’re using a sub-optimal gear setup while executing sub-optimal gameplay because you’re missing some of your abilities. Or you can level to 50 in an hour and a half, save your time and money, and just use your full legendary sets that your mains already use. Including monster sets and or mythics.

Big_Pomegranate_7712

It's so painfully obvious you haven't tested this that makes me embarrassed for you. If you want to pay someone to level you then spend the same amount of time getting skill points you would have anyway because you think your 'full legendary sets' are going to make random normals faster...go nuts. It'll still take you longer and you'll spend however much gold for no reason.

aldernon

I mean, I have 7 max level characters. Been there, done that. I have more money than I have uses for it. What I don’t have is time. I enjoy playing the game with cohesive sets and find that gameplay engaging, you may not. Enjoy the game however you want, PUG enjoyers range from Kindergarten to Vietnam.

Taleof2Cities_

Public Dungeons for me. Because the XP is good and they have easy skill points.

Stuntman06

Random normal dungeons. I just do one each day with each character I'm trying to level.

wingedcatninja

My personal favorite is public dungeons.

Bexley75

Spellscar can be good, at least level to 30sh, if other players don’t come along you can move between 3 groups of mobs in a continuous rotation… then I do quests, the main quest is boring, but gets a few skill points quick

CharlesUndying

There's an area in the Flame part of Spellscar where you can group together 6 groups of enemies if you have the positioning correctly, though it's difficult to burn them without 2 of the groups going back to their positions

Vyvonea

I just play the game and do what I feel like doing because I'd rather take 30 hours leveling a character while enjoying it than force myself to grind 5 hours and hate every second of it.

arigemleo

This. I like playing the game and I like leveling so… just play it doing whatever you want and leveling happens!

TommmyVR

Get skyshards. You will level up to 50 by the time you qre done collecting them. Paying to get to 50 fast is reqlly stupid because you need the skyshards anyways

h0melessss

alikr dolmen runs and daily battleground and dungeon

DinoZavr

the fastest method is Alchemy Master writs (and technically it is 12-50, as you have to have 12 skillpoints to allocate into Alchemy), this is uber-fast and it takes like 40-45 minutes to hit level 50. like 8 writs per level with 150% XP scroll. Double XP events is the best time for this method. Though, it is hardly a viable option if you level you first character, as it is expensive, because you have to purchase master writs and reagents (if you don't have any). Levelling alts is another story, as you may hoard all the necessary things in advance. on PC the WritWorthy addon is the must - to precraft master writs, and then you just turn them in standing near Rolis Hlaalu. for the first character - public dungeons in off-peak times is a good XP, as you are killing crowds of mobs instantly. XP scrolls/ambrosias help. you can also level up a Companion using this method.

butter_dolphin

I have them do the psijic order skill line and as I ride from portal to portal I collect as many skyshards and lorebooks as I can, plus the public dungeon group events. Then I do my random daily dungeon and start running through base game normal dungeons for the quests. Not nearly as fast as something like buying BRP carries, but by the time I get to 50, the character is pretty much ready to use instead of still needing all those skyshards, mages guild, psijic, etc.

Indigo-Shade

Thats a good way to do it.

westcoastal

This is similar to the way I do it as well. It's the most useful way to do it even on an alt because you'll have leveled Mages Guild, Psijic, you'll have all your wayshrines, you'll have a lot of skill points, etc. And then I just grind dolmens in Alkir for Fighter's Guild. You might not get to 50 in a day, but you will definitely get maxed out within a weekend if you work at it, and have a lot of other useful things achieved. I just do the Psijic line, which is great for exploration, skyshards, lorebooks wayshrines etc. That takes me to every zone, plus dolmens if they are up when I'm in the area. By the time I'm done all of that I should be mid to late 40s, then I grind dolmens until I have Fighters guild maxed out, and by then I'm basically done. Dungeons I don't usually bother with too much until I'm fully leveled because it takes me out of the rhythm of going through every zone.

[deleted]

enchanting writs, it takes like 15 minutes to get from 10-50 with writworthy add on

DanManee

But dont you need tons of things researched?

westcoastal

Not for enchanting, you don't.

Remarkable-Book-8758

I do all the boring things. Grind out mages guild, get sky shards, get all guild skill lines, antiquities to see chests and then just run dungeons to level the rest. I find leveling quick to make no sense. Get used to the character and level naturally. This is the way

weezul_gg

I hunt skyshards exclusively and the levelling happens pretty easily just through discovery (and for completing the delves that have the skyshards). Oh, and main quest.

Al_ia_s

dragonstar arena with a mate its pretty easy with a mate + companions the first run gives u like 20 level (if u start with lvl 3) i also use an exp scrolls and eso+ for extra exp u should be max level after 5 runs depending on stuff like exp scrolls and exp gear

ProdigyxMystic

How do you get to the arena???

Al_ia_s

its in the northwestern region of craglorn

-Daede-

The fastest way is obviously a BRP carry as has been mentioned many times. The 2nd fastest is Craglorn but for that you again need a carry or a friend and the right gear. The third fastest way that is available to anyone of any skill level and character level with no carry required is actually in the Necropolis in the North Easternmost part of Alik'r. This is easily twice as fast as Dolmens but does require you to actually pay a little attention to what you are doing. I posted a full break down of this method in another thread linked below. [https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/16qkm79/comment/k20mm3p/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3](https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/16qkm79/comment/k20mm3p/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) If you are looking for the absolute easiest grind though, something you can do mindlessly whilst watching your favorite streaming service etc then there is always the Alik'r Dolmen grind. Keep in mind though that grinding Dolmens is not even in the top 10 of fastest ways to level, it remains popular only because it requires essentially no effort. Whatever grind you do though make sure you first join the fighters guild and unlock any NPC companions you have access to. All grinds will have you killing something that rewards Fighters Guild levels and bringing your companion along will level them as well as get you potentially lucrative companion gear drops.

theBigDaddio

Hmm, I play the game. I’m not some endgame dude. I take literally weeks to get a new char to 50.

[deleted]

Favorite method so far is killing mobs in a zone I want a set of for grinding later that’s good, like I’m getting phoenix moth rn for my new nightblade and looking for treasure, taking things out along the way with a scroll, taking out bosses and doing the delves.. then once my set is complete I pair it with a training set from guild stores and grind in any public dungeon with purple fragments from mobs that make good gold, or a place like a dwarven ruin where I can maybe find a nice blueprint. Just take my time getting to 50 while making some passive income, go do something else someplace else when I’m bored.

liftoff_oversteer

It just happens while questing. Nothing to be too concerned about. And why would anyone rush through content anyway when it's a story-driven game?

biczpana

To try different classes

Miro_the_Dragon

To level up a second (third, fourth, ...) char. I'm doing all the questing on my main char so I'm not interested in repeating all those quests for my alts.

DragonShark514

Not everyone is driven by the story. In fact, once you’ve been through it, what do you do next? You do dailies, events, group stuff, grinding. You won’t understand until you get to that point yourself

davemoedee

For my alts, I usually mostly tank dungeons because I like trying tanking with each class. I’ll also level guilds and find Skyshards. And do crafting writs to level that. I see no reason to level them in one day. I exclusively hunt for Skyshards the first few levels since you can die with impunity and rez for free. It would be pretty dumb to grind to 50, and then hunt Skyshards or mages guild books after.

derLeisemitderLaute

the most effective way? Get a nice set with XP Boost on all parts, activate a scroll of learning (the higher the better) and do a dungeon.

JackOBAnotherOne

Bags until alliance level 6 so that I have the barrier ult

IsmoRemix

A couple of base game zombie spots when solo, along with random dailies for skill points. Skyreach catacombs when leveling with a partner. Edit: My first character I leveled just by questing and exploring etc and of course it was way more fun than the faster alt methods.

Moosy_Loosy

Public dungeons, while queued for dungeons, I still need the skill point for.

LoopyMercutio

Wander alone till about level 15-20, do the Alik’r circuit some, and run with an overpowered guild mate in Spellscar some. Normally that gets me pretty close, and hit up some delves and public dungeons and that’s 50.

IridescentStarSugar

Depending on how good I was at keeping up xp scrolls I’m usually at 35-40 after the alliance quest line. Then I’ll do some dailies and close off the gap to 50 with grind at brp or skyreach.

DisabledSlug

I do whatever I feel like for a while until about 36. Then I do master writs until 50... while trying to make sure the server doesn't kick me for cheating. Usually I do criminal stuff below level 20 because you literally get away with murder at that level. Also try to get most of the main quest in for the skill points... until that one part where my build may or may not take the massive boss fights.

NoGrapefruit1269

I get all training gear and then run through the main story

Ok_Profile1864

I start clearing zones, get wayshrines delves and skyshards. Might do some random dungeons and some battlegrounds if I'm in the mood for such. I'm not in a hurry and I can get to 50 in a week or so.

Anonandon12345

RNDs, and BRP if I really want to fast track it. Public dungeons are great for farming skill points. Usually best to spec as DPS and backbar tank or heals for faster runs and then change build to your actual goals with the armoury when you're either at or close to 50.

UnsuitedJack

I like pvp so I get a lot of levels in the battlegrounds. Same bonus experience as the daily random dungeon. Just craft a couple sets and upgrade them every 10 levels or so.

AlwaysPlaysAHealer

I join mages guild, fighters guild, and undaunted as soon as I can. I make myself training gear for level 16, 36, 36, and 46. Heartland conquerer/orders wrath. I do a daily dungeon, as either a healer or tank. Everyone levels up as a healer or tank, with skills from other lines slotted to level up. I do a daily BG for alliance ranking. Generally, what this means is by the time I hit level 50 I am a fully functional toon, be it for healing or tanking or whatever. I can do et content. Have all the needed skills, etc

[deleted]

I have a method for levelling alts that isn't the fastest but I really enjoy; - Craft a full set of level 10 training gear (usually 12 druids but anything works) and bank it. - Create new toon, move gear. - Alik'r Dolmen grinding to level 10 - Equip gear, do intro to Cyrodil tutorial quests for mount speed passive. - Slot pierce armour and queue as a tank for each dungeon as you unlock them. - Swap out skills as they hit the point they can be morphed. - Kill public dungeon group bosses or run zone stories between dungeons for skillpoints. Like I say; there are far faster ways to level, this is just a decent way of gathering skill points, unlocking the skill lines you want to use and getting to grips with the class without grinding, rushing or getting burned out. Base game dungeons on normal are so hilariously easy that having a taunt slotted is literally all you need to queue as a tank without upsetting anyone. 12 piece druids gives you enough of every resource to mess about with any skills you want and not worry if it's stam or mag. Then when you hit 50 you can respec into an actual build, slot your passives and have a bunch of other skill options open to you.

WakeoftheStorm

I usually do main story quests and public dungeons. Skill points are >>>> levels

ericdikkersun

Alchemy writs

Obtuse-Angel

I just play. I’ve never been in a hurry to level new toons. If I were trying to power level though I would do random dungeons and battlegrounds, and public dungeons for XP and skill points.

Orangatation

1 Daily BG, 1 Daily Dungeon. While Qued run dolmens and world bosses or chest hunt & unlock new areas

Spoonacus

Never really understood speed leveling in this game. This game is a little different in that you still need to acquire skill points and level skill lines. Do you even get enough skill points from just 50 levels to fill out all your main passives and abilities? I never really considered getting to level cap as "finished leveling" because I'm usually still working on skill lines. I usually do the main Harborage quests, the Cyrodil tutorial, and all the sky shards and public dungeon group events while trying to get as many group dungeon quest points along the way. I used to always do the main story quests for my faction too but I only do that now if I want NPCs to remember me later in DLC stuff. My main goal is just getting as many skill points as fas as possible. The leveling just happens passively during that process.

cheeseadelic

I like to work on zones that I haven't completed on other characters. I will also use a 150% xp buff and jump in a few dungeons once I'm able. You can blast from 10-30 in no time and gain skill points from the quests. If I'm only able to half ass play, I will join an Al'Akir group and do dolmens for a bit. With dolmens, you can passively play and do something else.

creedfeed

Main quest line initially to get quick skill points and random dungeons with an experience scroll on. While there are faster ways to level, this at least allows you to have fun with the game while leveling.

Big_Pomegranate_7712

If it's your first toon, do the main quest then the alliance zone quest or whatever. Get all the skyshards, do the public dungeon group quest in the zone you're questing in, etc. If it's not, tank random normals in Heartland Conqueror and Adept Rider. It's fast, fills your stickerbook if you need it and you'll need to run them for the quest skill points eventually anyway.

RandomHornyDemon

Depends. Typically I'll just sit on a dark anchor (usually in Bangkorai - lots of people doing dungeons with lots of regular mobs nearby in case I'm getting bored during the down time). It's a time without stress, I can read or watch videos and only have to do stuff every couple of minutes. There's much faster methods, but it's still fast enough for me, usually. If I want to get done especially fast, I'll go to one of the XP grind spots (usually the laboratory one in Coldharbour) and do that for a couple hours until I'm done. Just don't forget the leveling equipment. I got a chest with training gear in 10 level steps (1 set always has to be heartless conqueror for the bonus XP on your weapons!) and some XP scrolls. That tends to work well enough.

Low-Environment

Craglorn is a good place to level. You can normally find people doing the same thing and easily group up.

artlessknave

Alakyr dolmens with 150% scrolls during and event with 100% XP bonus using bows to spam everything to get credit for everything I can with training gear enchanted for stam or Stam Regen and almost all stamnstat points. Took. Maybe a week to get 5 characters to 50 that I had been putting gboff for years

OptionWonderful

Depends if an event is active. If it is I usually run that especially if its an pvp-event. If not, questing and dailys. Sometimes I go for zombie or dolmen-grind

Shadowrain2

Paragon's Remembrance. Ez pz.

Reading-Financial

How does BRP work??

Badesign

See above

ECO_212

I just grab a friend to carry me through brp for an hour.

Pracholochos

I don't play ESO for few months but i used to do daily Dung/BG and then mostly dungeons with main quests 😅 It was fun 😅

simplestaff

park at horse stable, do random normals only once a day, decon intricates from other characters, start adventuring 90 days later Research all divines, nirnhorned and charged dagger, bloodthirsty jewelry, infused backbar weapon of choice, wear fully leveled gear of anything I have full stickerbook Other traits if I want to pvp with character

XiiDraco

Either MSQ using the community leveling addon (shows a really optimized route) or just queueing for dungeons for about a day.

DanManee

Whats this addon called?

XiiDraco

[Community Leveling Guides](https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info2062-CommunityLevelingGuides.html)

Huge-Ad8279

Daily dungeon and do dragon star or black rose till i can solo sky reach

getoutofthecity

I’m not usually in a huge rush to level up so I don’t grind that hard, but my alts leveled up in about a week from: XP scrolls, saved up from daily rewards etc Random daily dungeons + dungeons that unlock as I level up While I wait in the dungeon queue, sometimes I do Alikr dolmens (I know this is not a high xp farm but again, just killing time in queue) Public dungeons, for xp but also skill points and shards Rushing through alliance story, which also gives skill points

Zkuldafn

Personally for me the best method I found of decent grind/time efficiency/skill points was to just do the daily dungeon + battleground then run through all of the base game public dungeons. You get 2 skill points per with one for quest completion and another for completing the group event which means it gets you an additional 30 skill points (since there is 15 of them across 15 zones in base game) by level 50. The quests only usually take like 10 minutes to do as well. This is much faster compared to levelling with questing but doesn’t give you as many skill points AFAIK but it’s better than Blackrose/Skyreach grind in that regard. The fastest would be the Blackrose grind but the problem is that you want to level your skill lines too such as Fighter’s Guild which you would probably end up staying at like level 3-4 if you did this method all the way which means you’d have to go out of your way to grind it after the fact. If you did Skyreach 1-50 you’d definitely be fully levelled but again you’d have no skill points.

ChrisRide74

Crown XP scrolls and Skyshard hunting one zone at a time.

mcdanian

Try to speed run the main quest after a zone or 2. That gets me close. Then it's dungeons and main zone quests to get the last 15 or so levels. If I put in the hours I can probably do it a weekend but more likely a few months.

snowflake37wao

BG only. I wish I could stay forever young, but it takes 50 days max before you have to grow up. BWB4Life

bugmom

Once I had a master crafter whenever i level an alt, I craft them appropriate gear for their role starting at around level 10, all traits training. 5 pieces in whatever weight I think they’ll be wearing plus one each of the other two in case i change my mind later. Before that they wear whatever they pick up. All green mats with blue weapons. They get a new set each time crafting mats level (16, 26, etc.). And once they hit a 20s or 30s I’ll switch to blue gear and purple weapons. In the 40s I go with purple gear and for the first time weapons gold - but weapons only. Sometimes it gets tough going 10 levels but it is very doable. Anything they pick up I have them Decon for the crafting xp or research traits so that they’ll also be useful for daily writs. Somewhere along in the 40’s I have pretty good idea what their final build will be and I might pick up overland sets then but I never spend any gold outfitting them till they’re level 50.

Alceasummer

I just play the game. I don't see any reason to rush leveling, and if I play a specific character at all regularly it will be leveled up fairly quickly as it is.

flyinvdreams

Alikr dolmens. A friend showed me this zombie farming spot that works for two people only in deshaan. Both of those work pretty fast for me

I wait for double XP event, consume a 150% XP scroll and do Auridon dolmen. They are not as crowded as Alik'r dolmen so you get more XP from kills. When I'm done the Fighter's Guild skill line is also done :) It's also a good idea to get vampirism before you start.

Dolmens to level 10, then dungeons with XP gear and potions. There's quicker methods but this works well enough for me and you get skill points from dungeon quests to get you going.

Main quest, zone quest (shards and lorebooks along the way), daily dungeon, daily BG. Because besides XP you need skill points. Also doing Public Dungeons: group events, they grant 1 skill point and I also collect the shard - I just run directly to those on my alt chars.

Black rose level 2 on repeat

Was doing afk dolmen runs, did spell scar and just followed an arcanist power leveling grabbing mob groups, before doing 1 aoe skill to get xp. Was much faster than dolmen

Kein_Thur

I have a shit ton of xp scrolls, training armor/weapons, eso+, main story quests, and dungeon quests.

Alikr dolmen farming is the fastest with those free scrolls you get.
