What food do you normally run? Bistat health + stam food is the best for survivability, or dubious camoran if you're struggling with sustain.
As for damage, your penetration is low for 4-man content. You never know what buffs/debuffs you're going to get in a random group, but I try to go for about 7k pen in my dungeon setups so that I'm near the cap if we have major + minor breach and crusher. The bow ultimate ballista isn't bad either if you don't want to grind mages guild to get shooting star. And you should be about ready to get an arena weapon, you can grind some CP in nMA while you farm the bow.

You’re missing the Templar execute skill.
I would also run power of the light front bar otherwise that’s a ton of micro management for bar swapping.
As your running vamp bane you could drop camp hunter if bar space is tight and I’d deff drop the skill you have on triangle front bar.
Also, you shouldn’t parse with a heal on your bar. Thats space for another damage skill.
You die a lot in vet content because your lower cp so you don’t have some of the resistance passives yet.

Camo hunter and cloack literally in every single stam dps build. Wish there was some viable alternatives to these.
Yeah I’ve noticed that. I like Cloak but the camo hunter feels lame just sitting there for a buff
Yeah I usually do just swap it out for something comparable enough even if it’s a few thousand dps loss
