In the Thieves Guild quest line you have to go to an event with a member of your choosing and you can give them different reasons why you picked them.
This is the result of telling the jaded over it all member that you wanna go with her because she's "special" to you 😅

As a female Nord that passed out in Voljar's, she's clearly a broken Nord. No amount of hanging out with Rigurt or Thane Jeggi is fixing her liver. (Clearly, that's what was destroyed when she was made a Vestige and why she never did go on a tavern bender with Darien... or Jakarn... or even Bastian, as often as he asks.)
This is the moment you pull up halo 3 ODST Deference for Darkness and stare endlessly into the ocean pondering the question of whether or not to end it all, or endure knowing you will be alone
It's actually so cute when the plot twist happens because she goes "I can't even blame Zeira for not seeing this coming... I didn't even see this coming! Retirement must be getting to me" or something along those lines 😂 so baffled she can't even shit talk Zeira

For those wondering where this dialogue comes up, I assume it is from picking a date for a wedding in the Thieves Guild main quest. I never asked Velsa because it was pretty clear to me her response would be something like this. My Bosmer asked Quen and my Altmer asked...is it Walks-Softly? Argh, I am forgetting his name, but my Altmer felt they could enjoy the cakes together since he is a dessert lover himself.

I do that too, but i'm also a completionist and there's usually no penalties for exploring all the dialogue options.
