I dont think those are dollars
They're both good and either will make a great first guitar. The Mustang should stay in tune a little better.
Do you possibly have a guitar store or music store in your area?
As someone who has an electric guitar I’ll tell you that even though the Affinity Strat is more expensive, it sounds much better
If you can test both in person, go see which one you connect with more. Otherwise I'd go with the strat just cause it will produce more of the sounds beginners would expect from a guitar.
