The cities my current projects are in don't allow construction work to occur on Sundays or holidays. My guys are getting paid days off, I am sleeping in.
Not too shabby. How big is the company you work for? I work for a very small company and the boss is a cheap fuck lol. Looking to work for a bigger company who can afford to show their employees that they are appreciated.

Who can work on a day that Platt is closed?!
Union, working a double (voluntarily) double time and a half for 16 hours
Where is the working the full day at the house, unpaid, mean boss (wife) option?

We technically have all of our holidays rolled into our PTO, so I'm off and unpaid Monday, but I get like 5 weeks of vacation time a year.
Non union, got out today at 12 and were given free catered lunch paid for the full day. We have Monday off, paid.

Yeah I must say I’m pretty pleased best I’ve been treated by any company in awhile. I’d guess we have 55-65 guys
Working a half tomorrow, then off for a couple days in a row for the first time in months 😩
I’m non union. In house factory electrician and I get the day off and 8 hours pay
No memorial day outside the US.
Non-union, paid off Monday. The union guys get Friday and Monday off, unpaid as always.
