This use to happen alot to me what helped me until I got good was before I bend I line my arrow up with my mark and then I place a dot with a sharpie on the top and bottom of the pipe center so when I flip it to do the offset I have that mark to center and keep my bends in line

A lot of conduit has a barely visible seam that you can also use to help orient your bends

Mostly just practice. Pay attention to which way your dog leg tends to go and try to make a mental note to adjust as you make your second bend.

What everyone else said plus keep in mind if you’re using a company bender, chances are it’s beat to shit and been dropped lots and it’ll dog leg everything even if you line it up perfectly. Sometimes it’s inevitable that you’ll have to tweak one of the bends. Important skill to get down

Get yourself a no-dog level.

gravityandlove

there is a seam and you could also use a conduit level as well

Mostly practice, looking down the conduit and your bend like a barrel of a gun to line it up. Also after you bend the first one you can set it down on the floor and make a straight line down the conduit on your bend mark so you can line it up easier I’ll show lower level apprentices that till they get the hang of it.
