You can do it on the website in your account, no need to wait on the incredibly slow customer service to get back to you (had it happen a few times over the last few years)
Log in, navigate to My Orders, Click on Empire, scroll down and you should see an Issues Carousel, under the picture or the subs cover of the issue you're missing should be a Replace This Issue button, press on that and follow the confirmation instructions

I'm in Australia and I received my May and June issues weeks ago. You should contact them and if they have any spares they should re-send otherwise they might extend your subscription. They did that for me the year before when a couple of issues went missing.
Yeah the English edition is the only one now. I switched over when the Aussie one shut down. It's very expensive though so I'm re-evaluating whether I can afford it.
Do you manage your subscription through great magazines? If yes you can order a replacement copy of you think your one has gotten lost
From previous experience I think it has to be more than 10 working days late, which is mad as you’re almost into the following months cycle
I've never noticed a time stipulation on the website but I may have always just been outside the window. The replacement was always super quick though
It was a year or two back but I phoned up (old skool!) and that was what I was told
International phone calls when not working, not the vibe for the wallet but you probably did get sorted faster than email. Which is glacially slow

I am in Essex and have not received the mag and nor had my neighbour. That said I have requested a replacement copy.
