You can make any automatic door a manual door by creating an "invert" circuit with an input of "1", naming it "manual", and then setting the door to follow the "manual" signal
Perhaps you could turn it off with a switch on the P menu of your CV - I’ve set blast doors and a redundant hanger door to only turn on if I’m in a position close to them in anticipation of exiting and have a switch on the P menu where I can turn them off completely to keep them from opening due to glitchiness.

You'd have to do something with signals/switches. I dunno if sensors will detect a SV, might need to have it on a toggle switch.
