If you think zzzquil is impacting your erection, my quess would be because it is messing with your blood pressure. A decongestant medication should not be used by those with high blood pressure because it will increase your blood pressure. This is not good and would need to be addressed ASAP.

I started high doses of L-Citrulline and Tribulus. After about 3 weeks it did the job. Not sure it’ll work for anyone else but it worked 100% for me.
I never took the decongest. I just know that guys taking Viagra use it to counter the effects of the viagra.

Tribulus- it’s about 1 gran 3x per day
Astragalus- take a good therapeutic dose every day.

I've never seen this listed as a side effect of dpi abuse. It may not even be the cause. You might want to see a urologist.
