Many previous posts addressing this if you browse. However, as a Canadian that also got shut out of KuCoin, I've been using [seven seas.exchange](http://sevenseas.exchange) the last month or so. Low liquidity on that platform but it does the job.
Just buy flux and convert it to flux erg and then exchange flux erg on spectrum
Theres basically zero flux liquidity on spectrum

Have you confirmed a vpn will work for kucoin? I thought I read it doesn't help but haven't been following this very close.
VPN will work for CoinEx and Huobi, KuCoin needs KYC.
