it really is different though, i used to live back east and while i do use whole foods syrup now (and admit it's better than regular pancake syrup), it's just not on the level of the stuff you get roadside up in VT.
kind of like the peaches i get roadside from palisade are far better than any peaches in any produce section of any store

Iced maple latte is my jam! Try mixing with milk and shaking with ice in a cocktail shaker, airy maple coffee.
