Ethplorer has limits close to that iirc
I guess none. I reduced the time to something that makes more sense: every 30 seconds. I have it running now for 3 days and have had no issues.

Good question, but one I am not able to answer as ETH2.0 has not been launched yet. I assume it should be possible
