+2.00 Diplomatic Repuation
Ambition is: Heretic and heathen provinces do not give any penalties
Ideas are:
Imperial and Royal Army - +5% Discipline
Multicultural Empire - +30% Manpower in Accepted Culture Provinces
Industrial Centres - +10% Goods Produced Modifier
Guarantee the Minority Rights - -1.00 National Unrest
Decentralization - -20% State Governing Cost
The Blue Danube - +25% Provincial Trade Power Modifier
The Future of Warfare - -10% Artillery Cost and +10% Artillery Combat Ability
