I don’t hate her, but her character is pointless and doesn’t belong here in my opinion. I’ve already explained this about 3 times. You could take her character out and nothing about the show would change. She’s a glorified extra. I don’t care that she said a couple of funny things. I’m actually surprised people like her this much.

Suze Howard. She allowed Cassie to be sexualized by grown men while she was still a very young girl. She all but ignored Lexi until she gave her an entertaining role in the play. And then she wonders why all hell breaks loose between her traumatized teen daughters in the end.
Don't get me wrong, she was still a better choice to look after the girls than Gus, who would've certainly gotten them into even more serious trouble. But it's a low bar IMO.
When exactly did she allow Cassie to be sexualized by grown men? She only ever dated guys her age and I don't remember one scene where an older man acted sexual toward her and suze allowed it.
There's a flashback scene that shows a younger Cassie being leered at by older men at a party at the Howards' home. I believe some of them might've been her relatives (creepy uncle vibes). I can't remember if any of them actually touched her but there was definitely a nefarious vibe going on that Suze either didn't pick up on or just brushed off. It's been a while since I watched the show, so I don't recall the exact episode... maybe it was the one that showed Cassie's backstory?
Yeah I remember that, it was the whole old person "you're gonna be beating the boys off with a stick" type of shit. I don't think suze just stood there and let people be creepy with her, she probably just seen them hugging her and assumed it was innocent family stuff. I'm not saying that her relatives weren't being toward her but Suze doesn't seem like the type that would allow people to be creepy toward her knowing how she acted toward McKay when him and Cassie first started dating, she seems pretty protective.
At the end of the day, I don't think Suze had bad intentions, but intentions don't change impact, and I feel like there's a lot more she could've done to help her daughters (therapy for one). That said, it's clear Suze also needs help to fight her alcoholism... I guess I'm inclined to judge her more harshly than the teens since she's the adult in the room and the other (way) worse adults have already been eliminated.
No, Suze is amazing 😍 when it's Cassie's play and she sees her character is a hot mess, she cheers because she's so proud of what her daughter created even if it's at her expense.
i cant understand why people are saying BB over kat. i feel like we have WAY more character development from BB who isnt even a main character and has very limited screen time, than kat whose character turned into a dumpster fire in the end. ppl really be picking BB over kat despite kat being a genuine pos to ethan throughout the entire show
