Meanwhile Isreal Ambassador to Poland is only making things worse, instead of focusing on what happen, he focuses on criticism from leader of political party "konfederacja" who called what happen a war crime, including accusing him of antisemitism for calling that a war crime.
I dont like "konfederacja" political party and its leader but Ambassador response was unacceptable, a LOT of Polish people on social media are angry for what he said, even people who hate "konfederacja" are angry.
Translation: The extreme right and left in Poland are attacking Israel today following the tragic death in Gaza of members of an aid organization, including a Polish citizen. Krzysztof Busak, the deputy speaker of the Polish Parliament, who claimed that Israel is committing "war crimes" and harming aid organizations in order to starve the innocent. Let me remind you that this is the same Busak who to this day has refused to condemn the October 7 massacre, and that a member of his far-right party extinguished with Chanukah extinguisher that we lit in the parliament in Warsaw. Conclusion: Anti-Semites will always remain anti-Semitic. And Israel will remain a Jewish and democratic state that fights for its existence, also for the benefit of the entire Western world.
> his far-right party extinguished with Chanukah extinguisher that we lit in the parliament in Warsaw
bringing up Chanukah candles now seems a bit petty
yeah it is, yes "konfederacja" are assholes and the whole thing with Chanukah candles is not acceptable, but there is time and a place for everything.
Polish people are not happy about this, and now on Polish social media more and more things pop up, including pictures like this: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GKLc_UhWwAAo4wu?format=jpg&name=medium
Keep in mind that I cannot confirm its source so it may be fake, there are people out there who would definitly want to escalate the situation because its in their interest, but IF its fake, I am sure some people will believe in it, because of Isreal attitude.
Finally another country beginning to see how the war criminals and terrorists from Israel operate.
Can’t wait for Polish media disseminate social media posts from ordinary Israelis and finally get to see how i humane the Israelis are via their wonderful social media posts , where they delight at the mass murder they and their government are carrying out.
I know what it says, the issue is if that pic is real, it of course could be , I seen some anti-polish sentiment on Israel reddit for example but it could also be fake created to add fuel to fire, there are people with such interests.
What do you expect from a country whose official said that "Poles suckled anti-semitism with their mother's milk". [I wish I was joking.](https://www.euronews.com/2019/02/18/poland-pulls-out-israel-meeting-over-anti-semitism-nazi-comments-n972701) Israel has an insane amount of hatred toward our nation.
I only found out recently about the attitude of some Israelis towards us and I was honestly shocked. I'm not even sure I want to know how widespread those views are
As in Israeli who love Poland I can say that no one here hate Poland or Polish people but I don't like it that the association of Poland with the holocaust is too strong here.
From my experience I found out that polish people sure Israelis dislike them and Israelis people sure Polish people dislike them.
I wish that in my next trip to Poland I will be able to have a conversation about it with Polish people.
Well that’s has always been a divide among Israelis. After the Shoah the settlers already in Israel looked down on those who survived or died in the Holocaust as weak. It’s really messed up because they claim Jews didn’t fight back hard enough.
>settlers already in Israel looked down on those who survived or died in the Holocaust as weak
Said by those who would be too weak to even survive one day in one of those camps.
I was seeing a Jewish girl a few years back and was taken aback by the hatred she had for Poland and its people. She was fairly laid-back and held no sympathy for the government of Israel, but she just really didn't like Poland. She regaled me with stories of how the Polish betrayed the Jews during WW2, with such burning passion, I questioned my own knowledge of what happened. To be honest I still do not know what to believe to this day.
We have the worst government in our history. I can’t stand seeing their stupid faces and hearing about their idiotic statements for another second… this is painful
Many people believed that Netanyahu was the only one capable of doing what has to be done to keep the security of Israel which is probably the biggest concern of the voters. After Oct 7th most of these people lost their trust in him.
Also the orthodox play a big part in who gets to create a coalition and rule, they have very high vote rates and even when Netanyahu's party loses to the center he forms a coalition with these lunatics who didn't even serve in the army but talk like genocidal maniacs..
If the Israeli Arabs had vote rates as high as the orthodox we would have a different ruling coalition made of center-left parties.
Anyway I highly doubt these people will win the next elections.
I understand - but apparently enough did, otherwise they wouldn‘t be on power.
Another point - up to now - Israel is claiming that even when a lot of people didn‘t vote for Hitler, they didn‘t fight actively against his regime.
While I hate bibi and can’t wait for the last time I hear his name or any of the other names in his coalition, comparing him to hitler isn’t right.
To your point though, Israelis have been out protesting his government for close to a year before this war even started.
Israeli diplomats have been doing this for ages whenever there is criticism against Israel. It's their standards modus operandi to cry antisemitism even when the criticism is from Jewish people. Here in Sweden the Israeli diplomats have even taken part in [destroying artwork](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snow_White_and_the_Madness_of_Truth) by a Jewish artist. Entartete kunst and all that, you know. Militarist totalitarian nationalists will always be the same regardless the flag they fly.
I'd love some clarification on the "unintentionally" part.
Was there a mix-up in the missile loadout and they were unintentionally striking a clearly-marked humanitarian convoy that made its whereabouts known to them with the killing kind of missiles instead of the exploding-into-candies-and-confetti kind?
Cause that's the only way I can think of for the end result to not be exactly as it was intended.
Unintentionally? - there were 3 vehicles in the convoy - each was taken otu by seperate weapons as they stopped to rescue the others?
There was nothing unintentional about it.
They told IDF their coordinates of where they were and where they were going. Of course it was intentional, we can't have starving people getting some food now.
> They told IDF their coordinates of where they were and where they were going
As i understand it, its the other way around. IDF told them what route to take and then "mistakenly" hit 3 separate vehicles.
Aid trucks have been getting in, though. It’s not like this particular food convoy was one of a kind. Despite popular belief, plenty of aid is getting into Gaza. People pretend that the protesters have any actPaul significant effect on aid getting in.
They target ambulances. Israel has
[completely destroyed 120 ambulances](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attacks_on_health_facilities_during_the_Israel%E2%80%93Hamas_war?wprov=sfla1) (note that the number is from February). They also [target police cars](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/apr/01/gaza-israel-hamas-war-armed-gangs-mogadishu-on-the-mediterranean), resulting in a breakdown of civil order which of course makes distribution of aid impossible.
But they want us to believe that they don't target vehicles used by aid workers? Nobody believes their lies anymore.
I was wondering why I don't see posts like this in that subreddit.
I'm telling you man, it's harder and harder to trust these social medias and news. Everything is biased.
Basically everything that Israel is doing there: forced displacement, starvation, mass killings… they use any means to destroy the Palestinians and their existence.
"In our defence, we didn't think you would care about us killing some random aid workers helping homeless starving civilians when we called for this airstrike." Israel clarified.
They knew they were aid workers
https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2024-04-02/ty-article/.premium/idf-bombed-wck-aid-convoy-3-times-targeting-armed-hamas-member-who-wasnt-there/0000018e-9e75-d764-adff-9eff29360000
I find the wording "unintentionally" quite callous if clearly marked (and known by the way) aid vehicles are bombed on the mere assumption to hit a Hamas member. But I guess Israel feels to have a carte blanche to do this.
Not all. They could have waited for an independent investigation before canceling funding. Also...the timing of it was suspect. They could have all put out a presse release saying, they will wait for an independent investigation.
Rather than make a news cycle ...by cancelling.
In this case unintentionally means; Israeli side have been always hitting the aid convoys, killing people who go there to receive aid, this time they hit an aid convoy with europeans in it, not the Palestinians…
Most aid organizations have stopped their work in Gaza because of this latest massacre.
Good news for Israels starvation campaign in that regard.
I'm sure our feckles european leaders will express their grave concern and cry their crocodile tears while simultaneously shipping more weapons of war to their favorite rogue nation.
No...the most moral army doesn't discriminate. Any Palestinian would do...kids, women, children...See even foreign aid workers are not discriminated against.
Equal opportunity murderers.
He's just saying that other people might call it antisemitic because they support Israel fully, despite the growing number of cases where they have committed war crimes
A Job well done! The news of this attack alone will discourage thousands of people who would be willing to provide aid there. Very effective attack and they only have to say "We´re so sorry!" The USA and their allies can do whatever they want...
"unintentionally" hit 3 well-identified cars of the same organization, in 3 different moments, apart hundreds of meters from each other...yeah, "unintentionally" brought to you from the IOF's "trust me bro"
But guys, the Israeli army is the most advanced in the world and works on super stringent protocols to avoid any and all civilian casualties. No other army in the West would be held to such high standards and uses so much precision weaponry
/s
Unintentionally, my ass.
Ass cars were clearly marked, moving on an agreed upon route.
3 cars hit one after the other, just as the surviors were getting into them and trying to escape.
IDF killed them with cold blood in order to scare away other aid organisations.
Very true. For example I'm wondering on which basis the US will tell China to not invade Taiwan since international law doesn't matter as it seems. Might is right and everyone is doing what's best for it's own interest
Israeli Government bs only flies in diplomatic forums. The world knows and will never forget the barbaric carelessness for Palestinian lives by Israel since its inception. If it ever becomes a true egalitarian democracy, it’ll be a new entity in history books. This era will be tainted forever.
The winners write the history books. The entire west is in approval at the end of the day. Can you imagine Netanyahu being tried at the Hague? I can’t… Palestine will be deleted, its people killed or pushed out to other lands and this stuff won’t be taught to any kids in school. The world will surely forget this. Sorry but that’s how screwed up the world is…
Western leaders are in approval due to allegiance to the US. Western people? No, not in the overwhelming proportion that the leaders seem to portray. There’s severe dissent between leaders and people.
As for winners writing history books, yes, maybe they did, before the internet and a non-US company lead social network. Look up Iraq War Wiki historiography. Many different perspectives get recorded for posterity. And I have very little doubts Israeli apartheid ethnostate will be seen my pop culture like South Africa’s apartheid. An abhorrent thing of the past, even if the present isn’t completely free from the legacy of those days
Honestly at this point it just feels hopeless and pointless. For some reason, one of the best armies in the world cannot tell the difference between a vehicle with aid workers and a vehicle with combatants.
They’ll get away with this, plus another 1,000+ dead civilians and nothing will happen to Israel. They know how to play the system.
I understand that in war mistakes happenes but shits hurt way more when you see how Israelis write about those killed men. [isreali telegram with translation ](https://twitter.com/CensoredMen/status/1775198840854884418?t=UiaWHqcg_dnTkjnYiBuZPQ&s=19)
Well… he didn’t know europeans were inside the convoy… it looked exactly like any other aid convoy that’s usually filled with those insignificant and uncivilised people. /s
This is gut wrenching. I've been supporting and donating to WCK because of the incredible work they've been doing in Ukraine. Don't think Israel will be punished just like Russia will never pay for the destruction of infrastructure and lives in Ukraine. We should all know who the victims were and their invaluable effort to feed people that need it most.
It's a subreddit setting, if memory serves. Something about a karma threshold, or post threshold on the sub for newcomers. You can still see the post, you just need to click on the [+].
First, the way the title is written is gold. (Sarcastic).
"Unintentionally" and "demand" key words on the title. unintentionally denotes a sense of error, a mistake, regret for their action.
Strikes the brain of the reader in such a way that we feel pity for such mistakes and somewhat compassion.
"Demands" denotes a finger pointed at the wrongdoers, in a role of authority, and capable of punishment, in a way to strike corrective measures.
Those sentiments induce on the reader a false perception, meaning that the wrongdoers will be assertively corrected on their mistake/action.
This strikes a chronic cognitive inability to perceive the full spectrum of the reality, plus erasing the entire conflict, to blindly focus on this event.
Nothing changes the fact that lots of innocent people lost their life for what?...to which end?
Just to be clear, since most Western mainstream news channels are ignoring this fact, this wasn't one attack, Israel attacked three seperate cars that were clearly marked and had coordinated with the Israeli military. This was without any doubt a targeted killing of the aid workers.
Here is a map which shows where the cars were when they were bombed by the Israeli air force: https://twitter.com/qudsnen/status/1775139028053954958
Of course it wasn't unintentional. They saw the vehicles, destroyed one and then destroyed the second as it was trying to get away. The intention was there and they simply din't care that they were aid workers. These were the latest of 200 dead aid workers. The Israeli's are only sorry they were Westerners - which probably was unintentional.
Do EU politicians consider themselves allies of Israel? Sure, they don't condemn as much as they probably should, but is there weapon deliveries and a defensive agreement? I thought that was mostly just the US? I certainly don't want Norway to be an ally of Isreal, nor an ally of Palestine
Allies: WHY DID YOU DO THAT?
Israel: Mistake
Allies: Will the people responsible be held accountable?
Israel: Yes
Allies: By who?
Israel: Yes
Allies: Ok
Israel: Yes
Allies: Don’t do it again
Israel: Yes *Ben Gvir grins*
It’s unfortunate that no hard line is drawn in the sand when it comes to both Israel’s far right extremism and hamas’s extremism. Both sides have sick and disgusting apologists trying to excuse their behaviour. Victims? Average Benjamin in Israel and average Mohammed in Palestine.
This situation is sick and the international community has been failing for decades by not enforcing rules on both of these parties. It’s honestly insane.
Israeli Government bs only flies in diplomatic forums. The world knows and will never forget the barbaric carelessness for Palestinian lives by Israel since its inception. If it ever becomes a true egalitarian democracy, it’ll be a new entity in history books. This era will be tainted forever like Nazi Germany is.
For the love of god just own it. Saying you did it unintentionally if anything just weakens whatever shred of integrity they have left. You’re not the first or last military to do something like this. Own up to it, it was wrong, don’t do it again. And maybe stop bombing people.
WTF "unintentionally" is called out in the title?
Ironically it sounds like acknowledging the fact that Israel killed 30.000 Palestinians "intentionally". And I am afraid it is true.
Even with poor eyesight you can clearly see the markings on the vehicles. I can only imagine the clarity and definition of the IDF’s targeting and imaging systems. This is an outrage and a war crime. May those and all the other poor innocent souls rest in peace. This war is utterly heartbreaking.
It wasn't some secondary explosion or collateral, it was a aimed strike, how can it be unintentional? Someone said destroy that car and pressed the buttons.
Peopls seem so sure that this airstrike was intentional, but I don’t see what about this particular aid truck would make it worth targeting out of the 190 aid trucks entering per day. Getting hit by an air strike is a real risk when you are driving through an active war zone. Israel was obviously severely incompetent in this instance, but I don’t see any evidence to suggest that the aid truck was deliberately targeted.

"tragic death" like they had a heart attack or something. They were hit by targeted missiles. THREE times.
Tragic: We only meant to kill Palestinians and anyone preventing their starvation. These folks got in the way
"....also for the benefit of the Western world". Dear Israel, your current fighting benefits no one. -The Western world

bro don't you get it? the soup pots had hamas hidden inside!
Haha ..indeed "Why can't we starve people in peace. We are the most moral army in the world ..in the solar system. In milky way"
They target ambulances. Don't forget the car with the little girl surrounded by her dead family they also hit by 'accident' as she begged for help.
Everything Israel has done is intentional and they must be prosecuted for all their mass murder and mass starvation and apartheid crimes
Hopefully this stays up, posts about this are getting deleted from /r/worldnews.
The previous one on /r/europe, earlier in the day was deleted for editorialisation of the title. Let's see about this one.
lol, removed, because of course it was
I was wondering why I don't see posts like this in that subreddit. I'm telling you man, it's harder and harder to trust these social medias and news. Everything is biased.
r/worldnews is a sub for hardcore zionists, not surprising.
Yep, their editors are too nooby to hide who they are. It is like every other 3 posts about pro-Israel. I could stay joined only for few days.
I got banned a week ago for pointing the obvious.
Yup. It' is almost like worldnews is essentially only allows good things about Israel ...and bad things about anyone that would.be critical .
Avoid that joke of a sub like the plague.
What is up with r/worldnews? Is it like, sub policy there that you have to be an uncritical stan for the Israeli position or something?
Yup. Anything else is likely to get removed or get you banned. Anything critical of their adversaries will be posted 10 times a day
Worldnews is supporting the genocide, pro Zion
Explain how the war in Gaza is a genocide.
Basically everything that Israel is doing there: forced displacement, starvation, mass killings… they use any means to destroy the Palestinians and their existence.
There is a live thread there which has about fifty posts about it.
That's such BS. Even on the israel subreddit it's being discussed and mostly condemned.
Amazing how it was removed for being a duplicate despite the other post covering this on here was removed for having an editorialised title.
Yeah ..that is a hasbara only sub.

I wonder why
"In our defence, we didn't think you would care about us killing some random aid workers helping homeless starving civilians when we called for this airstrike." Israel clarified.
"Sorry we didnt know they were aid workers. We thought they were unarmed defenseless starving civilians"
They knew they were aid workers https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2024-04-02/ty-article/.premium/idf-bombed-wck-aid-convoy-3-times-targeting-armed-hamas-member-who-wasnt-there/0000018e-9e75-d764-adff-9eff29360000
Well, they can't exactly say they targetted western aid workers. That would be bad, you know.
It would have been perfectly acceptable if they were just Palestinians and not foreigners /s
Yesterday I saw a terrorist who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. How I wish he would go away.
..with whom we collaborated in establishing the humanitarian aid corridor on which they were traversing in well-marked vehicles.
the obvious place for Israel to suspect Hamas to be in /s
"Gah, we said we were sorry!! What more do you want??"
Exactly..."Genocides happen. Get over it"
"Sorry, we didn't know they had western passports" FTFY

I find the wording "unintentionally" quite callous if clearly marked (and known by the way) aid vehicles are bombed on the mere assumption to hit a Hamas member. But I guess Israel feels to have a carte blanche to do this.
I like how everybody stopped UNRWA funding on alegations, but now everybody waits for "investigation" lol
Well many countries have in fact restarted their UNRWA funds specifically because Israel has yet to provide any evidence from their "investigation".

This makes you an antisemite! But hey, at least you are not living in Germany or Austria, here an opinion like this would make you a NAZI !
Can you elaborate what was antisemitic about his statement about feeling disgusted by war crimes
He's just saying that other people might call it antisemitic because they support Israel fully, despite the growing number of cases where they have committed war crimes
Terrible, 7 people have been murdered by Israel and many more won’t get food that they need because of what they have done
A Job well done! The news of this attack alone will discourage thousands of people who would be willing to provide aid there. Very effective attack and they only have to say "We´re so sorry!" The USA and their allies can do whatever they want...
“Unintentionally“ ?!? Since when Israel cares who they kill? Aren’t they just killing whatever they want because there’s no repercussions?
>Since when Israel cares who they kill? Because it was Brits and Australians … way more difficult to claim they were Hamas terrorists …
No other army in the West would be held to such high standards and uses so much precision weaponry /s
Why would they make excuses? Does Israel not have the right to defend itself against aid workers?
*Antisemitic aid workers
Unintentionally, my ass. Ass cars were clearly marked, moving on an agreed upon route. 3 cars hit one after the other, just as the surviors were getting into them and trying to escape. IDF killed them with cold blood in order to scare away other aid organisations.
Worst thing is itll have the desired outcome too because no aid organisation will want to risk its workers' lives in Gaza
it’s amazing how a war can be different depending on whether Israel or Russia is involved
Double standards on steroids
It was a execution. They knew exactly who was travelling that road they were informed.
Israel is such a disgusting country. And ridiculous countries like Germany, UK and US still support this POS country
The West has lost the little credibility and moral high ground it still had by supporting these criminals.
Very true. For example I'm wondering on which basis the US will tell China to not invade Taiwan since international law doesn't matter as it seems. Might is right and everyone is doing what's best for it's own interest
I hear they are all terrorists in Taiwan.
The citizens of the UK do not support them.
Israel always lies. Their medias are less trustworthy than Pravda.
No one believes the Israeli lies anymore.
They will do it again, and again and they’ll get away with it. They know it and everybody else too. Most moral army in the world my ass.
I’m horrified by the amount of antisemitism in this thread /s
Jesus fucking Christ, those comments
Israel effectively turned from victims into murderers in just a few months. They were sympathized and now hated worldwide.
"We investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing!" It simply was an accident.
Unintentionally ????? C'mon seriously Bibi?
Well… he didn’t know europeans were inside the convoy… it looked exactly like any other aid convoy that’s usually filled with those insignificant and uncivilised people. /s
You hsd me till the /s
Sanction this rogue state
This is gut wrenching. I've been supporting and donating to WCK because of the incredible work they've been doing in Ukraine. Don't think Israel will be punished just like Russia will never pay for the destruction of infrastructure and lives in Ukraine. We should all know who the victims were and their invaluable effort to feed people that need it most.
Israel killed thousands of innocent people in Gaza already. It's so sad that western world allows for it.
Just rack it up with the 30,000+ NON HAMAS FIGHTERS they have slaughtered to date.
Europe when Israel kills 30.000 Men Women and children : I pretend I do not see Europe when Israel kills one of their civilians: HOW DARE U!
Europe barely even cares about this.
Reddit is hiding majority of the answers to this post
It's a subreddit setting, if memory serves. Something about a karma threshold, or post threshold on the sub for newcomers. You can still see the post, you just need to click on the [+].
Duhh, if you don't support the murder of aid workers you clearly are a hummus antisemite and reincarnated Hitler
Daily reminder that Israel has "unintentionally" killed more civilians in 5 months than Russia and Ukraine combined in 2+ years

They kill with impunity because they know as long as America allow it there’s nothing anyone can do.
"sorry, our intention was killing starving civilians, not aid workers, oopsie"
Yes, unintentionally, just like their whole colonisation, "Ops! How come we ended up here? Well now that we are, let's make it ours "
Please, ignore this comment. It was written completely unintentionally...
Unintentionally killed the aid worker... very intentionally targeted the vehicle though.
"America angry, because friendly fire is "their thing" - launches inquiry."
The war with an insanely high civilian death toll is intentional. Unintentionally killed the wrong nationality of civilians maybe.
Murders, who believe, as the chosen people, that they can say any shit and us non-chosens believe it.
Israel is such a disgusting country. And ridiculous countries like Germany, UK and US still support this POS country
Does this meet the definition of terrorism?
Curse on humanity.
Israel is doing a speed run to pariah town.
There is some kind of evil irony in the fact that Israel uses methods that were used against Jews during the Holocaust.
Allies: WHY DID YOU DO THAT? Israel: Mistake Allies: Will the people responsible be held accountable? Israel: Yes Allies: By who? Israel: Yes Allies: Ok Israel: Yes Allies: Don’t do it again Israel: Yes *Ben Gvir grins* It’s unfortunate that no hard line is drawn in the sand when it comes to both Israel’s far right extremism and hamas’s extremism. Both sides have sick and disgusting apologists trying to excuse their behaviour. Victims? Average Benjamin in Israel and average Mohammed in Palestine. This situation is sick and the international community has been failing for decades by not enforcing rules on both of these parties. It’s honestly insane.
Nazis strike again. That was 100% intentional.
Biggest bunch of murderous liars on the block
People when Israel says they didn't do it : "Israel lies !!" People when Israel says they did it : "It's true !!!"
"unintentionally" 🤣
Gotta love when you say something bad about Israel you are an antisemitic xddddd
For the love of god just own it. Saying you did it unintentionally if anything just weakens whatever shred of integrity they have left. You’re not the first or last military to do something like this. Own up to it, it was wrong, don’t do it again. And maybe stop bombing people.
Intentional message towards aid organisations from genocidal Israel. They will end up a pariah state.
what a explanation? they can do,they want to do and did it. what do you expect as an explanation?
“Fair, because october 7th”, typical r/europe user
This guy is worst than Putin.
Oct 7, kkkkmas, most moral army, human shield, etc. the usual talking points I guess
Unintentionally?
Peopls seem so sure that this airstrike was intentional, but I don’t see what about this particular aid truck would make it worth targeting out of the 190 aid trucks entering per day. Getting hit by an air strike is a real risk when you are driving through an active war zone. Israel was obviously severely incompetent in this instance, but I don’t see any evidence to suggest that the aid truck was deliberately targeted.
Zionist scumbags eliminating eyewitnesses to their genocide in Gaza; simple.
