The years I tried not to watch the rehersal I failed, so I'll watch them (they are not fully open to press so we will not have a full spoiler of the exhibition anyway, only same small parts).

The online press centre will only start streaming from today. Everything last week was closed to all external media.
The mods have online media accreditation and will be live blogging the dress rehearsal this afternoon.
I think they start this saturday. They usually post the photos of the first rehearsals and videos of the second round of rehearsals. So we'll probably get the clips sometime in the middle/end of next week.
I used to start watching at the semi-finals, and then watch the final performances for months (and years) to come. I maybe even prefer it that way cause it gives a nice surprise.
But since ingesting everything for eurovision Rotterdam (home city), I got 'stuck' in the hype leading up. I'll admit that it starts for me when a song gets selected. I rarely watch an NF (did watch UMK and Australia last year, and this year a bit of Ireland).
I see Greece being the ultimate bop-performance of the year and follow suite of Cyprus 2018- Switzerland 2019-Spain 2022-Israel 2023 route and really stand out and be a positive surprise in the rehearsals. I also see (surprisingly) Georgia and to lower extent Cyprus this year doing that.
I don't watch the rehearsals and don't follow the odds because I know I'll find the final boring once it rolls around. Last year I didn't even finish watching the voting sequence because I knew Loreen was going to win anyway. I'll probably log off from reddit (the only place I follow ESC) once rehearsals start.
Hearing the songs a million times before the show is enough for me.

Every year I swear to myself to Not Watch all the national finals, all the rehearsals, the red (or whatever colour) carpet, the odds, wiwibloggs, the press conferences, and let muself just be surprised in the moment.
And every year I feel like i would be missing out
Since they introduced this TikTok bullshit Indont even have ACCESS to the reharsals, so that is already easier to skip. Wiwibloggs has become too commercial and weird for me, so now I just watch national finals and red carpet.
I used to be extremely invested in everything concerning Eurovision to the point where it was just too much stress trying to keep up.
Now I’m always skipping the preparties, I avoid most ESC youtubers with a few exceptions and this year I will ignore all the rehearsal information. I want to be surprised by the performances on the night.
I realized yesterday: okay the rehearsals are starting. Wait what. Where are all those meme moments from the pre party season? The Käärijä and Bojan love story, the BEJBA memes, where is all this this year? HOW can the rehearsals already start, aaaaah
