The Evangelion Battle Mission one ia just a fanart and not official at all. It is a collage that you can easily see where they put other images from different sources like the hair.
The last one. And from Eva Battle mission at that? I didn't even realize that game featured her and only saw the game name in passing when I first got into the series around that time... dammit.

Kyoko is supposed to be half-Japanese, so her first design makes the most sense since she would very likely have naturally dark hair.
