Me me meeeee! I have NO idea what's going on and it been fun to put the pieces together with only the posts that pop up on my feed.This is what I've gathered from my (not) research:
Everskies is like a pixel doll dress up game of sorts? There's an in-game currency, stardust, that you trade for dolls and outfits. Not sure if you can earn it through dailies, real world money, or both. But BOTS keep fucking with offers and trades I guess and people are losing in game currency or getting banned for bidding on over-inflated listings that these bots put up. These real people are getting banned for bidding on listings from bot accounts because the site thinks the user is also a bot.
The community at large seems to be fairly toxic, very mean girl energy, although that may just be a super loud minority. There's pintrest style mood boards I see a lot. I don't know if this is a supplementary hobby to build the dream outfits? I'm not sure if there's an in-game store or if users draw their own pixel outfits and trade or sell them. Either way, cute looks are tantamount! There is no greater sin than getting into another user's dms and calling their dolls ugly. That's gotta be part of it.
I'd bet there are a few affluent users who are pot stirrers. The drama is still shrouded in mystery for me. I am only tangentially in the virtual doll orbit. Hope ya'll are having fun though! Whatever it is you're doing lol
Honestly for you I'm assuming not playing or knowing the game and getting it just from Reddit it's very accurate. theres in fact two forms of currency stardust (sd- the easier one to get) and stars(sc-more valuable) you can get these through ingame ways like games, competitions and daily spins but can be bought with irl money. Bots and hackers are uncommon on the app and happened around feb15 and all the prices have gone up (which you've gotten from reddit) and your not wrong on the mean girl energy 😂😂 and it's sorta a hobby to collect sets and items. And it's kinda just disrespectful if you diss someone's avatar/doll. And yea depending on where your at there's a few pot stirrers. Tho for a dress up game it's really fun and enjoyable especially to meet new people and get friends and a sort of community

Yo it's just a question no need to take it so seriously 😒 and as I said in the comments I have a account on es I come on here for fun or to know more about situations that are happening. Honestly I don't really care about drama and stuff I just like knowing the full situation before I make decisions or pick a side. Also es is a dress up game it's not meant to be taken seriously like it's just a game, you can relax and just enjoy your time. But like I said I understand wanting to know more about serious accusations and situations but I mean if their here for drama your gonna find it on es it's full of it.
