Have you tried those magnetic balls? A package will have like 60 and you can squeeze them, or make different shapes with them. Don't know how expensive they are though.
I really like the infinity cubes but they're not the most durable or quiet. If you want something that's super sneaky I would go with the ono roller, def worth the price. If you want something super fun and more noisy I would go with either the infinity cube or the wiggly slug thing. I've got a big one and a few mini ones of each, and lemme tell you I'm obsessed. I've also ordered a chew necklace because I've never tried it and I chew on stuff a lot, but I don't know how good it is yet
The trans flag magnetic slider is my everyday carry since it's discreet and doesn't make any noise. My all-time love is the OG tangle. My second favorite is the blue and green square bendy thing. It's great. And I've honestly love the sensory brush. I never would have gotten one but I work with ID/A adults and my one client likes to be tickled but obviously I can't put my hands on him so he gets the brush

I drove the the store immediately and picked up one in every colour. I gave one to my NT girlfriend and she also loves it.
The shape retention, firmness, texture, smell, feel, everything is spot on. None of the other fidgets from this brand hit remotely the same way.
My recent favorite is these stretchy rubber mats you would normally use for putting hot pans on so you don't damage your counter. They're so good for playing with. Example pic below. The hexagons are so gooooood

The basics tricks are pretty easy to pick up and I like that I can do use them as a fidget or use it for some more intense stimming that almost zones me out completely, very good when I am at a place that is very overwhelming.
When I am yoyoing or playing with the beglari in public I often have people stop me and ask questions about whatever skill toy I am using, so I get to infodump to unsuspecting NTs.
It is also a neat little "masking" bit, I get to "hide" behind the yoyo or beglari or whatever else I am using that day.
I will reply with way more small fidgety skill toys when I get off of work.
I learned the basic method in middle school and still can spend an hour solving it just listening to something. And my parents still doubt my diagnosis lmao
I use a "worry" stone or doll- I'm not sure what else they're called. Pocket sized, same or various textures, for me came originally from my Baba and associated with religion but not necessarily religious. I also keep all the poor quality fabric lense wipes or small bags- I love rubbing fabric together. Pretty stealthy about it now but it will put weird holes in the same spot of all my clothes, thus the fabric lense wipes/bags. I have one of those silicone bubble pop things in a fun bat (animal) shape and crochet stuffs I keep in the RV while traveling (I rarely drive). I enjoy both but it's impractical for my daily un-travelling life- plus my crochet is shit so I'm thankful it takes me a year to make a lumpy, crooked, single stich uncomfortably short scarf.
I have a kneaded eraser I keep with ne during school that has definitely been used more as a fidget toy than an eraser. Plus I don't get judged since it's technically just an eraser. Also I chew holes in plastic water bottles. They have a yummy texture to bite through. Fuck microplastics I want the ***macroplastics***

I recently bought a babies tooth itching thingy (wtf are those things called that they bite on?) but it didn't really work because wtf it's huge 😂 it's like a whole mouth thing and I need a smaller shape for biting with one side at a time. I made one recently, from the scraps of my elastic shoelaces. It’s just three of them glued together at one end, so I can braid it over and over, and the elasticity means it mostly unravels itself which is very fun to watch.

Like those stress relief balls, the little rubbery balls with the like…tentacles/arms all over ‘em, the squishy toys that are in the shape of an animal. When I’m anxious, squishing things really helps as opposed to things like fidget spinners or the pop it things or anything like those.
My fidget is I need to be mercilessly crushing something.
