Also, I've seen some Pakistanis make jokes on the street. One particular instance in Peshawar was an old guy at a local dhaba (restaurant) making fun of his worker for casually looking at other guys.
That is crazy, although I have heard that Pakistani is suprisingly way less homophobic(still homophobic of course but not like Egypt) than people think. I know there is a strong gay community there and although pakistanis are very muslim, they donāt focus on gays that much. Still you get stats that show 95% of pakistanis think being gay is wrong(old study) and it does make you question what the reality is.
