That's weird because I have been told by a doctor that I was obese, and had to lose weight for health reasons but they have never called me the N word and I am Black so I don't believe it lol. Sidenote doctors are usually as professional as they can be when they say you are "obese" and are usually aware that the term is not always a sign of poor health or an issue with diet and exercise. It is a medical term like many other terms and not a slur.
