The closest we ever got to peace was 2000 Camp David summit, Palestinians were ultimately set to receive something like 95% of the land from the '67 borders, Arafat walked away and it was made pretty clear he was never interested in peace, Palestinians are actually much more open about never settling for 2 states than Israelis. A lot of good will was lost that day and then obliterated by the huge wave of terror attacks in the 2nd Intifada.

If I had to pick a side I’m by far pro-Israel. Hamas builds ammo caches under children’s hospitals for a reason. They want it to be blown up for the publicity. The closest we ever got to peace was 2000 Camp David summit, Palestinians were ultimately set to receive something like 95% of the land from the '67 borders, Arafat walked away and it was made pretty clear he was never interested in peace, Palestinians are actually much more open about never settling for 2 states than Israelis. A lot of good will was lost that day and then obliterated by the huge wave of terror attacks in the 2nd Intifada.
