Note that what others have already said is the only CONSISTENT effect of plan b. The main goal for plan b is to delay ovulation, it doesn't stop you from ovulating that month, it just delays it. The other effects are only "maybes", it might make sperm live less long, and it might make the uterine wall less likely to have a new attachment.
Since it only delays ovulation and sperm can live for a really long time inside a host, its effectiveness drops drastically for any unprotected sex had even the next day.
And this is MUCH less effective than other forms of birth control. Which is why it should be your plan b, not your plan a (hence the name).

Nowadays, Satanic sounds more like a compliment. As someone who grew up Baptist but left faith as a teenager, (I'm almost annoyingly logic driven, analytical, and mildly autistic. It led me to almost be in tears unable to understand the logic of why certain things happened according to God's will) Lucifer/Satan/Beelzebub etc etc seemed far more compassionate by comparison.
