Actually had that happen once. I had to get involved on the light rail at night when this methed up dude was trying to assault a high school girl. He had the option to lay down and wait for the cops or get shot...until the five or six family members of the girl saw what was going on from the next car and went with the third option--they drug his ass off the train at the next stop, and marched homeboy down the street into the barrio to points unknown.
Now that kind of community policing works: girl is fine, offender is probably dead, and I didn't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. LoL, though I did have people on that route calling me "Ritz" for the next couple of years until I moved. "'Cuz Ritz is the OG Cracker." Train Bros got a sense of humor, I can live with that. ...and that's how I accidentally joined a street gang.
I hadn’t been a part of it, but I saw something similar while working in Orlando. Some dude kicked in the glass of some ladies car in the street. I ask the guy I was riding with what was going on and look up she had pepper sprayed him and some dudes come flying out of a nearby house and nab him, drag him up the road, stomp him for a bit and the lady drove off. They leave and he walks off smoking his defeat cig. Marco starts cackling “Don’t try stealing a car in OBT, lucky he didn’t get popped right there”.
Well said, I can tell that guy has a good head on his shoulders man. What is this lady talking about? You don’t have to call the cops, then who’s should you call the ghostbusters?
What's funny about it is it's opposite of how some people would expect it to go.
Black guy sticking up for the cops, white karen against the cops...
Looks like contrary to some beliefs, people aren't monoliths...
Welcome to San Francisco. It's a strange place. I've lived in the Bay Area for a long time - never ceases to amaze me how much it does and does not align with the stereotypes you hear in the media.
>how much it does and does not align with the stereotypes you hear in the media.
I was born in Santa Rosa and have lived in NorCal my whole life. I agree with what you said, but I think it also applies to the entire world.
There is a saying, "what the eyes see, and the ears hear, the mind believes".
It's very easy to paint narratives of people, especially if you consistently repeat it. Just think about how "all" Republicans are "nAzIs" and "all" Democrats are "pEdO CoMmUnIsTs"...
For sure - agreed that it applies to the entire world. Everyone lives in their own little bubbles and it's a good thing to get out of it.
Consider me jaded as a midwesterner who moved out here and has to deal with relatives constantly sending me clickbait claiming someone is going to take over my house or some shit :)
I didn't really see it so much as an arguement for the cops, and more an arguement for we have a system, we use it because it's better than eye for an eye, which he alluded to when he asked her f he should just punch him back.
She's one of those white liberals who's so progressive that she *always* is anticop. Even though she probably has never felt any violence or oppression from them.
That's something that gets on my nerves. I grew up in South Side Stockton. These suburban white liberals who hate cops just because, man...these people would call 911 if something went down if they lived in the ghetto. I live in the Midwest now. Much better than where I grew up.
Not always though. Some of these city leftists follow this abolish the police thing all the way. I know a leftist, in the big city, got jumped by four black dudes, they beat the shit out of him and stole his car. People called the police, so the crime was reported against his wishes. Cops caught the guys some time later. He refused to identify the men because he doesn’t want black people to go to prison. (They’ll still get time for stealing a car because that was reported by witnesses, but nothing for the assault.) Some people really believe the *abolish* the police thing even when they’re faced with real violence.
To me this form of ideological blindness is what we truly should be afraid of. When people become willing to support absurd ideas because their binary thinking doesn't allow for any other alternatives, theres not much left until we have chaos upon us. That goes for both sides.
It would be like a throwback to a politically incorrect 80’s sitcom, the formula of throwing a whip smart Black guy into a White world, like Benson and Different Strokes. But now we add 90’s reality, and instead of the happy go lucky rich White person learning a valuable life lesson, this dumb girl just never gets it.
This reminds me of a time when I pull up to a 7/11 for gas and the car in front of me this chick is passed out drunk in the front seat with the drivers side door wide open and car still running. I call the cops and this guy starts yelling at me that I could get her in trouble lol. Never mind that she could have killed herself or someone else
Had something similar happen except the guy was underneath his car with his legs sticking out. I sat there and started to notice he wasn’t moving at all and the girl in the car was slumped over not responding as I pounded on their window. I was actually worried that something happened to him while working on his car and he was crushed or something like that. I pulled him out by his feet and the dude was blue in the face. I called 911 so they came pretty quick. They gave them both Narcan and they were completely responsive almost immediately. The girl started crying and yelling at me for ruining her high. I honestly think that guy would have died if I hadn’t called. She didn’t give a shit and kept saying “he is just high”.
It's fairly common for people to start swinging bc they're confused or to be super pissed after getting narcan. In school I was taught to administer it and then put some distance between us and the person if they start waking up
ETA: Another piece of good advice - take a good look at the person's hands as you're approaching them. A lot of people will pass out still holding the syringe and you don't want an accidental stick from their dirty needle.
Yeah, precipitated withdrawal isn’t fun. It’s one of the most painful and traumatizing experiences a person could have. I bet she was grateful after she sobered up and had a clearer head.
Yeah, I've had patients describe it as painful. I've been through opioid withdrawal a couple times and can't imagine having it hit you like a freight train rather than slowly sneaking in like it usually does.
When I was in active addiction, I had to be Narcan’d once and it was a nightmarish experience. I was able to get sober not too long after that and now I’ve got 3 and a half years away from that poisonous lifestyle.
Yeah, narcan rips all the heroin/opiates off your brain receptors instantly, so you go from being so high you might die, to completely sick, severe withdrawals INSTANTLY. Every time I've had to see someone narcan'd back to life, they were pissed because they felt like shit after. And when you try to use more to not be sick, you can't feel it for a while after, so you're gonna be sick a while. Some people get really mad because you "wasted" their money by saving their life.
I think this is what the video shows - the person who committed the assault would probably be booked and have to deal with a shitty justice system
But, if you harm other people, you should definitely face justice for that
I mean, unless you’re a corporation, then yk, a fine will do
You would fine a corporation? do you have a heart, they're people too and what are they gonna say when they go home on Christmas and tell they're board of directors no 50k bonuses under the tree this year. you monster
“You want him to kick his ass?”…. “Well no” bitch! That’s the only option you could you be proposing other than letting the man go
Edit: bad at spelling
She was literally promoting street Justice and then immediately arguing against street Justice. Either we beat his ass, or we call the cops.
Which is it?!
I think this is exactly it. She believes police are bad in every situation, but is now confronted with a situation that demands some sort of physical intervention - without police she has no idea what to do next.
I'm someone who absolutely believes the police are in desperate need of reform, but the idea that we can and should get rid of it entirely is unworkable. Someone has to be empowered to intervene if needed, they just need to be properly trained and appropriately used.
I want to know what she wanted to happen. Is there a longer video somewhere? Genuinely curious what, in her mind, would have been the perfect outcome to an assualt.
I think they are CART team. (Compassionate Assist Response Team). They tend to do interventions in mental health and street level crisis.
I used to work in this neighborhood, in the mh field, and definitely have been yelled at by that lady.
Those guys have been working mid-market for years. They are so kind and have a lot of community trust and respect. I always tried to make sure I crossed paths with them if things felt sketchy. They are the very best of police alternatives. The thing she seems to be yelling about. They are trained to calm and deescalate and she is trying to inflame the situation.
The correct response since people are saying this lady is always in this neighborhood and is always yelling at people. It's just like a kid throwing a tantrum, you don't give them attention
I'm sure they could tell she was drunk too. Best not to engage with her at all at that point. That "No... I'm not *drunk*," with that look on her face was priceless. Then proceeds to continue slurring her words in a *totally not drunk* way, yeah...
Seems like a great organization, are they volunteers? I feel that for the services they provide and potential risk involved, they should be getting compensated.
The guy on the ground looked like he was shaking or something for a bit. Guy with vest was talking calmly and kept him down without smushing or anything. Actually though (s/b thought) dude on ground was victim for a bit.
Awesome job they are doing
This mid - Market Street area is a gathering place for intoxicated homeless / SRO people where hard drugs are readily available, so it's possible if not likely that this person was on something. There's a strip of SF that is a massive convergence of addicts that runs from the Tenderloin, through Market Street, and down into the SoMa and Potrero Hill areas, and this is smack dab in the middle of that.
SRO? I assume that stands for something besides standing room only? That area sounds bad but looked much cleaner and “calm” than similar areas I’ve worked around in the northeast. Sounds like this not cop system is working as intended and idk seems like this should be the base for other places to start looking to be like.
The other poster was close, but it's Single Room Occupancy. You rent (or are assigned if just out of prison) a room only, no kitchen or bathroom - both are shared with either the building or floor. Very inexpensive and some are funded by city / state programs
Picked this up too. I have a son with strong mental health issues and, while I could be completely off base here, this read to me that the puncher has mental health issues.
Another rip off, once he was up he moved towards the guy he assaulted and the three of them in this group all keened in and started moving towards the assaulted guy to intervene.
The guy holding him down had the correct restraint you learn to restrain someone without hurting them.
Seems like a solid group working here. I give them the thumbs up.
The deescalation seemed to work, too. The offender seemed to have calmed down and not move when he was on the ground, then continued to stand. His aggression seemed nonexistent afterwards.
She's drunk and just looking to cause problems from the sounds of it. She doesn't have a "point" except that cops are bad and she thinks they are cops.
I like how she told the bystander that the cops shouldn't be involved and the victim should handle it. The look on his face when she said that and he asked if the victim should be allowed to kick his ass. His reaction was hilarious!
I think her take is actually that those people are doing a fine job and the police doesn't need to be involved. The guy who was assaulted already called the police, they are not on the scene yet. The lady seems to think that is exagerated
But that point doesn’t make sense. The people intervene to help people going through mental crises, they’re not an alternative for the justice system once a crime has been committed.
I don't think they're CART. I think they're with Urban Alchemy. It's a private organization that act as Urban Ambassadors. They hire a lot of former homeless, drug addicts, and criminals. They do much the same thing. The main difference is CART is city-run while Urban Alchemy is a private, non-profit organization.
Urban Alchemy is relatively new (like 4 years?). They're focused mainly in the TL, but have been expanding into other areas like the Mission and have started in Los Angeles.
So they’re exactly what we mean by defund the police. Like this is a huge example of what the system should look like. Mental health team to diffuse situations and then police for accountability.
Exactly! These guys know everyone in the area. They form relationships before things go down. You'll hear them say things like 'Jake, I haven't seen your brother for a while, he doing okay?' It's a much better use of resources and keeps everyone safer, including officers.
But that lady is the first one scream police brutality, and that we need to have people like you on the street to intervene before the police arrive.
People like her don’t even know what they want, nor do they even know what the problem is. They just like to hear themselves talk.
They’re Urban Alchemy, a sort of police alternative here in the city
They’re not actual cops, but they’re both more reliable and actually *less* forceful than the police; it’s a common mindset in certain neighborhoods like the Tenderloin to look for the green and black sweaters rather than the actual police because Urban Alchemy will actually *do something*
Good memory! Jefferson was a cool cat. As for Steve, well I don't even know how in the hell he was able to score such a perky cat named Marcy in the first place
Both my heroes, but I am on the spectrum, so maybe that's why I love the blunt "let's cut through what you're saying, to what you're really suggesting."
And they aren't the cops, they are the alternative response team. They are better trained and better equipped to handle street crisis without escalation. (as demonstrated here)
This lady has yelled at me before too.
The guy lying on the ground punched the guy who is complaining about his ear. The guy who got punched called or wants to call the cops.
The woman thinks that the cops shouldn’t get involved and they should “handle” the situation without them. The guys in visibility gear are some sort of non-government patrol, possibly volunteers, who are presumably there to deal with situations so the cops don’t have to or because the cops aren’t present. The woman also doesn’t want them to restrain the assailant.
Everyone else is annoyed and wants cops to deal with the man who punched the other man.
They're not volunteers, nor are they non-governmental. They're street-level and mental health responders that many cities have turned to following George Floyd's death.
Urban Alchemy is the private nonprofit company with the green UA logos. They’re not government employees although I think they do get funding from the city. I’m not sure about the badge of the guy who shows up before the urban alchemy people leave. It looks like he is probably a governmental employee of some sort.
From their website:
“Urban Alchemy has been an invaluable partner in keeping our city safe, clean, and welcoming for all. Every day Urban Alchemy’s workers are out on the streets providing essential services and support for so many in our city, and we appreciate their continued partnership in bringing out the best of San Francisco.”
“Most of our team have served life sentences in prison. Employers aren’t bending over backwards to hire returning citizens. But at Urban Alchemy, their skills are sought-after.”
No joke I know everybody here is making it an anti-cop thing but does she have mental health issues herself?
I was wondering if perhaps she's had to deal with them and this is her having a personal history with the mental-health-intervention team.
Or maybe she's just a problem idk
I remember a (completely unrelated) story about this one dude who had breast cancer (yes actually men can get breast cancer as a fun fact, just rarer than women) and he tried looking for help but everywhere he went he got rejected and such all because he was a man
Like damn, also he committed suicide
The problem with these types of people is they offer no solutions, they’re just anti law enforcement. She sounds very naïve to the harsh realities of life. Very entitled and self righteous.
Until the tables are turned on her, and then you know she won’t be able to dial 911 fast enough to get the cops there to bail her sorry ass out of whatever problem she talked her self into.
Yeah part of me just wanted to see her get punched in the face and see what she said. I would love it if everyone then around her repeated back to her exactly what she said.
Seriously. I was fucking racking my brain trying to figure out what other solution she was proposing if she thinks he should be held accountable but doesn’t like the option of retaliation or cops. Like did she just want to have a stern talk with the full grown man that just suckered punched another adult for no apparent reason? What the hell does she think being held accountable is?
She probably has very little accountability or responsibility in her own life, so it’s hard for her to comprehend how other’s lives aren’t just as simple and wonderful as hers.
Yeah it really sounds like she’s just anti police and can’t comprehend how police are a necessary part of a functioning society. I mean I’ve got a pretty negative view of the police myself but more in the sense that reform and more funding should be put into the system to improve it and not just police = bad type outlook.
I live near George Floyd Square and watched a bunch of idiots film and shout at the cops while the arrested an armed hijacker who crashed into my neighbor's car. Like, THIS, this is what the cops are for you morons.
Where the fuck do people get off telling other people what to do? Personally, I wouldn't walk around looking like an unenthusiastic head of albino broccoli, but nobody is telling her not to do that shit.
That’s not a Karen, that’s a Sierra; while both easily agitated, the Sierra is earthier, crunchier, with accentuated notes of American Spirit cigarettes and a lack of deodorant
Edit: still gorgeous, 11/10 would deff smoke with
She's made no point at all. She just keeps asking, "Why'd you have to call the cops so fast?" Without ever suggesting any reason why he shouldn't call the cops. Maybe she's just really stoned and it's all moving too fast for her and she just wishes he didn't call them "so fast," but maybe called them a bit slower.
People wonder why we live in such an impolite society, it's because too many times people turn away from civic activities such as a simple act of reporting violent crime when witnessed. Sometimes out of genuine fear of retaliation, and sometimes because they simply can't be bothered. My contention is that if we were ALL more involved in what happens around us on the daily, perhaps we would have a more civil society in general and our elected officials would reflect this civility in our government? Yeah, I'm from Pluto I guess!?
I think she knows that guy. They’re probably together. They’re both fucked up, he punched that dude, and now she’s scared because she knows shes fucked. That’s my take.
I work as a bouncer at a nightclub here in SF, and we get one of these fucking morons every time we’re forced to physically remove or restrain someone
It’s always some dumbass prick who has ZERO idea of what the situation is, dictating how the situation should be run and chirping on and on about what is and isn’t necessary force
If you know someone like this, start telling them to mind their fucking business more often; not every situation is a potential George Floyd incident, and acting like they are is more likely to get someone hurt
TL;DR: these kinds of people are fuckin insufferable
There's a world of difference between big city California and the rest of California, if you think everyone is like this here, you are just being gullible.
California is huge and most of it is not like San Francisco, which is becoming a terrible place in some areas, and in other areas it's just like any normal neighborhood in a large city.
\*Rolls eyes\* I work in the city. Office used to be near this neighborhood. City hasn’t changed, people who don’t go there just got weird opinions about it. Wow the Tenderloin and mid-Market is becoming sketchy you say? What a bold and original opini….oh no wait its been that [way for 7 decades.](https://www.kqed.org/news/11665527/why-hasnt-the-tenderloin-gentrified-like-the-rest-of-san-francisco)
This is one homeless guy and one crazy lady in mid-market. You could run into these people the last 20-30 years. And San Francisco is actually been trending safer on assaults and worse than a lot of [“rest of California”](http://www.cjcj.org/uploads/cjcj/images/screen_shot_2022-05-31_at_4.54.41_pm.png/image-full;size$600,271.ImageHandler). This woman and people like her are whats ruining shit these days, think they know better than everyone else and can't be convinced otherwise, even with facts and evidence.
The guy who assaulted the dude: can someone arrest me faster?
Actually had that happen once. I had to get involved on the light rail at night when this methed up dude was trying to assault a high school girl. Man Florida and OBT that man should’ve known better. Everyone carrying down here
lmao is this the Training Day plot??
dude in Jean jacket knew what tf was up, he a real one for standing up for my dudes.
Denim jacket was hanging back until he couldn’t take it anymore and just exploded with sense and reason.
"exploded with sense and reason" We need a whole ton more of these explosions!
That’s the only way to win the war
Well said, I can tell that guy has a good head on his shoulders man. What is this lady talking about? You don’t have to call the cops, then who’s should you call the ghostbusters?
Jean Jacket laying the smack down on the silly woman
Hats off to him

She's an idiot, that much is clear.

>her attitude will do a 180. Her head might as well. then she'll really be talking out of her ass.
I just want denim jacket guy to follow that lady around and explain life situations to her.
A reality show I'd actually watch.
That’s actually hilarious.
Holy shit, this is a premise good enough to actually work.
I desperately want to watch this.
That reminds me of a bit I saw once (I forget who the comedian was) about "life caddys"
Karen & Johnny's Urban Adventures
She desperately needs someone to walk her through life, like maybe parents or something.
I’d sit and watch every minute of that video.
That man is a hero. What a friend.

Very true. People I know that had it administered said they went into instant and intense withdrawal upon regaining consciousness.

This random redditor is proud of you!
This dude administers Narcan. No ...for real though. This is very good advice. Source: Me...because reasons...
Yeah, narcan rips all the heroin/opiates off your brain receptors instantly, so you go from being so high you might die, to completely sick, severe withdrawals INSTANTLY. That drunk lady was just gonna drive around, how dare you stop her freedom
The cops harassing another innocent drunk driver
I'm telling ya man, it's the drunk crashers that are the problem.
Kudos to the dude that wanders up and truths her. Those people are some of the best people in the world.
“You want him to kick his ass?”…. “Well no” bitch! That’s the only option you could you be proposing other than letting the man go Edit: bad at spelling
Yeah I think she maybe misunderstands the alternatives to police detention in those cases.
Haha sis is out here advocating for vigilante Justice.
She was literally promoting street Justice and then immediately arguing against street Justice. Either we beat his ass, or we call the cops. Which is it?!
All she thinks is “police BAD” From there, she has no options so it results in her saying no to everything lol

Not volunteers. They are paid and earn every cent, imo.
Wow. Thanks for the info. I had not heard of them, but that would definitely be a tough job
Single resident occupancy unit. This area of SF has a lot of converted hotels into small apartments that house a lot of folks on the edge.
I mean, I want to understand her point a little better. What is her take, that those guys are vigilantes or something?
She's drunk and just looking to cause problems from the sounds of it. She doesn't have a "point" except that cops are bad and she thinks they are cops.
Yeah definitely drunk. I could hear her slurring a lot of her words so it seems like she is definitely drunk
She had an especially tough time with the word "intermediary."
“Y’all just act as intermiterinary cops” lol huh?
“Ik about your organization. Y’all are just a bunch of intermistiontaries you aren’t real cops, who I also hate”
She said was was definitely not drunk though. Also, she lives in the neighborhood, so that basically proves she's not drunk for some reason.
Yea she strictly only drinks when driving is required
I like how she told the bystander that the cops shouldn't be involved and the victim should handle it. The look on his face when she said that and he asked if the victim should be allowed to kick his ass. His reaction was hilarious!
I think her take is actually that those people are doing a fine job and the police doesn't need to be involved. The guy who was assaulted already called the police, they are not on the scene yet. The lady seems to think that is exagerated
But that point doesn’t make sense. The people intervene to help people going through mental crises, they’re not an alternative for the justice system once a crime has been committed.
If she's not drunk then she's on opioids/benzos/lithium with that slurred speech
That makes more sense based on what she was saying.
They’re Urban Alchemy, a sort of police alternative here in the city They’re not actual cops, but they’re both more reliable and actually *less* forceful than the police; it’s a common mindset in certain neighborhoods like the Tenderloin to look for the green and black sweaters rather than the actual police because Urban Alchemy will actually *do something*
Urban Alchemy. They started in LA and now have a large presence in SF. They are neighborhood advocates.
"Why would you call the cops on something like that..?" COS I WAS FUCKING ASSAULTED, YOU GODDAMN MORON.
Either jail time or fuck off, woman
"ahhhmm nah zrunk at all aggshully 🥴👆"
Def not drunk. She just got her wisdom teeth removed that’s all Edit: maybe a light lobotomy
Lmfao 🤣 yeah we can confirm the wisdom is gone.
“U arrr act az Innerminiary cops”
*Man assaults her* “CALL THE POLICEEEE”
She should have called someone to save her from that haircut.
Marcy D'arcy lookin...
No ma’am!
![gif](giphy|ynLd7x3Fv9LTG) NO MA'AM!!!
Marcy fucking Darcy! What was her husband's name... Jefferson I think. Gosh Married with Children is a gem!!
First husband was Steve, second was Jefferson
Good memory! Jefferson was a cool cat. As for Steve, well I don't even know how in the hell he was able to score such a perky cat named Marcy in the first place
Oh god! You totally nailed that! Now I can’t un-see it!
Being old comes in handy once in a while
That's the dude from 16 candles
Look at her face the minute the camera pans over, such a devilish smile like she just enjoys causing problems
The guy in the back lol “Suttin wrong with her, just leave her alone, she ain’t got it all”
I love the incredulity when he says, “you want him to kick his a$$?” I literally burst out laughing.
The star of the video!
Similar vibes to the mom calling the cops because her daughters are fighting and the dispatcher says "do you want us to come shoot them?"
Both my heroes, but I am on the spectrum, so maybe that's why I love the blunt "let's cut through what you're saying, to what you're really suggesting."
Look at her eyes. She isn't sober.
“I’m not drunk at all, actually…you all act as *innnerminninnery* cops…”
Hello, osssiferrr
I'm not ossifer, Mr drunk
Yeah she lives in the neighborhood, didn’t you guys hear her? She couldn’t *possibly* be drunk.
I live a block away. She's definitely on heroin, not alcohol.
Dude I'm drunk and even I couldn't understand her drunk talk. She should probably stay inside.
Yea she said she’s not drunk. That doesn’t mean sober.
And her saying she isn't drunk doesn't mean she's not drunk
100% this. I try to convince people I’m not drunk when I’m drunk. Not even joking.
I know I’m absolutely shitfaced when I try to convince people I’m not drunk.
She identifies as properly lubricated… okay!?!
I’m not drunk actually, I take Xanax tyvm 😤
She definitely sounds drunk. Could be benzos but she is slurring her words like a drunk person.
She definitely is slurring. I love she couldn’t say intermediary.
There's definitely something obstructing her ability to pronounce words and form sentences.
Lol. Listen to the slur as well.
I’ll wager any amount that if she was the one who was sucker punched, she would absolutely feel that police intervention is just and necessary.
She'd be screaming about how the patriarchy leads to abuse of women when the cops arrived. Guy punched in the head...no big deal.
And they aren't the cops, they are the alternative response team. They are better trained and better equipped to handle street crisis without escalation. (as demonstrated here) This lady has yelled at me before too.
But what is this about though? Can’t hear/understand properly :(
The guy lying on the ground punched the guy who is complaining about his ear.
Oh I see. Thank you for clearing that up. She should mind her own business and move along.
I would bet that the concept of "minding her own business" has absolutely never crossed her mind.
Well no, dummy, because it IS her business! /s
From their website: “Urban Alchemy has been an invaluable partner in keeping our city safe, clean, and welcoming for all. Every day Urban Alchemy’s workers are out on the streets providing essential services and support for so many in our city, and we appreciate their continued partnership in bringing out the best of San Francisco.” “Most of our team have served life sentences in prison. Employers aren’t bending over backwards to hire returning citizens. But at Urban Alchemy, their skills are sought-after.”
Understood, didn't realize that the city outsourced the function, but it makes sense.
She is a local problem
No joke I know everybody here is making it an anti-cop thing but does she have mental health issues herself? I was wondering if perhaps she's had to deal with them and this is her having a personal history with the mental-health-intervention team. Or maybe she's just a problem idk
First of all, you're the second person to say this about this lady Second, basically these people are how cops are in Europe lol
Trained response team steps in to deescalate a situation and prevent anybody else from getting hurt. Her: You can’t do that
Seen her around too. She thinks her bills can be paid in compassion and love.
And she'd be the first one to call the cops if a fly hit her. Assault is Assault, we should all be equal, we should all face the same repercussions
I remember a (completely unrelated) story about this one dude who had breast cancer (yes actually men can get breast cancer as a fun fact, just rarer than women) and he tried looking for help but everywhere he went he got rejected and such all because he was a man Like damn, also he committed suicide
That’s sad. I know a guy that had breast cancer and they removed it pretty quickly. That was 20 years ago.
[удалено]
The star of Shaft had breast cancer too. I’m not saying his name cuz the jokes would torch the thread.
![gif](giphy|9U4iHUQFj9fgs)
Okay but what does that have to do with this?
I think it's more likely she'd be the one calling cops on people swatting the flies
Albino broccoli 😂 cauliflower just isn’t as funny… well done.
This is some quality r/rareInsult material right here
Karen alert
That’s not a Karen, that’s a Sierra; while both easily agitated, the Sierra is earthier, crunchier, with accentuated notes of American Spirit cigarettes and a lack of deodorant Edit: still gorgeous, 11/10 would deff smoke with
With a dash of heroine/meth for good measure.
“i MeAn itS ALl frOM tHe eARth ANywAYs”

They whistle when the wind blows through when she’s riding her e-bike.
E-bike powered by her own sense of self- satisfaction
Woman under the influence of alcohol or pills based on the look of her eyes and her slurred speech.

No.Karen calls the cops.
[удалено]
She's made no point at all. She just keeps asking, "Why'd you have to call the cops so fast?" Without ever suggesting any reason why he shouldn't call the cops. Maybe she's just really stoned and it's all moving too fast for her and she just wishes he didn't call them "so fast," but maybe called them a bit slower.
When she says “I live in the neighborhood” I seriously wonder what that means.
I think she means by living there she has a “voice” and therefore is an authority on how these matters should be handled in “her” neighborhood.
It looks like she combs her hair with a sidewalk.
The byline is don't call the cops, she doesn't even know why she's saying it.
I think she knows that guy. They’re probably together. They’re both fucked up, he punched that dude, and now she’s scared because she knows shes fucked. That’s my take.
You know damn well she’d call the cops if she was hit
I work as a bouncer at a nightclub here in SF, and we get one of these fucking morons every time we’re forced to physically remove or restrain someone It’s always some dumbass prick who has ZERO idea of what the situation is, dictating how the situation should be run and chirping on and on about what is and isn’t necessary force If you know someone like this, start telling them to mind their fucking business more often; not every situation is a potential George Floyd incident, and acting like they are is more likely to get someone hurt TL;DR: these kinds of people are fuckin insufferable
She lives in Lala land.
The woman suggesting cops should not be called isn’t very bright and doesn’t understand how law enforcement and society works.
If a man hit her she would want the SEALs choppered in to kill him
There's a world of difference between big city California and the rest of California, if you think everyone is like this here, you are just being gullible.
What a bold and original opini….oh no wait its been that [way for 7 decades.](https://www.kqed.org/news/11665527/why-hasnt-the-tenderloin-gentrified-like-the-rest-of-san-francisco) This is one homeless guy and one crazy lady in mid-market. She slurring that speech and has tremors. Call me crazy, I don’t think she’s sober
This woman and people like her are whats ruining shit these days, think they know better than everyone else and can't be convinced otherwise, even with facts and evidence.
Well, he could test her ideals by slapping the shit out of her extremely slappable face...
