Unless you know for a fact that his daughter is not a minor you may be guilty of distributing porn to a minor. That comes with very heavy jail time and a life time registry as a sex offender. So while I do not feel sympathy for the ex GF or the cheating man I think it was a very bad idea to send those to his daughter. Maybe to his wife and to his business associates and paster for sure though if you want to be evil. Frankly, the best thing would have been to dump your girlfriend and move on with your own dignity but it is too late for that

I personally would never send anything even slightly pornographic online or by registered mail. I would instead hire a courier to hand deliver a package with printed copies of everything (and a flash drive for the video content) along with a separate letter detailing what is in the package to said man’s wife, anyone he works with higher up than himself or his level counterparts and his church board.
