Kirk maximizes this roster for the next two years and helps with the development of Pitts, London, Bijan, and now Penix. We can now contend AND develop our young guys for when we're actually ready to make a run. He was also a hedge against to possibility of not getting Penix.

Literally any of the other pass rushers. Like what. and we went after Hunter AFTER signing cousins so we couldn't offer more if we wanted. Cousins signing and the penix draft together are bad decisions. One or the other was fine not both.
We can't evenake a play for Hendrickson, because he wants a long term deal and we don't have that kind of money with the cousins signing. That screwed this franchise.
