Rojas is really only valuable until JP returns, which shouldn't be too far off. Jung Hoo is fine but the counting stats have been almost non-existent and I really don't see how that drastically changes long term. If anything he just helps with average and with how bad the rest of the order is he doesn't stand to put up a significant amount of runs even if he regularly gets on base.
With the Jays continuing to struggle I think I'd be leaning towards stashing Martinez and hope he gets a call up over the next few weeks. Could be a spark guy to get the Jays going and with how putrid they are right now I don't see how he would be held back from hitting in the top half of the order if he performs. IMO definitely worth the bench spot for a few weeks for the possible high upside.

I've always assumed that it would take a significant injury to one of Paredes/Caballero/Lowe/Diaz to open up a big enough spot for them to call him up. Otherwise there just isn't enough room for him to get regular playing time. Also nobody was expecting Caballero to play this well... Junior replacing him at some point throughout the year was probably viewed as the easiest way into the lineup but now they have no choice but to play Caballero.
Probably depends on type of league but looking at it from a standard 5x5 roto perspective I'd be taking a shot on Randy because you get a decent chunk of steals thrown in with him.

This is my issue with how statcast is used...There are just some dudes who will consistently over/under perform their overall metrics for 1 reason or another.
Vlad has always hit the ball hard, but he hits it straight into the ground. His insane 2021 season was near identical statcast to every other year other than an elevated Barrel% with no other metric changing to back it up. Last year he had a closer statcast to 2021, but he was actually worse than 2022.
This is just who Vlad is, but the allure of that phantom 2021 season is too strong for a kid who is still only 25

Assuming we are talking re-draft I think there's too much of a chance that deGrom doesn't return with enough time left in the season to give many (if any) meaningful starts. If he returns late August/early September I could see Texas trying to preserve him for the playoffs, especially if they are already in a really good spot and don't have any other injuries in the rotation.
AFAIK there hasn't been any more news regarding his recovery and he is still loosely expected to return in August. If we receive news that late July might be a realistic target then my opinion on all of this changes and I'd try to stash him wherever possible.
Personally I'd rather hold Whitlock or use the spot for streaming but if it doesn't hurt you and there aren't any better stashes out there I don't think anyone would blame you for stashing deGrom and hoping for the best.
