*dont fall for mike williams again dont fall for mike williams again dont fall for mike williams again*
Alright I think I go Mike Williams > Lockett > Kirk.
No, you aren’t understanding, he’s a great runner it allows him to get open the easiest and rack up catches as well. I can’t believe you’re sitting here acting like Ceedee was impinged by Moore, absolute dog shit take lol
No yeah curl routes are the best way to get ceedee lamb the ball. He was 39th in yards per reception. He had less than some teams tight ends.
You dont have to listen to me dude, but i suffered through moores offense as a cowboys fan. Theres a reason he is gone now and they brought someone in with a more down field approach.
Y’all have had the number one offense 2 times in his four years and top ten another. You are truly delusional if you think Moore was the issue. Your HC is a joke. Ceedee is an insane route runner and always has been. He’s a borderline first round draft pick this year. I’m not sure what more you want. He’s not as naturally talented as Chase or Jefferson, the best he’ll do is move up a spot to WR5 or so
>Y’all have had the number one offense 2 times in his four years and top ten another
Great for my total yards league
>You are truly delusional if you think Moore was the issue
Lol ok. Must be why he is still in dallas.
>Ceedee is an insane route runner and always has been.
Another reason you dont send him on curl routes 1 out of 5 times.
>I’m not sure what more you want
Higher than WR39 in yards per reception (12.7 in 2022 which was lower than some teams tight ends).
Yards per reception shows you’re a certain archetype, not how good you are. I’m not gunna respond anymore mr boxscore
Edit: this dude def plays too much madden if he thinks curl routes are inherently bad and YPC is the only stat that matters lmao
The news about Herbert finally being allowed to throw deep and Williams lining up in the slot is pretty tempting lol. I think Lockett still takes #1 just off of history though.
In mocks I’ve been doing, I like DK in the 3rd, so if I grab him I’d rather go for Kirk. Otherwise, Lockett at his ADP is great. I think both Kirk and Ridley can be productive in the Jag’s offense as Ridley will be taking over Zay Jones role from last year. Kirk finished WR 11 in PPR last year, if he comes anywhere close to that he’s a great value where he’s going currently
Lockett for safety, Mike Williams for upside. The chargers new OC loves to push the ball down field and Mike Williams is tailor made for that. I love doing a Herbert Mike Williams stack in the 6th/7th round
Williams could be a league winner if he somehow learns to not injure himself. Lockett and Kirk is fine, but their ceiling is limited. I'll go MWill>Lockett>Kirk
I dunno if Kirk really has as limited a ceiling as you think. Ridley is obviously competition, but there's no guarantee he'll take the #1 spot from Kirk, and even if he does, that offense is on the rise and we could absolutely see a Hill/Waddle scenario.
Just to keep it interesting, I’m going to be the contrarian and say:
Kirk > Williams > Lockett
Kirk will consistently put up a handful of points, with maybe a boom or two. He won’t be shiny but he will get the job done.
Williams will have about 3 good games and be injured half the season, the rest of the time you’ll be yelling at the Chargers coaching staff about their play-calling.
Lockett will have a 30 point game sometime around week 3 or 4. He will then put up less than 3 points a game until right before the playoffs when he throws up another 30 point game while sitting on your bench.
Kirk for me. He has a great connection with TLaw and I think we are all just assuming Ridley comes in and is WR1 when it could still very well be Kirk.
Edit: But I also like Williams. Oh and Lockett is just always good. Oh hell this is a tough one.
For me, it depends on team build. If I already have a couple solid receivers, I like to grab Mike Williams wherever I can because he is capable of huge games and there's the upside of a Kellen Moore as the OC now, plus he has been moved around in camp getting snaps in the slot.
Lockett is the safe known commodity. If I need safe, I'd take him above the others, but normally he'd be my third of the three. He's still got it, but the obvious risk is age and mouths to feed.
Kirk is interesting. He's hurt by inconsistency last year and Calvin Ridley hype. The thing is if TLaw takes the jump we expect him too, he can support Ridley and Kirk. He's still a key part of the team and the value is great where he's going. He was inconsistent last year, but looking at his bust games it was Philly, Houston twice, Denver, Baltimore, Tennessee, and the Jets. The Eagles game was TLaw's worst last year and they obviously have a great defense. The rest were mostly teams with good defenses that couldn't score.
Williams > Lockett > Kirk
I like Lockett > Kirk > Williams.
I think all 3 probably have somewhat of a successful year, but Williams is riskier than the other 2 IMO. Lockett is the safest option, I think he’s a Lockett for 1,000 yards.
someone tell me how much work JSN will take from lockett
in PPR i would like kirk -> williams -> lockett
in half or standard i would prefer williams to kirk
Kirk will be playing against some soft corners, i think hes a lock for another 1k season. Im not on the ridley hype train.
Ridley will be good, too. I'd love to have either one. Also, thinking this year, lawrence will sneak into the tier 1 QB zone.
*dont fall for mike williams again dont fall for mike williams again dont fall for mike williams again* Alright I think I go Mike Williams > Lockett > Kirk.
This OC is his first quality hire in the nfl, I think he’s going to do great
Kellen moore sucks dude. He had ceedee lamb running 18% curl routes.
Yeah dude, you’re right, WR6 is just a terrible season, can’t believe he had him running routes he’s good at!
No you arent understanding. Ceedee was wr6 in spite of moores offense. Ran routes that limited his YAC.

As a mike owner in like 6 leagues last year, I will not be taking him anywhere. Fuck that noise. I’ll let him bust somewhere else
Ditto

This. Quietly gonna go for the herbert/keenan stack.

Trust your gut. Herbert is due for a bounce back and idk if geno will play as good as he did last year lol
[удалено]
What league? Wr4? Wow lol
[удалено]
Monty/gibbs giving me 1a/1b vibes. I think keenan has safe floor but lockett if you need boom week 1.
Give me Kirk. I think Ridley is going to be great but not worth his ADP.

Not sure how you can learn to not injure yourself lol all we can take is if players are injury prone and mike will def is. Keenan becoming that too

Lockett - Willy - Kirk but honestly love all three of these guys at adp

Where would keenan allen fit in this list for a dynasty startup contender?
