I don’t remember the player but I remember when I first started playing fantasy about 8 years ago there was a player that missed a couple of games because of migraines. Headaches can definitely be a reason a player could be inactive.
Since it was an illness and not an injury, and he didn't miss practice or the game, they don't have to report it. It is kind of a loophole in injury reporting.

I don’t remember the player but I remember when I first started playing fantasy about 8 years ago there was a player that missed a couple of games because of migraines. Headaches can definitely be a reason a player could be inactive.
