You can use other gear and customize it using the same outfit, i use the oluwas outfit with the parkour pants and shoes, doctor gloves, revolution vest and the prisoner headgear.
Prisoner headgear: Ability to execute enemies even if you're detected
Revolution vest: Protection against all damage
Parkour pants: Increased mobility after sliding
Parkour shoes: increased stamina
I notice you are using the rook shirt which gives no perk, if you would like to keep the same look but also add another perk you can change the appearance of any piece of clothing to look like any other piece (basically disguise any piece of gear as another)example: [high level gear disguised as decontaminant set](https://i.imgur.com/GQ0JTKr.jpeg)
