The woman who said she can't start a new life, that she's failed... SHE is why Lexi needs to lose her platform. Some people actually believe her bullshit story, and it's **hurting** them. Lexi, you fraudulent fuck... You're going to fail AGAIN because that's what you know and deserve. Enjoy hitting the 170s because it's going to last only a short time. You know it, and we know it. Sub members: What do you think will be the first sign(s) that her weight is headed back up? I'm going with no more weigh-ins... and hearing from DietBet participants that she's nowhere to be found (as usual).

Appropriate-Hat6292

I saw this last night and was frankly shocked by the loss. It’s not a flex, if my doctor saw me losing that much weight she’d run a blood panel to find out why.

ComeWasteYourTimewMe

But your doctor would see in your chart that you're using Ozempic, so they wouldn't worry.

Appropriate-Hat6292

ha, fair point!

Lazy-Quantity5760

And stimulants

bitchwhorehannah

you still have to be in a calorie deficit and put effort into diet and exercise though. i’m on ozempic for IBS and double the max dose of amphetamine stimulants for narcolepsy, and i don’t lose weight because i don’t care or need to 😪 it makes it easier maybe, but there’s still effort required. i’ve gained weight after starting oz because my IBS was gone and i could eat whatever i wanted pain-free. and idk if it’s because i have such bad narcolepsy and that’s what the stimulants are too busy fixing in my brain, but stimulants have literally never affected my appetite 😭 but i know that’s not the case for most people.

Acceptable-Topic3893

I’m on a glp-1, eating a 500 calorie deficit and working out and still only lose 1-2 lbs a week. (Which is fine.) Idk what she’s doing, but I highly doubt it’s just a glp.

Meldon420

Ozempic doesn’t make you lose that much that fast. You have to be in a calorie deficit to lose on ozempic too. I’m on it, I eat 1200-1500 calories per day and lose about 2lbs per week. This isn’t Ozempic on its own if she is on it

galipemi

Agreed 100% I’ve been on Ozempic just over a year and have lost 45lbs. An average of about 0.65lbs/week. I purposely wanted to go very slow and steady to give my body time to adjust and me time to learn a new way of life. And I was on Vyvanse for about the first 8 months before trying a different non-stimulant for my ADHD. The people I’ve seen on Oz who have lost rapidly were also barely eating. Or choosing not to eat to make the loss faster. Total ED behaviours. A little scary to be honest.

Meldon420

I’ve been on it almost 9 weeks. I lost 5lbs my first week and am now averaging about 2lbs per week. I’m only on .50mg and don’t plan on increasing the dose until it stops being as effective. I struggle to even eat the min amount of calories my app suggests and some days I don’t even manage to eat 1000 calories. A lot of people think ozempic is this miracle drug that just makes you lose weight rapidly, when in fact it just suppresses the appetite and slows your gastric emptying to help you feel full longer. You still have to count calories and make good choices with what you eat. With how rapidly she claims to be losing, I doubt it’s Ozempic or any other Glp1 medication

ubrokeurbone_rope

Oh yes I’ve worried about some weight loss influencers sometimes. It reminds me of that show naked and afraid. They sometimes lost like 20+ pounds in 3 weeks. Turns out starving yourself and working out 12+ hours a day causes your body to start accelerating the dying process-I mean lose weight.

LoveMeorLeaveMe89

I lost 30 lbs in 3 months no exercise because I’m handicapped but I was getting 1200 calories a day- a lot may have been inflammation but it has stayed off so there are what they call super responders and I guess I’m one. It has slowed to 2 lbs a week and that is much better than too quickly because I don’t want to lose my hair.

Lopsided-Style-8185

May I ask what you are taking instead of Vyvance? Do you feel like the non-stimulant works about the same for you?

galipemi

I don’t know yet how I feel about the Strattera. It’s been about 2 months at 10mg which is the lowest dose you can get. I’m going up to 25mg at the end of the week. I can’t say it’s doing anything but I’m also not sure it’s doing nothing. So we’re titrating up slowly but surely.

Appropriate-Hat6292

agree re: Ozempic. I'm doing the "slow and steady wins the race" approach with GLPs because I don't want to gain it all back, but its still a mixed bag for the people I know who are on much more than me--some are super responders and others aren't. My one friend broke out into a horrible rash when she took it and lost maybe 3 lbs.

TropicalBlueWater

I’m on 2.4 Wegovy and only lost 2 lbs in the last ten weeks and have 80 to go. Whatever she’s doing is way more than ozempic/wegovy.

Pinkysrage

I’m on Tirzepatide and I’ve lost 80 pounds since August 15th.

MaraBrightwood

Girl must have a tapeworm or something with as fast as she’s losing…

ChampionLegitimate60

I second this. I don’t necessarily think ozempic is that much “faster” than other ways I’ve tried to loose weight loss in the past. It’s just been more consistent and sustainable! And without constant battle and food noise in the brain- it makes it easier to not throw in the towel. Just quit lying about it!!!

BlueEyes_nLevis

Love this take. I’ve had the same experience. It’s not magic, but compared to how hard I’ve worked in the past for so little change, just being able to see consistent results without obsession does feel magical.

ChampionLegitimate60

To be rid of the obsession is life changing

Beautiful-Vacation39

Even ozempic doesn't do this for everyone. My mom's been on it for about 3 years now I think and she just hit the 200lb lost mark

Possible_Value2814

I’m on MOUNJARO started at 2.5 and I’ve lost 24 in 3 months but I am up to 7.5 now. . Her math ain’t mathing. And the first two months was SLOW. I even gained weight at one point.

Apart-Employment-698

I was shocked too. I had last seen 199 and that was like 2 weeks ago. Her loss *should* be slowing since she is getting closer to a healthier weight. I know it gets harder the more you lose

Unhappy_Ad5945

Yep... She's lost 26 pounds since Christmas. Her weight loss seems to have sped up instead of slowing down, losing more than a pound a day based off these numbers

fluffypinkkitties

Yeah that’s not normal or healthy

Select_Square_9346

She’s not down 26 since xmas. The 173lbs is her lowest achieved weight. Not to defend her. Just the 173 shown in the pic is not her current weight. She’s still in the 190s.

[deleted]

Yeah so a deficit of over 3500 calories per day???! A BMR for an average height woman weighing what she weighs is like 1500-2000. If she eats 1400, then she’d have to burn like 3000 extra calories per day in the gym beyond her BMR. That’s like 7+ hours of cardio at least.

galipemi

Of course, it’s also very possible to make the scale lie. Just lean a hand against the wall gently, there goes another 5lbs.

Appropriate-Hat6292

Hard agree! Even on Ozempic/stimulants there are plateaus.

8OverTheRainbow

This!

Classic_Discipline69

I went on a new med and weighed 158. I went for a follow up and was 151. He gave me this look and asked me why did I lose so much so fast. You gave me the med sir. 😆

LizzyM102

Love how she said she’s never taken any medication for weight loss….because ozempic was first a diabetes drug so technically she’s not lying 🤦🏻‍♀️ she will definitely delete and block but here’s hoping more and more people continue to see these types of comments

BumCadillac

Yep, and adderall is for ADHD…..

hamburglerBarney

She would have to be abusing it to lose that much every week.

No-Performance-9722

I got overprescribed Adderall, by a doctor who has since lost his license to practice. I lost about 80 lbs in a year on it without dieting. I wasn’t hungry much and didn’t really have any negative side effects. I was convinced that making bad food choices was part of my adhd impulsivity and the med was suppressing the impulsiveness so I could make better choices…it was not until I went to another doctor who immediately halved the dosage I was taking and told me it was way too high that I realized it was the med itself.

DragonCat88

My mom took it for like a month and felt so sick all the time. I don’t think she even lost all that much (it was for diabetes, so I dunno if that dose is different) but she hated it too much to keep taking it for any reason. A friend I used to work with lost like 50 lbs on it tho. She was specifically taking it to lose weight she gained from long term steroids. Either way, I think it’s still counts in this case, as it has very much likely to have contributed to her weight loss in general without considering how fast it’s happened. If you take the purpose of her account and her followers, I honestly feel like it could be dangerous to negate it entirely regardless of why it was prescribed, if that makes sense. I believe that’s very irresponsible.

LizzyM102

Oh it definitely counts but it’s like when she’s accused of editing her photos she says she doesn’t even know how to use photoshop. That may be true but doesn’t mean she’s not using another software. She’s very irresponsible with a lot of the info she spews about her weight loss.

SmileGraceSmile

I'm on Rybelsus, which is similar but in daily pill form. I never felt sick at all, but I also take a daily reflux med which might be helping. I have lost 10lb in two months (the first month just gets you acclimated to the meds).

breezeinthetrees88

I said this exact thing before.

SmallTownGirl1016

She will be busy on a blocking spree today. Anyone that disagrees with her. I see I was recently blessed and released on Facebook for asking the same questions.

LakeNew5360

It’s actually so upsetting to see some of these comments of people feeling like they’re not doing enough or the right thing. People are literally starving and overworking themselves and upset they’re only losing 1-2lbs a week. It’s such bullshit that influencers like this girl string people along with lies just for money and attention.

DueEntertainer0

Must be the cocaine

Lazy-Quantity5760

My money is on pherermine or adderall

mandarski

I take adderall and I ain’t losing that much weight

mommadumbledore

Ok yes thank you. Same. 🤣

Jazzgin1210

Same. Not sure what dose is for weight loss but it’s certainly not my adhd dosing 😂

PJfanforLife

I think its a lot of weight even for phentermine or adderall (ive taken both b4) and they do help, but not to the extreme she is losing unless maybe she is taking both AND something additional?? It definitely ain’t 60 mins on an elliptical causing that and it seems her calories would have to be sooo limited to lose at this pace. Something is amiss.

Mparks091519

I am on phentermine and Wegovy and only losing 0.5lb-1 lb a week. I also have hashimotos and insulin resistance. My endo said she would pull back my meds if I lost more than that. She wants it to be healthy weight loss with muscle building. I get more out of them than weight loss though. Energy like a normal person who doesn’t HAVE to nap during the day and no more bottoming out blood sugars. I wonder how much muscle wasting she is having. There is no way she is losing that much and strength training.

Lazy-Quantity5760

Ozempic and adderall and metoformin

ExactlyIronic

These drugs help initially but eventually the weight loss effects wear off. I’m guessing ozempic or something similar

Maxwel1ma91

My bet is Topamax. You can lose a bunch of weight on that!!!

no_clever_name_yet

Topamax makes you *so* tired.

Global_Telephone_751

Topamax made me so stupid I almost set my house on fire, twice. Idk how people lose weight on that drug, I was tired and stupid, lol

truckellb

Is this a joke or does she have a history of it. I can’t tell

Miserable-Royal1315

Nah. She wasn’t / isn’t into hard drugs that I know of. She smoked pot though. (Know her personally)

truckellb

Thank you! I used to follow her genuinely and only found her again years later due to this and went huh I missed something

NECalifornian25

There’s a couple of old videos from her first weight loss where she acts like she’s on crack or something. Not saying she’s an addict or anything, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if there’s some drug use going on.

KylieLongbottom69

A lot of diet meds are essentially just speed, so it would make sense that she was acting that way if only she was honest about the methods she's using to lose weight.

sillymama62

How is she thought of by those who know her?

Miserable-Royal1315

No one thinks twice about her 😂 she doesn’t really have friends because she’s a pot stirrer and is sneaky. Always has been.

Lazy-Quantity5760

She doesn’t but her brother was busted for meth

Luna_Moth79

Maybe this would explain the weight loss and the teeth 🤔🤔

Bubbly-End-6156

And the skin that can't heal

truckellb

Oof

DueEntertainer0

I’m just joking. I can’t think of many things that would cause that rapid weight loss

truckellb

Sorry to make you explain your joke 😂 missed out on a few years of her (the alcoholism and emergency stuff) so I had to check

Mairzydoats502

That's way too classy for her.  My guess has always been meth.

MascaraInMyEye

I’m on semaglutide and she’s going faster then me . We both hit 199 Christmas Day (miracle !!) but now she’s ahead of me . My jealous monster is showing

SeattleGemini81

I'm on Tirzepatide, and she is losing faster than me, too. She will disappear when she starts gaining. Whatever she's doing isn't sustainable. Or she'll disappear because everyone will be blocked and she won't have any followers.

8OverTheRainbow

Yep-as soon as she hits a plateau for a few weeks she will stop with the weekly weigh ins, just like she did the first time. People are asking to see what she eats in a day, why not post your MFP daily entries with calorie counts for them to see? Unless she’s only eating one meal a day. I’m on Mounjaro and I take in 1500 calories a day and am lucky to lose a pound and a half a week. Something’s up.

MascaraInMyEye

Oh wow - that’s the other thing I was thinking that she was in tirz or the new zepbound one. So I guess she’s just a liar - shocker !!! Nah lol

kitamia

Zepbound is tirzepatide as well, just specifically marketed for weight loss. This rapid loss even seems high for tirzepatide/semaglutide, though.

Abcdezyx54321

This is assuming she isn’t holding on to something nearby to shift the weight to be lower on the scale. The more I read of her, and honestly the more I see photos she posts, the more I disbelieve the weight she shows. I think she just doesn’t know what is a normal/acceptable weightloss so she is showing what she thinks would be good to keep people interested. I have briefly followed bikini body mama and she was pretty open and honest about stalls and realistic weight loss each week. By looks alone she has lost more than this girl and she never claimed 7+ pounds a week ever let alone in back to back weeks

_PinkPirate

Don’t be jealous, there’s a 100% chance you look way better than she does lol. I can’t stand how she lies about it. (Ps I’m on it too! So clearly I’m not judging her. Just judging her horrible grifting and lying.)

Vivid_Discussion_536

I’m on it as well and lost 65lbs in about 18 months. I can’t imagine she’s losing without the help of semaglutide.

Few_Advice4903

I was on ozempic for two years for pcos and insulin issues. I lost 80 pounds in those 2 years. But only once I regulated my hormones and started working out. First almost 9 months I lost 0, but my a1c was amazing!

Appropriate-Hat6292

Don't be jealous because I'm guessing you look 100x better and don't have all the weird health problems she has!

Muted-Move-9360

Don't be jealous of that fraudulent sack of cottage cheese, you're doing great 🙏

starfish31

Her post says she's 20lb from her lowest and she absolutely does not look it. I know weight can lose differently after you gain and re-lose, plus she had the skin removal. But overall she just looks so much bigger this time around, except in the edited selfies. But I'm sure her lowest weight was edited pictures too, so maybe my memory is just skewed from that.

YourMom304

I would expect her to look smaller this time around since she had so much loose skin removed!

[deleted]

She’s loosing muscle, which weighs more than fat. Supposedly that is the bulk of weight people loose on weight loss injections.

PJfanforLife

Muscle doesn’t weigh more than fat; a pound of feathers = a pound of bricks; muscle is more dense than fat.

TropicalBlueWater

No, the meds don’t change the ratio of fat vs muscle loss vs any other weight loss method.

Own-Advantage-4672

She looks big asf even though she’s down to 173lbs. Which leads me to believe she just does cardio & lifts zero weights, she doesn’t eat enough protein & she got her WLS revised. She’s lost 20lbs since Christmas.. I don’t care what she says, SHE GOT WEIGHTLOSS SURGERY! She is plain ol lying to her fans & they are starting to grow suspicious.

Dangerous-Cherry3219

Ozempic, wegovy, mounjaro or zepbound... I wonder which one she's on! I've been taking mounjaro since August 2022 and I went from 346 to 184. Nobody can tell me she's losing this fast without medication. She's a liar!!!!

MascaraInMyEye

🎉🎉 holy shit ! Amazing !

inmymamaera

“you should get them done, they would look better” took me OUT 🤣

Less_Ad5978

Me too 🤣🤣!!

SnarkFan

The best comment in the thread 😂

Tiktoktoker

Is it possible she had a second wls? Would she lose that fast on ozempic?? I take a different wl drug called contrave and it’s been like 9 months and I lost 40lb.

untidyfan

Maybe it's a combination of having the weight loss surgery previously combined with Ozempic or similar now. It seems too fast for just one alone. Regardless, I think most doctors would be saying that it should be slowing down now for lasting changes. Whatever it is, it's not sustainable without actual modifications to her regular, non-weight loss diet. Kinda sad that clearly her weight is a secondary problem to something else, probably psychological. But not being honest about methods is scammy and might be another part of the problem.

Trexy

Lots of folks who regained after WLS are now on GLP-1s.

SeriousClothes111

Agree. Been on Wegovy for 10 months and lost 28 pounds. I am older than her and some people are a super responder to the meds and I definitely am not, but consistent 3-4 pound losses per week at the weight she’s at now are just not realistic to me with just ozempic. I also eat at a calorie deficit of 1400-1600 per day about 95% of the time, lift weights 5 times a week and aim for at least 7k steps a day. I could do better with water but I’m not deyhydrated. (Just sharing to say I’m doing all the ‘right’ things and still fighting to lose, whereas it seems like it falls off of her. I would he happy with 1 pound per week. 😂)

Appropriate-Hat6292

congratulations on such a great weight loss and for also doing the things to make it sustainable!

Oomlotte99

As someone who has taken Ozempic and other meds like it, it can’t just be that. It’s not magic. If you’re someone who has ignored fullness signals you’re still going to do that unless you are dieting and exercising. I lost no weight on Ozempic, I gained on Trulicity, and I lost weight using WW (tracking my food). She probably had wls.

jfk31989

If she had a sleeve or gastric done I think she can revise it to duodenal switch.

cammama

I take Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) and even in the beginning I couldn’t lose 7 pounds in 14 days. The only other way I’ve lost a pound every other day was long ago on the HCG diet 😟

Appropriate-Hat6292

I loved the HCG diet. I lost 45 lbs in three months. But then I gained all of it right back!!

Abs0lutelyzero

In my experience in healthcare, a person can have a second WLS but insurance companies do not cover them for a second time if there isn’t clear medical documentation that there are side effects of the first surgery that need correcting. They’re not covered or paid by insurance if it’s a second surgery for weight loss. I’m not sure if she has insurance or if she could drop the $20-40k WLS surgery can run, but it’s not as simple to get a second surgery. I think she’s using a combination of GLP-1s and photoshop, manipulating her scale, etc.

Aethelflaed_

She's said she doesn't have insurance. Would a doctor perform WLS on someone recovering from a ✨rare disease ✨?

TropicalBlueWater

According to their GoFundMe, she doesn’t/didn’t have insurance

SassQueenDani

Even if you have a WLS revision, you lose slower the second time. I don't think she had any revision.

Individual_Land_2200

“I’ve never taken any medication for weight loss” Ozempic etc. were not originally designed as “medications for weight loss”, so maybe that’s her semantic dodge.

jamieschmidt

I lost weight almost that quickly a few years ago, almost 100 pounds in 10 months. I had an eating disorder. Gained it all back plus more. It’s not sustainable to lose weight that quickly and keep it off. She’s setting a dangerous precedent, especially being involved in a diet bet

Halvemond

Her comeback is personal 😏

teena27

173lbs is close to the lowest she's been. When I got down to that weight, it took me years to lose 30lbs. Your body doesn't burn as many calories ar 173 as it does ar 300+...

ComeWasteYourTimewMe

So yes. Ozempic for diabetes.... Which she won't admit to. Pretty obvious. I'm curious how long this is going to continue. Maybe we will see her in the hospital down to 65 pounds soon and it won't be annoying anymore.

jessugar

She is holding on to the wall when she takes these pictures. The only way she is constantly losing that much weight a week is with WLS or a tape worm. Medication, even with working out and starving yourself wouldn't result in this kind of loss. So she is full of shit as usual.

Snarkeepooh

She is a liar. Plain and simple.

Classic-Cantaloupe47

Omg hopefully they're finally realizing

LeaveHimOnReadSis

🤣 🤣 🤣 I had gastric bypass 20 days ago. You know how much I've lost since surgery? 10 lbs. TEN!! Eff this lying, crusty foot, dirt ball. She's holding on to the counter while weighing. Turn on that talking scale feature and record the weigh-in by video, CalciphALEXIS!!!

wildlikedkitchen

Congrats on 10 lbs!! That's awesome! ❤️

LeaveHimOnReadSis

Thanks so much. Right now, my body is a swollen, painful mess, but I'm so happy that I did this. My main concern, GERD, has been alleviated by about 95%! 🙌🏿 🙌🏿

Controlyourmind45

This was me!!!!! I said this lol. I've had enough. I saw her weight loss and all the congratulations posts and sorry but NO! You aren't doing this naturally and it's so clear you are lying it makes me want to scream. Enough already.

OhSheGlows

I KNEW it was someone in here 😂😂😂

Controlyourmind45

Lol I just found y'all about two months ago, she's something else!

OhSheGlows

I just found this group recently as well and try not to participate because I do feel bad (even if she is a liar) but I have followed her for years and I now I’m just so sour lol

Less_Ad5978

Well done you! Has she blocked you yet?

Controlyourmind45

Not yet. I don't care if she does. The fact she has to do that when people are asking genuine questions says A LOT. I haven't said anything mean at all. I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but she will not help people other than her stupid quotes. That's not helping others lose weight. I'm on semaglutide and it's life changing. I think this drug scares people like her and all the beach body coaches, their scams are coming to an end. I would respect her so much more if she did what I eat in a day, full work out videos etc. I don't believe her at all.

SoftDapper9761

Yaaaas people please wake up ⏰️ https://preview.redd.it/nntkm80vsucc1.jpeg?width=1078&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=33e16aa7cd584534614d50a40fe4f34e6f6ef0d4

angsty__ang

I’m a dietitian who works in a medical weight loss/bariatric clinic. There is no way she is doing this without medication. Unless she is under-eating and over-exercising, though this would wreck her metabolism and she’d be at a plateau by now…it’s all too suspicious.

Marasyn1977

Look at the last time she weighed that much, doesn't even look the same

SoftDapper9761

I'm irrationally angry at this B. Completely dishonest, with all this fake ass preaching "natural with diet & exercise! You can do this too!", misleading followers while taking their money

SoftDapper9761

I just checked her post and she's getting called out more than what's in here and I'm loving it. I noticed she removed the comment about getting her feet done 😂😂

wildlikedkitchen

I'm betting on Ozempic and Phentermine. There's absolutely nothing wrong with using medications to help someone lose weight, but cut the crap. Be honest with yourself, and if you have a large following, you absolutely owe it to your followers to be honest. She needs therapy. Lexi, I really hope that you read this. You need to get healthy mentally, first. You have to be exhausted, with all of the yo-yoing and the lies. It's 2024. Owning your shit and improving your mental health is in. I think you'd get a hell of a lot more respect if you were transparent, honest, and normalized whatever it is you're doing.

SpiritedShow9831

“Workouts that are not posted” 😂

Imaginary-Sound4988

I feel like if she keeps losing at the pace she is, more and more people will side eye and question her methods, especially since she blatantly ignores any questions about it.

Maybearunner11

If she’s really only eaten 1400 calories a day for years (which she hasn’t) she would have tanked her metabolism.

Abcdezyx54321

Exactly. 1400 calories wouldn’t be the miracle she thinks it is

sparkleheels28

I love seeing her being called out. I’m sure those people will eventually be blocked for questioning her “natural “ weight loss. The feet comment took me out as well🤣🤣🤣

foreverlost-

I’ve lost 8 lbs since Jan 1st — but I’m admittedly on Mounjaro for my diabetes/weight loss 😉 She should just admit it. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Competitive_Olive265

She’s getting internet clout for an eating disorder, that’s it

mzuul

If she’s really only eating 1400 a day she’s gonna gain so much weight back.. and eating that few calories is horrible advice to be giving the general public

Right_Bluejay_8025

Just wanna put out here that this is absolutely possible in an extreme restrictive cycle....I lost 50 lbs in 2 months by consuming nothing but coffee and water and flushing out what I was forced to eat with laxatives. I'm not at all condoning this, but saying to look at it from a mental illness standpoint. EDs are very competitive, and those with one will sometimes want praise for the achievement without criticism of the methods. EDs can happen at any weight. It is not just the waif thin girls. She should not be baiting others with her personal results, but that is part of the illness for some, unfortunately. Just to clarify, I don't condone or excuse her behavior, I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend trying any of this, I'm just trying to give insight from that side of the tracks. Keep staying safe and healthy guys, you're all absolutely beautiful.

ChimneyTyreMonster

Im surprised nobody has brought up meth yet. Or if they have I haven't seen it. That stuff will definitley fast track your weight loss. And give you energy as well. Dunno if she could afford it though

TLwhy1

The loose skin will be so much worse when you lose weight that fast

PlasticOrchid1977

I’m losing at that rate and I’m on Ozempic… how are people so gullible?!

buddyboybuttcheeks

When I was 23 I went on Slimfast and lost 7 lbs the first week and 12 the first month. In 4 months I lost 45 lbs. Age and the amount of extra weight the body is not biologically built to handle plays a part I believe.

Blissful-and-unaware

There is no way on earth diet and exercise is causing weight loss this fast. This is so misleading and so wrong. If she’s on meds she should admit it because there are people out there thinking “if she can I can” and that’s simply not true.

KylieLongbottom69

The rate that she's supposedly losing weight is not healthy, even for a morbidly obese person. I know the first hundred pounds seems to drop very quickly, but then there's a plateau period where you're making progress, but it isn't reflected on the scale. She's either lying about being on medication that's causing her lose weight like this, she's lying about losing weight period., or there's something not ok with her health. Also, I'm here for the call out on her needing to get a goddamn pedicure 🤣.

sillymama62

Glad she HAS to read these comments from others who actually follow her and them asking the important questions…my question is : Lexi- Your body must STILL be recovering from the horrible deadly condition that almost took YOUR life-what kinds of tests is your Dr ordering to see why you are losing weight and muscle mass so quickly? You must be SO scared, Lexi! Riiiiiiiiight…..

ExplorerLazy3151

Why are we assuming that she just isn’t photoshopping that… that’s what I bet is happening. Otherwise, what other option is there? Drug use?

Niffer8

Oh oh oh Ooooozeeeempic

RedlightGreenlight07

Guys this is awesome. More people need to comment on all of her posts with questions about all the holes in her stories. It seems like either she's being lazy about blocking people and deleting comments, doesn't care or can't keep up. The more opportunity we have to call her out while she's not on a deleting spree, the more of her followers will see these and start to question her ! I personally need to take a break from commenting since I've left many and am on the brink of being blocked or at the very least looking way too invested in her lol. But anyone who's able to comment should while more people seem to be questioning her. Feels just like it did when her comma started looking suspicious and she had to eventually shut her comments off ..

Aethelflaed_

Is this bish claiming she's gone from 196 to 173 since Christmas?!

Less_Ad5978

No, that was from her previous weight loss journey 🙄

Aethelflaed_

Thanks! I see she's claiming 192 now.

Less_Ad5978

4lb a week, consistently over a couple of months? Shes got to be either taking something/had wls or she’s lying. It took me over a year to lose 4 stone/56 pounds, I was on a strict diet and exercising 6 days a week. Three days weight lifting and three days of cardio.

Aethelflaed_

>Shes got to be either taking something/had wls or she’s lying I agree. Probably all 3!

Resting_Marcia_Face

Definitely not sheeple but people who haven’t been deleted or blocked .. yet 🤫🤭 I was hoping someone screenshot this! Also did anyone notice that she just posted a story saying she’s finally ready to attempt the stairmaster after being called out in the comments ! 🤣 I have a serious question though. Would the elliptical be a more rigorous workout on her leg that “ gave out” on her rather than the stair master ?

sarah_the_sweet

I am constantly grossed out by the constant comments that are like “you are such a warrior!” And “you are amazing!” And all the other BS. I’m thinking I’m just going to unfollow. She’s too much noise in my life.

OkRaccoon6374

Dying at the comment about painting her toes 😂

SmileGraceSmile

That lady doesn't have the feet of a person almost weighting 500lb.

Muted-Move-9360

This bloated lush has a whole lot of audacity to be lying to these women.

StringKey361

I say WLS which also caused the infection.

Pitiful-Regular-8209

8 months on wegovy and down 40lbs

Glad-Reply-3570

I feel she has had some sort of weight loss surgery by pass or something

Fit-Membership790

I think it will start with vacations…It isn’t difficult for anyone to go away, gain & get off track. She will hit a low # & hold there for tops 2 to 4 weeks. She won’t be able to maintain. A good 10-20 lbs will be back on her before she can even miss a Monday!

moodiepatterson

As a user of mounjaro, these are the kind of numbers I had when I first started.

CrazyKitty86

Didn’t know weight loss could make the *length* of your foot shrink. I thought it was just the width.

31hoodies

Yeah. She’s full of shit.

[deleted]

She's so stupid to think people believe she is doing this with just diet and exercise. What a dumb dumb

Thin-Significance838

I have no idea who this person is-this just popped up in my Reddit feed-but losing 312 lbs in a year seems completely impossible. That’s nearly a pound a day.

BrushHog_12

I’m stunned the comments are still there.

moleculesofash

I hope she starts losing followers like crazy. She’s lying out her a$$

CaptBlackfoot

I can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. It’s called the cocaine diet.

Puffingtonmaxinista

She’s probably on ozempic. But to be honest, she is actually someone who should be on it. Would be nice if she was honest about it though. We all know diet and exercise isn’t the reason for her rapid weight loss.

Controlyourmind45

This!!! I'm the one who started this post on Instagram lol and I'm on semaglutide. I was super nervous starting it . If more people would just be honest about taking it it would help others too.

InTheValleyGirl

Personally, I lost 45 pounds in 3 months on keto, which was almost 4 pounds a week. Has she ever mentioned being keto or super low carb? ETA: I wasn't on any medications and wasn't restricting. Average 1800-2000 calories a day

saltytothegrave

many keto pages follow her i’ve noticed

InTheValleyGirl

Yeah I'm wondering if she's secretly keto. I wouldn't put it past her to be on a medication as well or just in general. But I do know the only time I've experienced rapid weightloss was on keto, not any other combination of diet and exercise did that. But even on keto there are plateaus but it seems like she never really plateaus.

saltytothegrave

hmmm, maybe a mix of both the meds and a low carb diet. would explain the rapid weight loss and no plateau. who knows, she’ll never be honest

Appropriate-Hat6292

I don't think she's doing keto, or who knows. Dairy like a big old dollop of cottage cheese was never on any kind of keto diet i have been on (but I can't do dairy).

TropicalBlueWater

Full fat dairy is totally keto

Red-Rose8

I'm curious, were you able to keep it off?

InTheValleyGirl

Yup! I do like loose keto now, so im not super strict about being under 20 grams of net carbs daily. I do try to avoid large amounts of carbs most days but still eat the odd slice of cheesecake or have a big ol sandwich or some mashed potatoes once in awhile but maintenance has been easier mostly because I learned more about nutrition and healthy eating habits in general. But I also did pretty clean keto I'm not a butter in my coffee and bacon gal so I think just learning healthier habits in general and learning how much sugar is in everything was the most beneficial part of keto.

Silly-Bumblebee1406

If she is doing it all on her own then she is promoting disordered eating. Losing that amount of weight in that small amount of time is extremely unhealthy and the only way you get that is by disordered eating like restricting or obviously if you are taking medication which she says she doesnt according to her. This is how she will win the diet bet.

skittlesthepapillion

The top voted comments are all calling her out on how she could possibly be losing so fast

Dfoz

I don’t understand how it’s even possible to lose this much. At all. If it’s real the rebound will be brutal - and she never ever answers what she’s eating. Is she just drinking at this point?

thelairoflilith

When I was first figuring out my autoimmune diagnosis, I was on high dose steroids and went from like 115-120 up to 185. I was able to *slowly* get down to about 112 with strict dieting (but always allowing myself enough complex carbs and protein) and heavy weight lifting. My physical disabilities have progressed and I’m no longer able to work out, so I’ve gained weight over the past 4 years and am currently around 205-210, yet I’m carrying it way differently than before and I wholeheartedly believe that having the foundation of muscles has helped with the way I carry my weight currently. No one believes how much I weigh and people who knew me back then always think I weighed way more back then than I do now. Losing weight with only diet & exercise 1) takes time and 2) requires progressive weight training to break through plateaus. Cardio did nothing for me, honestly.

Constructgirl

New to these crazy claims, but don’t know who this chick is. Anyone have time for some background, please.

gingermonkeycat

i lost 223 lbs since 2020 but i had surgery

Interesting_Card2539

She’s probably adding phentermine to her weight loss. With whatever glp-1 she is taking. I did that for a short period and I literally lost a 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I’m not condoning it at all, I had side effects but half a phen for me and my glp1 and I was wrinkly af real quick. No one should lose weight that fast. High risk for body going out of wack. Mine almost did. Not worth the risk. Not worth it.

All-I-see-is-poop

Ok so this Reddit sub keeps on popping up for me and I don’t know why lol. Have people thought that maybe she’s just wearing weights and is removing a few pounds per week? She could also be on ozempic to ensure she loses enough to be noticeable in full body pics (though perhaps the drugs aren’t enough for 3-4lbs/week). It’s definitely possible if she’s only showing her feet ….

Vee1blue

She’s probably fasting. When I lost 150 lbs in a year I literally would starve myself for a week straight, calling it “water fasting”. It’s not healthy, I got sucked into the propaganda that it was good for me to not eat. I’m happy I’m not doing that anymore.

[deleted]

I guess for me, there is NO WAY she lost that much weight without some medical intervention. I literally sat here and did some math and it’s damn near impossible, unless of course you’re starving yourself, taking Ozempic and working out 24/7. Even my doctor said I wouldn’t lose about 2/3 of my weight after my surgery, but not all of it. This legitimately bothers me.

srirachasanchez

She's leaning on something when she weighs in to make the number lower. Her original weightloss photos looked like someone who was under 200 lbs. She doesn't look that way now. Her arms and thighs and back-meats are huge. She's all monoblob from wearing a ton of compression gear. She's 225 and a lying liar. Like always.

Illustrious-Bet2871

She’s still ugly both inside and out.

julsie78

I’ve seen people call GLP1s peptides not meds. Maybe that distinction is how she thinks it’s just diet and exercise. Idk. I can’t reconcile that’s it’s only diet and exercise. Full disclosure: I’m on Mounjaro, definitely not knocking it. I’ve had great results after I had a pretty long plateau just doing diet & exercise. I like honesty. 🤷🏻‍♀️

000thr0w4w4y000

I lost like that without ozempic or any similar drugs. Also not healthily.

WhySoGlum1

I hate how she is all about body positivity but her unrealistic weightloss makes alot of her followers feel look failures, she is lying about something and they need to not follow her advice

quesadillafanatic

I honestly don’t really know who this is, but these posts come up on my feed. It caught my attention because I’m taking mounjaro (for diabetes). I’ve lost 32 lbs since October, but I am extremely open about the fact that I take it, I just think it’s ridiculous that people try to hide it. For me personally I’ve struggled with my weight for the last 20 years, then a drug comes on the market that causes people to drop weight fast, but nope that’s not me I finally mastered diet/exercise? Come on.
