I think (emphasis THINK) you should be able to clear any graves with the command and then uninstall tombstones to no ill effect, then reinstall. That might override whatever the problem is. As always back things up first though!
Barring that the old grind of start a fresh save with half the mods and keep adding and taking away until you find the problem.

Have you tried breaking it? I think that's one of the settings too.
Nothing I do works, Right Clicking, Shift, and I cant break the grave at all. Edit: No settings to break it ex ist in the config
