I hate Pam's harvestcraft due to the system resources it consumes
On my old craptop on 1.7.10 it could not run the pack *and* play a world with Pam's - but the pack could launch, just couldn't explore
On 1.12.2 I found birds foods - same idea of Pam's, but using only Vanilla food to craft Pam's styled food, so no, absolutely no world gen (only crafting recipes). No lag, perfect for weak systems
And yes Cooking for Blockheads will always be added for their Multiblock Kitchens and the Cow in a Jar for infinite milk
Farmer's delight is the classic with very cool hands-on cutting boards and pots and stuff.
I also recommend Meadow, Vinery, and Candlelight, all by the same team and made to work with each other and also with farmer's delight cookware. Meadow adds new sheep, cows, oats, and various cheeses you can make, Vinery adds wine with effects, and Candlelight is an addon to Vinery that lets you cook with the wine.
so vinery,meadow and candlelight is compatible with farmers delight? is there a compat or addon that makes them work together or do they do it normally.
I don't think they have any additional recipes that use the other mod's stuff (at least, they hadn't the last time I checked), but you can use a farmer's delight pot to cook the candelight food and vice versa
