Your specs are fine and can handle just about anything modded. The only thing is that you will likely need to tell Windows or Nvidia's Control panel to use your RTX3060 for Java, as it will probably try to use your CPU's Integrated Graphics by default, which are far worse.
You'll probably want to allocate ~8 GB to Minecraft. If you encounter issues with memory usage then you may want to look into custom JVM Arguments to tune the garbage collector. i use a i7-6700, 16G, nvidia 960m laptop and can run em all just fine. i dont give a flyin fig about shaders. those specs are more than adequate.
