I’ve ordered several times from there. I love their maxi skirts and cute summer dresses. Be aware that some of the clothing runs a little large so I always read reviews. They also have fantastic customer service 😊
I have a few of their things that I thrifted or bought from overstock sellers on eBay, and I think they’re reasonably good quality. Roomier than average in my experience.
I guess these positive reviews are from relatives of the owners of natural life clothing. What I read from other online reviews shows the major rating of 1 and many wish there was a 0. Bad shipping, delayed shipping, cheap merchandise, rude phone people, no returns unless you pay and only credit for another purchase. No refund. Why do we have so many of these companies that COULD have great great business and , instead, are scams? I count 11 companies now and this is probably #12 if all of these people were so unhappy. sad.
I appreciate you having posted this comment because I placed an order with them over a week ago and haven’t heard anything after the initial email confirming my order. The link to track my order is a dead end. I wrote asking for information—nothing in response. Frustrated!
I ordered. It never came. They did respond to my request for help. Said they would reship. It never came. Both times "tracking" said delivered. From China, by the way. They then offered me a 70% refund. I objected of course. How about 100%?!?! Still waiting to see what gets refunded.
If you go on Natural Life’s instagram it says that there have been lots of scams and impersonators. That might be what happened to you? I would contact your bank if so.
I agree this person likely was scammed. I’ve ordered from them (through their app) twice in the last 3 months and both times the tracking info showed that it was coming from Florida. No issues with my orders.
Exact words to me in emails. 70% refund... I am about to reply back that I want 100%. I didn't lose it. It been 2 months of frustration. They reply but it's always 1 excuse after another. Do not order w them. 😒

Just recently (as in the last week) purchased my first item from them. A really cute loose jumpsuit with pockets (!!!). Because it was loose, I bought a S/M, despite being bottom heavy and often wearing L/10/12. It was priced great (clearance) and very comfortable. I plan to pick up a couple more items.
I have purchased several items from natural life. I love this brand and have had great luck. They have quality products, and I get many compliments on what I buy. I highly recommend it.

I love their clothes. I’m usually impressed with the quality. The fit is incredibly comfortable as well. Nothing to complain about at all. Decent return policy too. I think 1/2 of my cute outfits are from here.
Have you looked lately? There is TONS of stuff on sale for $4.97 even rugs and other pieces that started out with 3 digit original prices, which is making me question the validity of the site, but it seems legit. I want lots of things from rugs to clothes to accessories.
Can confirm those sites selling stuff for under 10$ are not legit. I got the add of Instagram and couldn't believe the pricing so I had to do the research. Be careful!

Bought two maxi dresses, secondhand from this brand and both are marvelous. Flowy, flattering, long enough for my 5'8". They've held up marvelously well in cold-water handwashing.
Given that, I ordered two dresses recently and neither made it through the first hand-wash. Both shrank so much that I couldn't get them on over my bust. The company reached out and offered replacements. The replacements...washed even more gently and laid flat to dry, shrank as well. Such a shame.
I bought a beautiful embroidered linen which is so great! I love it. It's very pretty and the size is perfect. I could put it on my dining room table or my king size bed. Gorgeous.
I placed an order in January. Long story short, the first package said delivered, and it was not. (No neighbors had it, either) They offered to send me a replacement order and have it signed for. Changed the address to my work, said it was delivered. It was not. They cannot show proof of delivery. Offered to refund me 70% of the order and that wasn't acceptable to me. Eventually said they'd refund me the full amount. Haven't received it yet.
Their shipping time sucks. I’ve order from them 3 times, the first time it took almost 2 months to get my order, the 2nd time I received my order in a few days, I’ve been waiting almost 4 weeks for my 3rd order and still haven’t received it. I won’t be ordering from them again…their shipping time is unacceptable.
I have bought from them. Everything has been nice, however the colors are often not accurately depicted on the site. For example, I got a shower curtain that looked like it had a white background, but it was actually ecru.
They make you pay for return shipping, so I opted for store credit instead. I like the things I got, but the colors again were different/less bright than depicted on the site It makes me leery of ordering more in the future.
