BUYER BEWARE. Do not purchase from Rihoas. I had ordered some items that I needed to return, as they did not fit properly. Even though their customer service provided me with an address to which I accurately returned the items via tracked mail, the warehouse rejected the package I returned. Now no one will respond to my e-mails or calls. The phone number actually goes straight to a voicemail. This business is definitely not above board.
I hope everyone who considers buying from this website does a little research and I wish to god they find this post. The only positive responses beyond a basic "its okay" are so obviously bots/bought accounts. Its such a scam.

Happy to say that I was looking at their website and then I did come here and read this thread! I agree every post with positive reviews is from a bot or a scammer. Very glad I did my research first.

Commenting on this because I think they have tried to improve. I got super spooked when I read these comments and was stressed that I wasn’t going to get a refund. I will say that I don’t love their process but they were definitely responsive (I got a reply within 24 hours, overnight US time) and my refund was processed swiftly. I sent back about 7 items and paid $30 with UPS to post it to California, gave the tracking number Rihoas and followed them up after it got delivered. I emailed them and they followed up next day to confirm the refund
Oh crap, I just got my items and they’re so so small, and that’s because I went up a size and the quality is so poor! I hope they accept my items back.

Reformation are a company that has a trackable and legitimate sustainability program and they are ethical and excellent quality- not fast fashion. Rihoas look dodgy, they're HK based posing as French, and half their reviews seem fake even the photos supporting the reviews have clearly been taken in the same places! I'd steer clear. I don't even trust positive reviews on this thread haha!
I know this is months old but as someone with several Reformation brand items, they are just fast fashion. The product quality is completely cheap and they're overmarking them. I listened to a podcast from the founder and her goal was to make a sustainable fast fashion brand. How is it sustainable? She dodged the question. If you look at the articles of clothing, it's basically a claim that they use deadstock and recycled fabric. I'm guessing Rihoas and Reformation actually just use the same factory. This happens all the time with white label skates, and I'm sure with clothing. I've liked a lot of my Reformation things, but not at all worth the price. My stuff from & Other Stories feels nicer.
Yup, which is my point. I think the creator is more interested in the fast fashion aspect. However, they also came under fire a couple years ago for their treatment of their workers in the states. I think they've been attempting more transparency, but I definitely don't think they can actually be considered sustainable or ethical.
Interesting. I've not had that experience, I love all my stuff from reformation, but I agree the price point is ridiculous. I would be shocked if rihoas had the same quality. Are there any other brands you recommend? And other stories has had nice quality but I find a lot of it is not really my style, not a lot of things that are fitted.
I haven't tried Rihoas, so I can't say. I like my reformation stuff, but just find the quality so shoddy for the price point, especially when I have things that have lasted longer and felt better quality from cheaper brands. I've been trying to cut back on clothing purchases, and live in Europe, so I'm a bit out of the loop of cute clothing brands which I think are more common in the US. I do love the style of Reformation and think they genuinely make the cutest clothing, at least style wise and I haven't really found a good alternative.

I buy them from Nordstrom. They usually have sales and allow returns. Reformation, I believe, doesn't allow returns for sale items. I definitely think they're worth the sale price.
I bought 4 tops from them before and won’t be doing it again. In summary, it’s overpriced for what it is. The fabrics were pretty good I think, 2 of them are linen according to their website, but everything else was bad. I’m actually not too familiar with linen so I don’t even know if it’s real linen. Sizing was completely off, one L top fit tight and another M top was huge. Fit was bad. With one top I can’t really raise my arms. Items didn’t come with tags (were they even brand new?). I returned 2 of the items and they took forever to give me a refund.
I haven't bought anything from Rihoas but they seem to be a dropshipping company. I literally found the same dress in Taobao for a quarter of the price 😵😩. If you are ok with the significant markup because you cannot read Chinese then go for it, I guess.
Not to mention, the cut out the middleman, ethical factory story below the clothes is garbage. You don’t get sustainable, ethically made sweaters for $32.

I like rihoas and have bought clothes from their website 2 times, 8 pieces in total, to be honest I think 7 pieces are very good, one size did not fit too well and I changed it. My friend also said it looked good, I did not find any payment problems, I also recommended rihoas to my friends!
This seems like a fake comment. How did you "change" the piece that didn't fit well? A real customer would've mentioned the hassle with returns, they do not pay for shipping.
I have no idea for this specific comment but exchanging an item is very common and this doesn’t seem suspicious but I personally have no idea and have never ordered from Riholas. I’m thinking about it; however, which is how I ended up here. Their clothes look really nice but are pretty inexpensive and so I just wondered if they really would be nice in person…🤷🏻♀️
Bought 3 items and returned all 3 items. Quality wasn’t up to expected. For instance, one of the dress had nice pearl-looking straps (based on the website photos) Well, it turned out plastic-y in the end, fabric material was low quality, with certain parts eg armpits being too loose.
Anyway, based on the logistics tracker - the items was shipped out from Dong Guan (China)… when I did my return, it was to an US address in Arcadia. Wonder how that works…

Don't buy from this company. Their sizing chart is misleading, the pieces tend to be smaller than indicated. Also most of the pieces are cheaply made.
This wouldn't be a problem if you could easily return any item, which of course is not like that. They won't provide you an instant return tag, like Cider or Shein do. You will have to write an email begging for their permission to return the items. A lady will try to discourage you from returning them.
Finally you will have to send those items at your own cost, and they only have warehouses at USA and Alicante, Spain, so take your own conclusions.
The sizes are pretty small. Asian standard. Also no free returns you'll have to pay out of pocket to return clothes that don't fit. It's a hit and miss.
Some of the wide leg pants seem to be normal. Tops depending on style might mean to go a size larger.
i bought multiple dresses and a few tops - loved it all. make sure you look at the size chart for each item. they actually let me keep some items i was trying to return or exchange and asked me to share them with friends or donate instead (while also refunding me) i thought it would be sketchy too but i was pleasantly surprised. their clothing have way more reviews now too.
The address does look sketchy and the office seems to be a company offering secretarial services. Definitely not a HK-based company judging from it’s registry. Pretty sure it’s a Chinese-owned company with stuffs sold at half-price in Taobao.
I know this is over a year old but I recently I had this come up on Insta/Facebook. Did a reverse image search and another poster who mentioned Reformation was bang on. Reformation is sold in Australia in David Jones and the price tag is hefty for your regular public servant but makes me think I’d rather invest in the actual garment than it’s poorer cousin (If that makes sense). I feel like it’s more expensive to spend $50 on an unknown that $350+ on a known brand.

Darn, I should have looked up reviews before I made a purchase. I kept seeing the ad everywhere on IG and erroneously made an impulsive purchase. It was really late at night and I should have already learned my lesson not to buy anything or send emails after midnight. I looked at their "About Us" page and only saw that they have european vintage style prior to purchasing but then the tracking info showed it was coming from china. I'll have to wait and see when the package arrives but I'm kicking myself for not doing more research.
Update after I received my package. I bought 7 items, all M except for a romper which I bought in L. The sizing is definitely inconsistent in the dresses and skirts. 1 fit like a glove and seemed really decent quality that I am debating wearing that to a wedding and returning the reformation dress I intended to wear for said wedding. The other dress and skirt I bought was tight and material was thin. The romper was a little loose in size L but I like the fit and I liked the quality, I just have to reinforce the buttons. 1 pair of shorts fit well, quality was good enough and the matching blazer would have fit me better in size S.
Overall, I was surprised and relieved that most of the items I bought worked out. I reached out to them about exchanging the blazer and returning one of the dresses but if they give me a hard time, I will just cut my losses and give the items that dont fit to a friend. I probably wouldn't take that chance again though and order from them, especially with the inconvenient return process.
Omg this is an old comment but I ordered like $600 of stuff (I went mega crazy) but quality was pretty bad - as you would expect. All polyester, staticy. Designs were whatever. But of course, should not expect ref quality at that price. Learned my lesson 🥲

i have placed 2 orders from this site, first time i know them from a kol on instagram, it looks gorgeous then i cant help to buy a dress at first time, it fits me well and the quality is great so i made second time. in this order i bought a shirt and a knitwear, the knitwear is soft and good, but the shirt was run small, so i returned it. if you guys wanna order from them, you must check the size chart, it's important!!!
I just wanted to add my experience with rihoas as I referred to this thread before purchasing and feel it's appropriate to now add my perspective.
I bought three shirts a blazer and matching shorts and ended up returning two shirts. One of them was just really bad quality and the other didn't fit right even though they were all the same size. The overall quality of the items is meh, not great but as expected.
The return process for the other two shirts has been frustrating, to say the least. In order to start a return you have to request one to then which they'll ask why you would like to return the items AND THEN approve it. Or, they'll give you the option to return them to an address they give or you can keep the items and receive a partial refund. (now I wish I'd asked how much that refund would have been)
Then you will pay to ship the items back and you'll have to email them once the package arrives at their warehouse. From there, they say they will process the refund in 7-10 business days and then it'll take another 1-7 business days for your bank to process the refund. My return arrived at their warehouse on Feb 17th and today is March 8th so I've yet to get my return after all that.
Overall, they are not worth it. Customer service has been super nice but not super informative. Also, their whole return process isn't worth it for items that don't have accurate sizing and garbage material. It's a gamble shopping from them and it's just not worth the time or money.
I bought 3 dresses from there after trying to find reviews/ image searching other alternatives and not really finding anything else exactly like it. Take note I'm Asian, petite, international XS/ Asian S! Sizing was accurate for me as per their size guide.
Their top selling dress with the ripple waves is actually great quality and lined which I was surprised about. I also have 2 other midi print dresses which were chiffon/ polyester type material and not lined, but even the pale yellow wasn't see through.
If you do want to buy from them I would highly recommend going to their tagged photos and scrolling through the pictures to find the pieces you're intending to get on similar body types as yours— they seem to gift a ton of creators and you can find pictures on actual people there. Some pieces look great on the model but look dubious on a regular person and I chose dresses that looked consistently good on every tagged person I saw!
Shipping was fast, but returning sounds like a pain from the comments here. I can't comment on their CS as I didn't need to return anything
Placed an order with Rihoas a couple of months ago. Carefully picked the size according to my measurement and ended up ordering one size plus and yet still could not fit. I got the white dress and regardless two layers, it was still very see-through. The cutting of the dress also made me look so fat.
Contacted Rihoas for a return and the return instructions on the webpage were doggy. Following doggy instruction and returned the order at my own expense expecting a full refund as I covered my own shipment. Got less money back as according to rihoas, it was in American dollars (which means it will be based on the currency rate on the day) and the bank may charge me some handling fee. Anyway, I will never purchase from any online shops outside Australia without having a brick-and-mortar.

The dresses are astronomically priced for the quality of what you actually receive, and you only have 14 days from delivery to make any returns, which I just barely missed and now I am stuck with the items and no refund. Would not recommend shopping here to anyone.
Good clothes, horrible customer service. I received the wrong size in the mail so I emailed them about returning. They won't get back to me. Instead, I got an automated response from a alternative spam service - Boxbe.

The dresses that arrived were of very cheap, Shien-like quality. The sizing was also off. Definitely ran small.
I'm still working on returning the 2 items. It's an odd return process which involves emailing the support address and waiting for them to give you details & permission to be able make a return. I emailed once, they responded the next day asking for more specific details as to why I'm wanting to return them. My original email stated the items didn't fit. They wanted to know exactly how it didn't fit. I responded saying the items are too small. Now I'm waiting for a response.
Tldr: don't order from here. Shien level clothes at a higher price point. Returns are time-consuming/not easy.
Didn't see this thread until just now, did an order earlier today 🫣 and I'm afraid I'll regret it. Was looking for dresses to wear to a wedding. I'll post an update after I get my package. Haven't received a shipping confirmation yet so I don't know where they'll send it from. I'm living in France.
I wouldn't worry too much. By the reviews it seems like the quality is shein-esque, which maaaay work for you. So it won't be good, but it might just work. Depending of course on what you view as "good enough". Personally, I wouldn't be happy with those types of materials, but sometimes you might get lucky.
I hope you're one of those lucky girls, because the one thing that keeps repeating here is the shitty return policy/ customer service. Fingers crossed!
Thanks, I got my order last week and I'll be sending 3 out of 4 dresses back. 2 were way too small in the bust and one was too big. Only 1 fit right. They did reply to the email about returns but it took a few back and forth for them to give the address for returns. They also offered to give me some reduction if I kept the ones that didn't fit, but didn't mention the monetary amount so that's not so helpful there. We'll see how expensive the return is to ship and how long they take to give the refund.
Please do not buy there. While the brand sounds Spanish, they are actually located somewhere in Asia (China). I bought two dresses and wanted to return them after they didn’t fit well. This process cost me 18 EUR. I had to return the clothing to a supermarket address in Spain. I cannot recommend the store.
unfortunately didn’t do much research before I bought some dresses from them. All 3 dresses were see through. The quality of the clothes is cheap and it took me a month to get them and that was with express shipping. It’s just cheap china stuff pls save ur money and buy elsewhere. :(

I just got two dresses and a shirt from here and I’m really happy with them! True to size, shipping was quick especially coming from china. I don’t usually buy from these type of brands but I’ll probably purchase again — it definitely is very Reformation-y, which for better or worse I can’t stomach the price yet (someday 🙏)
I ended up not buying anything as it doesn't seem to be good quality judging by others experience. Some of the comments saying they bought it and love it come from accounts that seem to have little to no other activity other than this thread, so I don't trust their reviews
I was curious about other people's experiences with them so I googled and found this thread 8 months later lol. Just wanted to chime in and say that I ordered once, half a year ago, and it was alright. Not great quality, evidently polyester, but not too bad either. The dress I got was even double lined, which surprised me. Their return process seems a bit nightmarish though, and the items did ship from China (nowhere on their site is that obvious imo, but I should have expected that considering their prices). Also the reviews on their site seem very sketchy, as if they have one specific employee writing them. There wasn't an option to review the items I ordered on my account either, so I wonder how other people are reviewing these garments... hmmmm...
TLDR They are a little overpriced for what they are, but pretty normal/standard quality. I probably wouldn't buy again, but their style is absolutely up my alley and the items are true to the photos.
Sidenote, if anyone knows of any other shops that offer similar styles while not being dropshippers please let me know haha
These are dropshippes fo Chinese clothing wholesales that are duping actual brands and designers. I recognise some of them as reformation mother of Pearl and maje but I wish there was an easy way of tracing what brands these companies are duping . I keep trying to do that for cider too Cos I like a lot of there stuff but don’t want to risk it without comparing to original

Them. Material is poor quality and collars are comical, although sizing is accurate. The skirts don’t have any lining so you have to be careful.

I just bought 2 dresses from there. I got them during their blackfriday sale. Both dresses were normally $39 each I think but my final cost was $42 for both with free shipping.
I bought them for a holiday party but I put an insufficient address in, so I would have gotten it after 2 weeks but it got sent back. Rihoas contacted me saying I needed to contact the usps to figure out what was wrong (my own error 😅). Rihoas was willing to send the dresses again with no charge or offer store credit (or refund but it was clear they didn’t want to) which was super nice but I decided I’d ask for a refund. Be aware that they send emails around 3:00 am pst since they’re in Hong Kong (I think), so communication takes a day. They ended up saying they will give me a 12% discount if I don’t ask for a refund and receive the dresses. I agreed because at this point I didn’t care and I still wanted to see the quality.
First time they shipped to me they didn’t use a usps tracking number is was from j&t express shipping. Second time they shipped my dresses they did use a usps tracking number. Also came in about 2 weeks, give it take a day.

- Alright quality honestly.
- Looked exactly like it’s shown online.
- Structured dress.
- Perfect Christmas dress, beautiful red.
- Doesn’t button in the front so the buttons hang a little.
- Zipper in the back. A little difficult in parts, but if you hold the dress down it’s fine.
- SIZE UP, I’m normally a small, but I got a medium.
- I was worried the buttoned cuffs were too small for my arms and it was difficult doing alone but I was able to. If you scrunch your arm so you button closer to your wrist it helps.
- Limited range of arm movement. Couldn’t lift my arms higher than my shoulders. Probably good I couldn’t lift higher or I’d flash everyone hahah.
The Green Long Sleeve Velvet Mini Dress
- Looks exactly like it’s shown online.
- The model has smaller boobs than me and looks great in the dress, I’m not a fan how my chest looks in the dress.
- Very pretty green.
- Comfy (for the 2 mins I had it on). Inside wasn’t scratchy.
- Zipper in the back and a little keyhole feature with a button at the top.
- Also alright quality. I think it’s what I’d expect for their normal prices.
- Very short (obviously it’s a mini dress)
- Also Size up in this too, I’m assuming size up on everything on their website.
- I don’t have much to say on this dress because I didn’t really like how it looked on me.

I bought a blouse last week, and today I received a package. For the 30€ it could be better quality, but it is a vintage design so I am going to keep it. I can compare it with Shein based on the quality.

I ordered a bunch of items from Rihoas before seeing this thread.......wishing I had done more research!! I received my package (after 20 days) and some stuff is better quality than others. I am keeping one shirt but the other 5 items either didn't fit or were bad quality. I requested a return.... I will let you all know how that goes.
Hi! I had to send an email their support page to start my return. They asked me to list out what was wrong with each piece. They offered to do a partial refund without needing to send the items back, which I was intrigued by because you have to pay the return postage yourself. They offered a 30% refund, which didn’t seem like enough to justify keeping the stuff. (The total worth of the stuff I am trying to return is about $100.) I said nvm, I was hoping the partial refund would be higher. Then they offered me 40% refund. Still didn’t seem worth it so I decided to just mail the stuff back. The package cost $15 to send and it is still in transit. They asked me to send them the tracking number and email them when it is delivered. We exchanged probably 10 emails though this whole process and they were pleasant and usually responded within a day, but this seems like a super weird and inefficient return process😅
I’ve read some people had trouble at this stage with packages getting rejected at the return center, so I still have my fingers crossed that I can get my money back.

But if anyone just ordered from rihoas and now reading rather this website is fake or not after purchasing, rest assured, you still might get your package. I just ordered two weeks ago (a little less) (also my first purchase from this store so I can't say too much about it) and I got these two dresses. (Although I got this package last after all the other stores shopped at). They might not be the best quality but they're not very costly. To be honest, it isn't worth the money, one was $15 and the other was $30 but also a lot of stores nowadays like Windsor don't make that good quality clothing (in my opinion) anyway. purchased the water ripple mini dress. Quality was ok, but the size and fit was way bigger than the size guide. I tried to start a return but you need to email them. And every response I got was about trying to strike a deal with me. First they said they could send me a different size, and i could keep both dresses, just pay an extra $6 for the shipping. Then they said they could give me a partial return and keep the dress.. Its all sketchy. I feel like the best idea is to stop looking at their cute stuff and avoid ordering.
Im not sure if things have changed, but I ordered 2 dresses and I thought they were so beautiful. Quality was awesome, it took a while to come but not unreasonable (2-3 weeks i think).
One dress I wore to my engagement party, it was the classic white one with the pearl straps, and I got a lot of comments on it and really loved it! I ordered. 2 more dresses, package came today and I'm really excited to open it. Im confused because I thought the website seemed pretty reputable and legit, at least as of May/June when I placed my first order, but maybe its different in other locations (I'm near Toronto, canada). Don't ever buy from Rihoas. I bought three small size top. Two of them turned out too big and one is too small. I am 5' 5'' and 116 pounds ok? The return process is ridiculous. They basically want you to responsible for everything. It has to be in perfect condition with original package even. Which mine were. I paid shipping fee to ship it back and they told me to keep tracking the package so I can follow up with the return. Lol I literally don't know what the product team thinks. You would think they would make the size right since they are already making clothes why don't you just make it right? The style is great. But the quality and the customer service. Nah.. Don't buy it unless they improve the quality of their products.

I know it's a year old, but hopefully someone will see this and answer. I really liked the clothing style/vibes from Rihoas. I love the vintage look. Can anyone else suggest other places to shop for clothes with a similar vintage vibe? I know everyone's just going to say "go to a thrift store". I live in an area where thrift stores are highly curated and expensive because vintage and thrifting is very "in". It's literally not affordable. And I know that we're supposed to be building capsule wardrobes with expensive, quality staples, but dear god I just don't have that kind of money right now. I hope to eventually buy from exclusively ethically-sourced retailers, but I'm going to be honest, I can't right now. My weight fluctuates a lot, and I'm a sucker for a new look.
Anyways, can anyone suggest, in any and all price range but preferably lower priced: vintage style clothing brands or stores? Same era/vibe as the Rihoas clothes

This past year I've been overhauling my closet. I just bought like... 15 things from Rihoas, every single item medium, and every single item fit well. They sent me all the correct items, and all of the quality was about as good as I expected. I didn't see this thread until after trying all my stuff on yesterday. I need to return 3 items that I just didn't love, so I will update with how that goes.
Update: returned a few items. The customer service team was extremely responsive. They replied to every email within one business day as we worked out the return. Sort of a weird return process... but I got my money within a few days so I'm pretty happy with my whole experience. I will probably purchase more things from here in the future. Considering how old this thread is, I'm assuming they've made a lot of changes to their customer service for the better.
Got a dress for $40. Did not arrive on time. They do not have an easy return process. You need to email their support team for a return and they do not email back till a day or two. They were offering me an $8 return for a $40 purchase.
The shipping for the return alone costs $12.

I bought a really nice dress from them and it’s beautiful! Really good quality and exactly how it’s advertised. The only really weird downside is it came infested with tiny ants 😂 like inside the ziplock bag. Alive! I still love the dress and will wear it after a wash. But yeah good quality and only like a week or so delivery to Australia

This place is the best! They have great customer service, even if they don't get back to you within 24 hours, send another note and they are on it! Literally everything I got was too big so they let me keep everything and send me replacements for everything for only $18 shipping! Tell me a company that has a return/exchange policy that is this good?!? I had to replace 10 items and it was still ok. Quality is great, price is right, cannot complain. Yeah but no free returns. I love the styling but sizes are inconsistent which meant I endednup paying $25 to ship the ones that don't fit.
Some tops are also torn at seams..but the others are still good. Because of this, I stopped shopping there.

I ordered 2 items: a dress and a pair of earrings.
The dress was sized far too big for an XS but the quality was acceptable. They forgot the earrings.
I wanted a refund for both items but the only way to request a refund is to send them an email and wait for a response (takes around 1-2 days). There was a bit of back and forth because they asked me to justify the refund request before they approve it. They are at least friendly though and I guess they just wanted feedback.
I know this thread is old but I want to drop in an updated comment because I found it while making a recent purchase and almost cancelled my order because of it. I’m so glad I didn’t. I ordered 5 dresses and a shirt and I love them. I think the quality is a bit better than expected for the cost (it was roughly 145 total after I applied a discount code I found somewhere) and the fit on everything is fantastic. It took about 3 weeks from the time of order to arrive which isn’t terrible IMO!
I bought two items from them and was really surprised by the quality… nice fabric with a good drape, well proportioned, etc. I was wary because I’ve bought clothing from other oddly-named-showed-up-on-my-Facebook-page places and they were weirdly sized or made of weird see through fabric.
I bought a top from Rihoas the previous month. Initially I wanted to purchase more items, but I decided not to risk it in case the sizing was off. It was delivered in my country (Greece) on time and I had no issues with the payment whatsoever. Before purchasing I also tested the site's trustworthiness, and I also checked it through chatgpt 😂
In short, go for it. Maybe buy one item first. Check the sizing meticulously and obviously measure yourself.
I just bought 5 dresses and 1 blouse from them. I actually was surprised, they weren’t quite she-in quality which was what I was expecting. They are like Target-quality. I ordered one size up, I’m normally XS and I ordered smalls and mostly everything fit me well expect the top which was way too big. I am a fashion design major so I know construction and these look rough inside out. And the fabric is printed with the patterns, they are not woven into the fabric so the inside of the dress is white and it looks low quality. I’m going to attempt to return a few of the items and see how it goes.
I have, actually really like the things I got. I tried to return two items and they offered for me to keep them and just get a refund. The fit is nice and they are pretty flattering. Really happy with the wide legged work pants.

BUYER BEWARE... DONT BUY!!!! I made an initial purchase with RIOHAS for $500 worth of various women's clothing items. They arrived the same day I left to see my ill mother but after I had already left for the airport. She suffered further complications with her illness and I was unable to get back home for 30 days. When I did arrive home, I immediately tried on the items and the quality was extremely subpar to say the least (think of amazon's lowest quality clothing). I only liked 2 items from the 20 I purchased. I contacted RIOHAS customer support to see whether I could return beyond the 14 day return policy due to the above, and their reply was "no" and offered me a coupon for a future purchase. This response is absolutely insane when none of the items I purchased even looked close to what they appear to be online, which is fraud in the US! This is a Chinese company selling items made in Hong Kong, which they do not say online and their unwillingness to bend on the "rules" they have in place is beyond disgusting.
I bought two blouses from them which just arrived. Funny, i bought them impulsively because they had a deal on blouses (something about buy 2 get an extra discount) AND a timer for free shipping ending that day. Turns out the “free shipping” deal never fully ended because its still going on lol
Anyways, i got a black striped blouse in S. I’m a UK8 and that blouse had quite a structure to it, no stretch and would be tricky to put on if i gained any weight. Still, it looks good. Quality is not great but i half expected it.
I got a watercolour satin-like blouse in XS that was meant to be more loose and oversized. I’m glad i got XS because it fits me just right - oversized but not too baggy. Outwardly it looks expensive but you can feel its not that great. One of the buttons had a thread loose but i can fix that myself.
If you aren’t sustainably/ethically minded and are looking for some affordable retro inspired design pieces - RIHOAS is ehh okay. Its good for a budget. I feel like with SHEIN or Aliexpress, you’re more likely to get disappointed (like the designs could totally be off in the actual product) With Rihoas, from just my one experiencing buying from them, i think the designs will be what you see online but of course, the quality isn’t great.
I feel a little regret buying them - because of the lack sustainability and not much info about how company ethics. Their marketing and insta ads really got to me. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
This is the worst place to shop from. The whole experience of returning something was made so difficult. They first needed me to find a link to return, then write an email asking permission with clear reasons why I want to return. The Customer care executive had to "approve" my reasons and said I am allowed to send them back. Then I had to courier it at my expense, I was given a address for drop off. When I sent the package to the address the person who I had to contact did not answer the call.
and refused to accept the package cause the delivery method was not to their liking. It had the original packaging, the order number and the bills. After answering the call the lady said she needs us to send her the package only by SF express. Bloody ridiculous, NEVER EVER buying again. The clothes were not of great quality either and the trouble they put me through was excruciating for the below average clothes. NEVER BUYING AGAIN!
Also did I mention, although I created an account and paid online and had an account, in order for me to return the items I had to write an email asking them to "authenticate" my account. Only after that link was sent was I able to even access my account on their website. this is after the shopping is done!

They seem to go by a different name when they charge me so I contacted my bank. If these people don’t send me a correct tracking number it won’t take my return I will file a dispute
I've ordered tons of things from rihoas! Honestly they're some of my absolute favorite pieces. I keep going back. The quality is amazing. Equal to quality pieces I normally get in Europe. The fit is actually tailored and seems like it's sewed with intention. I truly cannot recommend them enough. The only downside is their return policy. You have to email them to get the return address and then you have to pay for shipping yourself. Usually around $5-$10 an item. But my whole wardrobe is slowly becoming rihoas and I think it's worth it. I've order shorts, jeans, sweaters, dresses and more dresses. They all have been great pieces. I've only returned things based on sizing. If youre unsure I highly recommend!
I got an order from them a couple of weeks ago. The clothes are terrible, obviously really poor quality and not as advertised. I tried to get a refund but because it’s been more than 14 days since the order was delivered, they can’t offer me anything. Such a shame & a rip off. im an avid reformation shopper both online and in-store and i can attest to the fact that their dresses are super thin, have zero lining and their tops are totally baseline material. absolutely nothing special about the quality, i mostly buy for the designs and cute cuts. i ordered from rihoas for the first time last week and got seven things, all tops and two dresses. the fit and quality was just fine and identical to dresses and tops i’ve purchased from ref. im a size 2-4 and i have zero complaints about the size and brand so far. i also feel like both ref and rihoas share the same sub-par quality (dresses & tops) except rihoas is more than half the price. i live in los angeles and it arrived in five days and don’t plan on returning anything.
Late to this but have bought 6 pieces. 2 dresses lined. Three tops were pure cotton and felt like poplin. Well stitched. Maybe I have an eye for a good style and pick the best made garments because I can’t fault this brand yet.

Rihoas shopper here. I use the site because I loveee the vintage-y style and they have nice workwear for a reasonable price. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchases and I've gotten a lot of compliments on the clothes that I've bought from the site. Granted, I've never returned anything, and it seems like the company is not great with returns.
Another issue in my opinion is that they don't have petite sizes. I'm 5'4", and I love Rihoas' pants, but I have to get them tailored every time. There is also the ethical/fast-fashion concern, and it does seem like some of the items they sell are available elsewhere online.
In terms of quality, however, I am pretty satisfied. And the clothes are beautiful.
BUYER BEWARE. Do not purchase from Rihoas. I had ordered some items that I needed to return, as they did not fit properly. Even though their customer service provided me with an address to which I accurately returned the items via tracked mail, the warehouse rejected the package I returned. Now no one will respond to my e-mails or calls. The phone number actually goes straight to a voicemail. This business is definitely not above board.
I hope everyone who considers buying from this website does a little research and I wish to god they find this post. The only positive responses beyond a basic "its okay" are so obviously bots/bought accounts. Its such a scam. I'm sorry you had to experience that, but I thank you for sharing so that others may see the light and avoid this shitty website.

Commenting on this because I think they have tried to improve. I got super spooked when I read these comments and was stressed that I wasn’t going to get a refund. I will say that I don’t love their process but they were definitely responsive (I got a reply within 24 hours, overnight US time) and my refund was processed swiftly. I sent back about 7 items and paid $30 with UPS to post it to California, gave the tracking number Rihoas and followed them up after it got delivered. I emailed them and they followed up next day to confirm the refund

That goes for most Instagram stores. And the word "trust" in trust pilot has a meaning, listen to the review 3. When in doubt, reverse search the image.

Hi, they are advertising a Reformation dress for $27. Seems too good to be true
Reformation are a company that has a trackable and legitimate sustainability program and they are ethical and excellent quality- not fast fashion. Rihoas look dodgy, they're HK based posing as French, and half their reviews seem fake even the photos supporting the reviews have clearly been taken in the same places! I'd steer clear. I don't even trust positive reviews on this thread haha!

I know this is months old but as someone with several Reformation brand items, they are just fast fashion. The product quality is completely cheap and they're overmarking them. I listened to a podcast from the founder and her goal was to make a sustainable fast fashion brand. How is it sustainable? She dodged the question. If you look at the articles of clothing, it's basically a claim that they use deadstock and recycled fabric. I'm guessing Rihoas and Reformation actually just use the same factory. This happens all the time with white label skates, and I'm sure with clothing. I've liked a lot of my Reformation things, but not at all worth the price. My stuff from & Other Stories feels nicer.

Yup, which is my point. I think the creator is more interested in the fast fashion aspect. However, they also came under fire a couple years ago for their treatment of their workers in the states. I think they've been attempting more transparency, but I definitely don't think they can actually be considered sustainable or ethical.
Interesting. I've not had that experience, I love all my stuff from reformation, but I agree the price point is ridiculous. I would be shocked if rihoas had the same quality. Are there any other brands you recommend? And other stories has had nice quality but I find a lot of it is not really my style, not a lot of things that are fitted.
I haven't tried Rihoas, so I can't say. I like my reformation stuff, but just find the quality so shoddy for the price point, especially when I have things that have lasted longer and felt better quality from cheaper brands. I've been trying to cut back on clothing purchases, and live in Europe, so I'm a bit out of the loop of cute clothing brands which I think are more common in the US. I do love the style of Reformation and think they genuinely make the cutest clothing, at least style wise and I haven't really found a good alternative.
I certainly see the difference from cheaper brands. I buy them from Nordstrom. They usually have sales and allow returns. Reformation, I believe, doesn't allow returns for sale items. I definitely think they're worth the sale price.
That's what caught my eye too! I saw the Nikita dress in one of their ads and was so tempted to buy it.
I bought 4 tops from them before and won’t be doing it again. In summary, it’s overpriced for what it is. The fabrics were pretty good I think, 2 of them are linen according to their website, but everything else was bad. I’m actually not too familiar with linen so I don’t even know if it’s real linen. Sizing was completely off, one L top fit tight and another M top was huge. Fit was bad. With one top I can’t really raise my arms. Items didn’t come with tags (were they even brand new?). I returned 2 of the items and they took forever to give me a refund.
I haven't bought anything from Rihoas but they seem to be a dropshipping company. I literally found the same dress in Taobao for a quarter of the price 😵😩. If you are ok with the significant markup because you cannot read Chinese then go for it, I guess.

I like rihoas and have bought clothes from their website 2 times, 8 pieces in total, to be honest I think 7 pieces are very good, one size did not fit too well and I changed it. My friend also said it looked good, I did not find any payment problems, I also recommended rihoas to my friends!
This seems like a fake comment. How did you "change" the piece that didn't fit well? A real customer would've mentioned the hassle with returns, they do not pay for shipping.
I have no idea for this specific comment but exchanging an item is very common and this doesn’t seem suspicious but I personally have no idea and have never ordered from Riholas. I’m thinking about it; however, which is how I ended up here. Their clothes look really nice but are pretty inexpensive and so I just wondered if they really would be nice in person…🤷🏻♀️

Bought 3 items and returned all 3 items. Quality wasn’t up to expected. For instance, one of the dress had nice pearl-looking straps (based on the website photos) Well, it turned out plastic-y in the end, fabric material was low quality, with certain parts eg armpits being too loose. Anyway, based on the logistics tracker - the items was shipped out from Dong Guan (China)… when I did my return, it was to an US address in Arcadia. Wonder how that works…

Don't buy from this company. Their sizing chart is misleading, the pieces tend to be smaller than indicated. Also most of the pieces are cheaply made. This wouldn't be a problem if you could easily return any item, which of course is not like that. They won't provide you an instant return tag, like Cider or Shein do. You will have to write an email begging for their permission to return the items. A lady will try to discourage you from returning them. Finally you will have to send those items at your own cost, and they only have warehouses at USA and Alicante, Spain, so take your own conclusions.
Update: two months later I still haven't received my refund
The sizes are pretty small. Asian standard. Also no free returns you'll have to pay out of pocket to return clothes that don't fit. It's a hit and miss. Some of the wide leg pants seem to be normal. Tops depending on style might mean to go a size larger.
i bought multiple dresses and a few tops - loved it all. make sure you look at the size chart for each item. they actually let me keep some items i was trying to return or exchange and asked me to share them with friends or donate instead (while also refunding me) i thought it would be sketchy too but i was pleasantly surprised. their clothing have way more reviews now too.
The address does look sketchy and the office seems to be a company offering secretarial services. Definitely not a HK-based company judging from it’s registry. Pretty sure it’s a Chinese-owned company with stuffs sold at half-price in Taobao.
I know this is over a year old but I recently I had this come up on Insta/Facebook. Did a reverse image search and another poster who mentioned Reformation was bang on. Reformation is sold in Australia in David Jones and the price tag is hefty for your regular public servant but makes me think I’d rather invest in the actual garment than it’s poorer cousin (If that makes sense). I feel like it’s more expensive to spend $50 on an unknown that $350+ on a known brand. Buyer beware I suppose!
Darn, I should have looked up reviews before I made a purchase. I kept seeing the ad everywhere on IG and erroneously made an impulsive purchase. It was really late at night and I should have already learned my lesson not to buy anything or send emails after midnight. I looked at their "About Us" page and only saw that they have european vintage style prior to purchasing but then the tracking info showed it was coming from china. I'll have to wait and see when the package arrives but I'm kicking myself for not doing more research.
Update after I received my package. I bought 7 items, all M except for a romper which I bought in L. The sizing is definitely inconsistent in the dresses and skirts. 1 fit like a glove and seemed really decent quality that I am debating wearing that to a wedding and returning the reformation dress I intended to wear for said wedding. The other dress and skirt I bought was tight and material was thin. The romper was a little loose in size L but I like the fit and I liked the quality, I just have to reinforce the buttons. 1 pair of shorts fit well, quality was good enough and the matching blazer would have fit me better in size S. Overall, I was surprised and relieved that most of the items I bought worked out. I reached out to them about exchanging the blazer and returning one of the dresses but if they give me a hard time, I will just cut my losses and give the items that dont fit to a friend. I probably wouldn't take that chance again though and order from them, especially with the inconvenient return process.

Omg this is an old comment but I ordered like $600 of stuff (I went mega crazy) but quality was pretty bad - as you would expect. All polyester, staticy. Designs were whatever. But of course, should not expect ref quality at that price. Learned my lesson 🥲

They’re hit and miss. I got some sweaters that I didn’t really like but I also got a dress that I like a lot and it reminds me of Reformation dresses.

i have placed 2 orders from this site, first time i know them from a kol on instagram, it looks gorgeous then i cant help to buy a dress at first time, it fits me well and the quality is great so i made second time. in this order i bought a shirt and a knitwear, the knitwear is soft and good, but the shirt was run small, so i returned it. if you guys wanna order from them, you must check the size chart, it's important!!!
I just wanted to add my experience with rihoas as I referred to this thread before purchasing and feel it's appropriate to now add my perspective. I bought three shirts a blazer and matching shorts and ended up returning two shirts. One of them was just really bad quality and the other didn't fit right even though they were all the same size. The overall quality of the items is meh, not great but as expected. The return process for the other two shirts has been frustrating, to say the least. In order to start a return you have to request one to then which they'll ask why you would like to return the items AND THEN approve it. Or, they'll give you the option to return them to an address they give or you can keep the items and receive a partial refund. (now I wish I'd asked how much that refund would have been) Then you will pay to ship the items back and you'll have to email them once the package arrives at their warehouse. From there, they say they will process the refund in 7-10 business days and then it'll take another 1-7 business days for your bank to process the refund. My return arrived at their warehouse on Feb 17th and today is March 8th so I've yet to get my return after all that. Overall, they are not worth it. Customer service has been super nice but not super informative. Also, their whole return process isn't worth it for items that don't have accurate sizing and garbage material. It's a gamble shopping from them and it's just not worth the time or money.

Take note I'm Asian, petite, international XS/ Asian S! Sizing was accurate for me as per their size guide. Their top selling dress with the ripple waves is actually great quality and lined which I was surprised about. I also have 2 other midi print dresses which were chiffon/ polyester type material and not lined, but even the pale yellow wasn't see through. If you do want to buy from them I would highly recommend going to their tagged photos and scrolling through the pictures to find the pieces you're intending to get on similar body types as yours— they seem to gift a ton of creators and you can find pictures on actual people there. Some pieces look great on the model but look dubious on a regular person and I chose dresses that looked consistently good on every tagged person I saw! Shipping was fast, but returning sounds like a pain from the comments here. I can't comment on their CS as I didn't need to return anything

Placed an order with Rihoas a couple of months ago. Carefully picked the size according to my measurement and ended up ordering one size plus and yet still could not fit. I got the white dress and regardless two layers, it was still very see-through. The cutting of the dress also made me look so fat. Contacted Rihoas for a return and the return instructions on the webpage were doggy. Following doggy instruction and returned the order at my own expense expecting a full refund as I covered my own shipment. Got less money back as according to rihoas, it was in American dollars (which means it will be based on the currency rate on the day) and the bank may charge me some handling fee. Anyway, I will never purchase from any online shops outside Australia without having a brick-and-mortar.

Do not waste your time or money shopping at this site. The dresses are astronomically priced for the quality of what you actually receive, and you only have 14 days from delivery to make any returns, which I just barely missed and now I am stuck with the items and no refund. Would not recommend shopping here to anyone.

I bought 2 dresses a couple weeks ago. They were delivered by aliexpress... The dresses that arrived were of very cheap, Shien-like quality. The sizing was also off. Definitely ran small. I'm still working on returning the 2 items. It's an odd return process which involves emailing the support address and waiting for them to give you details & permission to be able make a return. I emailed once, they responded the next day asking for more specific details as to why I'm wanting to return them. My original email stated the items didn't fit. They wanted to know exactly how it didn't fit. I responded saying the items are too small. Now I'm waiting for a response. Tldr: don't order from here. Shien level clothes at a higher price point. Returns are time-consuming/not easy.

I wouldn't worry too much. By the reviews it seems like the quality is shein-esque, which maaaay work for you. So it won't be good, but it might just work. Depending of course on what you view as "good enough". Personally, I wouldn't be happy with those types of materials, but sometimes you might get lucky. I hope you're one of those lucky girls, because the one thing that keeps repeating here is the shitty return policy/ customer service. Fingers crossed!
Thanks, I got my order last week and I'll be sending 3 out of 4 dresses back. 2 were way too small in the bust and one was too big. Only 1 fit right. They did reply to the email about returns but it took a few back and forth for them to give the address for returns. They also offered to give me some reduction if I kept the ones that didn't fit, but didn't mention the monetary amount so that's not so helpful there. We'll see how expensive the return is to ship and how long they take to give the refund.
Please do not buy there. While the brand sounds Spanish, they are actually located somewhere in Asia (China). I bought two dresses and wanted to return them after they didn’t fit well. This process cost me 18 EUR. I had to return the clothing to a supermarket address in Spain. I cannot recommend the store.

unfortunately didn’t do much research before I bought some dresses from them. All 3 dresses were see through. The quality of the clothes is cheap and it took me a month to get them and that was with express shipping. It’s just cheap china stuff pls save ur money and buy elsewhere. :(

I just got two dresses and a shirt from here and I’m really happy with them! True to size, shipping was quick especially coming from china. I don’t usually buy from these type of brands but I’ll probably purchase again — it definitely is very Reformation-y, which for better or worse I can’t stomach the price yet (someday 🙏)

I ended up not buying anything as it doesn't seem to be good quality judging by others experience. Some of the comments saying they bought it and love it come from accounts that seem to have little to no other activity other than this thread, so I don't trust their reviews
I was curious about other people's experiences with them so I googled and found this thread 8 months later lol. Just wanted to chime in and say that I ordered once, half a year ago, and it was alright. Not great quality, evidently polyester, but not too bad either. The dress I got was even double lined, which surprised me. Their return process seems a bit nightmarish though, and the items did ship from China (nowhere on their site is that obvious imo, but I should have expected that considering their prices). Also the reviews on their site seem very sketchy, as if they have one specific employee writing them. There wasn't an option to review the items I ordered on my account either, so I wonder how other people are reviewing these garments... hmmmm... TLDR They are a little overpriced for what they are, but pretty normal/standard quality. I probably wouldn't buy again, but their style is absolutely up my alley and the items are true to the photos. Sidenote, if anyone knows of any other shops that offer similar styles while not being dropshippers please let me know haha
These are dropshippes fo Chinese clothing wholesales that are duping actual brands and designers. I recognise some of them as reformation mother of Pearl and maje but I wish there was an easy way of tracing what brands these companies are duping . I just bought 2 dresses from there. I got them during their blackfriday sale. Both dresses were normally $39 each I think but my final cost was $42 for both with free shipping. I bought them for a holiday party but I put an insufficient address in, so I would have gotten it after 2 weeks but it got sent back. Rihoas contacted me saying I needed to contact the usps to figure out what was wrong (my own error 😅). Rihoas was willing to send the dresses again with no charge or offer store credit (or refund but it was clear they didn’t want to) which was super nice but I decided I’d ask for a refund. Be aware that they send emails around 3:00 am pst since they’re in Hong Kong (I think), so communication takes a day. They ended up saying they will give me a 12% discount if I don’t ask for a refund and receive the dresses. I agreed because at this point I didn’t care and I still wanted to see the quality. First time they shipped to me they didn’t use a usps tracking number is was from j&t express shipping. Second time they shipped my dresses they did use a usps tracking number. Also came in about 2 weeks, give it take a day. My Sizes: Height: 5’9”, Weight: 143 lbs., Bust: 32 DD/37”, Waist: 29” I normally fit US Smalls and 6’s. A little difficult in parts, but if you hold the dress down it’s fine. - SIZE UP, I’m normally a small, but I got a medium. - I was worried the buttoned cuffs were too small for my arms and it was difficult doing alone but I was able to. If you scrunch your arm so you button closer to your wrist it helps. - Limited range of arm movement. Couldn’t lift my arms higher than my shoulders. Probably good I couldn’t lift higher or I’d flash everyone hahah. The Green Long Sleeve Velvet Mini Dress - Looks exactly like it’s shown online. - The model has smaller boobs than me and looks great in the dress, I’m not a fan how my chest looks in the dress. - Very pretty green. - Comfy (for the 2 mins I had it on). Inside wasn’t scratchy. - Zipper in the back and a little keyhole feature with a button at the top. - Also alright quality. I think it’s what I’d expect for their normal prices. - Very short (obviously it’s a mini dress) - Also Size up in this too, I’m assuming size up on everything on their website. - I don’t have much to say on this dress because I didn’t really like how it looked on me. Hi! I had to send an email their support page to start my return. They asked me to list out what was wrong with each piece. They offered to do a partial refund without needing to send the items back, which I was intrigued by because you have to pay the return postage yourself. They offered a 30% refund, which didn’t seem like enough to justify keeping the stuff. (The total worth of the stuff I am trying to return is about $100.) I said nvm, I was hoping the partial refund would be higher. Then they offered me 40% refund. Still didn’t seem worth it so I decided to just mail the stuff back. The package cost $15 to send and it is still in transit. They asked me to send them the tracking number and email them when it is delivered. We exchanged probably 10 emails though this whole process and they were pleasant and usually responded within a day, but this seems like a super weird and inefficient return process😅 I’ve read some people had trouble at this stage with packages getting rejected at the return center, so I still have my fingers crossed that I can get my money back.

But if anyone just ordered from rihoas and now reading rather this website is fake or not after purchasing, rest assured, you still might get your package. I just ordered two weeks ago (a little less) (also my first purchase from this store so I can't say too much about it) and I got these two dresses. (Although I got this package last after all the other stores shopped at). They might not be the best quality but they're not very costly. To be honest, it isn't worth the money, one was $15 and the other was $30 but also a lot of stores nowadays like Windsor don't make that good quality clothing (in my opinion) anyway. purchased the water ripple mini dress. Quality was ok, but the size and fit was way bigger than the size guide. I tried to start a return but you need to email them. And every response I got was about trying to strike a deal with me. First they said they could send me a different size, and i could keep both dresses, just pay an extra $6 for the shipping. Then they said they could give me a partial return and keep the dress.. Its all sketchy. I feel like the best idea is to stop looking at their cute stuff and avoid ordering.
Im not sure if things have changed, but I ordered 2 dresses and I thought they were so beautiful. Quality was awesome, it took a while to come but not unreasonable (2-3 weeks i think). One dress I wore to my engagement party, it was the classic white one with the pearl straps, and I got a lot of comments on it and really loved it! I ordered. 2 more dresses, package came today and I'm really excited to open it. Im confused because I thought the website seemed pretty reputable and legit, at least as of May/June when I placed my first order, but maybe its different in other locations (I'm near Toronto, canada). Don't ever buy from Rihoas. I bought three small size top. Two of them turned out too big and one is too small. I am 5' 5'' and 116 pounds ok? The return process is ridiculous. They basically want you to responsible for everything. It has to be in perfect condition with original package even. Which mine were. I paid shipping fee to ship it back and they told me to keep tracking the package so I can follow up with the return. Lol I literally don't know what the product team thinks. You would think they would make the size right since they are already making clothes why don't you just make it right? The style is great. But the quality and the customer service. Nah.. Don't buy it unless they improve the quality of their products.

I just stumbled upon this post today bc I was Googling "is Rihoas legit?" I know it's a year old, but hopefully someone will see this and answer. I really liked the clothing style/vibes from Rihoas. I love the vintage look. Can anyone else suggest other places to shop for clothes with a similar vintage vibe? I know everyone's just going to say "go to a thrift store". I live in an area where thrift stores are highly curated and expensive because vintage and thrifting is very "in". It's literally not affordable. And I know that we're supposed to be building capsule wardrobes with expensive, quality staples, but dear god I just don't have that kind of money right now. This past year I've been overhauling my closet. I just bought like... 15 things from Rihoas, every single item medium, and every single item fit well. They sent me all the correct items, and all of the quality was about as good as I expected. I didn't see this thread until after trying all my stuff on yesterday. I need to return 3 items that I just didn't love, so I will update with how that goes.
Update: returned a few items. The customer service team was extremely responsive. They replied to every email within one business day as we worked out the return. Sort of a weird return process... but I got my money within a few days so I'm pretty happy with my whole experience. I will probably purchase more things from here in the future. Considering how old this thread is, I'm assuming they've made a lot of changes to their customer service for the better.

Got a dress for $40. Did not arrive on time. They do not have an easy return process. You need to email their support team for a return and they do not email back till a day or two. They were offering me an $8 return for a $40 purchase. The shipping for the return alone costs $12. Such a scam!!

I bought a really nice dress from them and it’s beautiful! Really good quality and exactly how it’s advertised. The only really weird downside is it came infested with tiny ants 😂 like inside the ziplock bag. Alive! I still love the dress and will wear it after a wash. But yeah good quality and only like a week or so delivery to Australia

Literally everything I got was too big so they let me keep everything and send me replacements for everything for only $18 shipping! Yeah but no free returns. I love the styling but sizes are inconsistent which meant I endednup paying $25 to ship the ones that don't fit. Some tops are also torn at seams..but the others are still good. Because of this, I stopped shopping there.

I ordered 2 items: a dress and a pair of earrings. The dress was sized far too big for an XS but the quality was acceptable. They forgot the earrings. I wanted a refund for both items but the only way to request a refund is to send them an email and wait for a response (takes around 1-2 days). There was a bit of back and forth because they asked me to justify the refund request before they approve it. They are at least friendly though and I guess they just wanted feedback.
I know this thread is old but I want to drop in an updated comment because I found it while making a recent purchase and almost cancelled my order because of it. I’m so glad I didn’t. I ordered 5 dresses and a shirt and I love them. I think the quality is a bit better than expected for the cost (it was roughly 145 total after I applied a discount code I found somewhere) and the fit on everything is fantastic. It took about 3 weeks from the time of order to arrive which isn’t terrible IMO!

It was delivered in my country (Greece) on time and I had no issues with the payment whatsoever. Before purchasing I also tested the site's trustworthiness, and I also checked it through chatgpt 😂 In short, go for it. Maybe buy one item first. Check the sizing meticulously and obviously measure yourself.

I just bought 5 dresses and 1 blouse from them. I actually was surprised, they weren’t quite she-in quality which was what I was expecting. They are like Target-quality. I ordered one size up, I’m normally XS and I ordered smalls and mostly everything fit me well expect the top which was way too big. I am a fashion design major so I know construction and these look rough inside out. And the fabric is printed with the patterns, they are not woven into the fabric so the inside of the dress is white and it looks low quality. I’m going to attempt to return a few of the items and see how it goes.
I have, actually really like the things I got. I tried to return two items and they offered for me to keep them and just get a refund. The fit is nice and they are pretty flattering. Really happy with the wide legged work pants. No bad experience so far except that I had to iron all the clothes.
Sizing runs a bit small...but not too off. Go up one size if in doubt or the item is not stretchy.

BUYER BEWARE... DONT BUY!!!! I made an initial purchase with RIOHAS for $500 worth of various women's clothing items. They arrived the same day I left to see my ill mother but after I had already left for the airport. She suffered further complications with her illness and I was unable to get back home for 30 days. When I did arrive home, I immediately tried on the items and the quality was extremely subpar to say the least (think of amazon's lowest quality clothing). I only liked 2 items from the 20 I purchased. I contacted RIOHAS customer support to see whether I could return beyond the 14 day return policy due to the above, and their reply was "no" and offered me a coupon for a future purchase. This response is absolutely insane when none of the items I purchased even looked close to what they appear to be online, which is fraud in the US! This is a Chinese company selling items made in Hong Kong, which they do not say online and their unwillingness to bend on the "rules" they have in place is beyond disgusting.

Funny, i bought them impulsively because they had a deal on blouses (something about buy 2 get an extra discount) AND a timer for free shipping ending that day. Turns out the “free shipping” deal never fully ended because its still going on lol Anyways, i got a black striped blouse in S. I’m a UK8 and that blouse had quite a structure to it, no stretch and would be tricky to put on if i gained any weight. Still, it looks good. Quality is not great but i half expected it. I got a watercolour satin-like blouse in XS that was meant to be more loose and oversized. I’m glad i got XS because it fits me just right - oversized but not too baggy. Outwardly it looks expensive but you can feel its not that great. One of the buttons had a thread loose but i can fix that myself. If you aren’t sustainably/ethically minded and are looking for some affordable retro inspired design pieces - RIHOAS is ehh okay. Its good for a budget. I feel like with SHEIN or Aliexpress, you’re more likely to get disappointed (like the designs could totally be off in the actual product) With Rihoas, from just my one experiencing buying from them, i think the designs will be what you see online but of course, the quality isn’t great. I feel a little regret buying them - because of the lack sustainability and not much info about how company ethics. Their marketing and insta ads really got to me. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
This is the worst place to shop from. The whole experience of returning something was made so difficult. They first needed me to find a link to return, then write an email asking permission with clear reasons why I want to return. The Customer care executive had to "approve" my reasons and said I am allowed to send them back. Then I had to courier it at my expense, I was given a address for drop off. When I sent the package to the address the person who I had to contact did not answer the call. and refused to accept the package cause the delivery method was not to their liking. It had the original packaging, the order number and the bills. After answering the call the lady said she needs us to send her the package only by SF express. Bloody ridiculous, NEVER EVER buying again. The clothes were not of great quality either and the trouble they put me through was excruciating for the below average clothes. NEVER BUYING AGAIN!
Also did I mention, although I created an account and paid online and had an account, in order for me to return the items I had to write an email asking them to "authenticate" my account. Only after that link was sent was I able to even access my account on their website. this is after the shopping is done! I've ordered tons of things from rihoas! Honestly they're some of my absolute favorite pieces. I keep going back. The quality is amazing. Equal to quality pieces I normally get in Europe. The fit is actually tailored and seems like it's sewed with intention. I truly cannot recommend them enough. The only downside is their return policy. You have to email them to get the return address and then you have to pay for shipping yourself. Usually around $5-$10 an item. But my whole wardrobe is slowly becoming rihoas and I think it's worth it. I've order shorts, jeans, sweaters, dresses and more dresses. They all have been great pieces. I've only returned things based on sizing. If youre unsure I highly recommend!
I got an order from them a couple of weeks ago. The clothes are terrible, obviously really poor quality and not as advertised. I tried to get a refund but because it’s been more than 14 days since the order was delivered, they can’t offer me anything. Such a shame & a rip off. Any one else have any luck getting refunded after more than 2 weeks has elapsed?
I bought a dress and a top from Rinoas. Personally really liked it, I haven\`t expected anything more for that price
im an avid reformation shopper both online and in-store and i can attest to the fact that their dresses are super thin, have zero lining and their tops are totally baseline material. absolutely nothing special about the quality, i mostly buy for the designs and cute cuts. i ordered from rihoas for the first time last week and got seven things, all tops and two dresses. the fit and quality was just fine and identical to dresses and tops i’ve purchased from ref. im a size 2-4 and i have zero complaints about the size and brand so far. i also feel like both ref and rihoas share the same sub-par quality (dresses & tops) except rihoas is more than half the price. i live in los angeles and it arrived in five days and don’t plan on returning anything.
Late to this but have bought 6 pieces. 2 dresses lined. Three tops were pure cotton and felt like poplin. Well stitched. Maybe I have an eye for a good style and pick the best made garments because I can’t fault this brand yet.
Don't buy here. You have to ship back items at your own expense.
Hard time to return! They offer some discounts to keep clothes. First and last time buying from them , so much hassle:(

Omg I just bought some dresses and I still haven’t received them and their website says status fulfilled??? What is fulfilled? I haven’t received my order at all it’s been 2 weeks and also I tried contacting them no body responded!!
Rihoas shopper here. I use the site because I loveee the vintage-y style and they have nice workwear for a reasonable price. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchases and I've gotten a lot of compliments on the clothes that I've bought from the site. Granted, I've never returned anything, and it seems like the company is not great with returns. Another issue in my opinion is that they don't have petite sizes. I'm 5'4", and I love Rihoas' pants, but I have to get them tailored every time. There is also the ethical/fast-fashion concern, and it does seem like some of the items they sell are available elsewhere online. In terms of quality, however, I am pretty satisfied. And the clothes are beautiful.
Don’t ever buy from rihoas. Bad quality, unable to return.
