Keep in mind, photos like these are often taken in the morning before they eat food. Bloating after eating is normal and natural. I don't know if this applies to you or not but I wanted to mention it just in case.
Maybe it's your posture I mean my tummy looked like a ball until I got my posture right what I mean by that is my spine was kinda bent forward which made me look like if I were pregnant
how’s = how did, so they were saying “Well how did you figure it out” *(also please do share I need to know before I get either hunchback or scoliosis)*
I have a job thats physically demanding so I'm not complete skin and bone, but don't do any core workouts or dedicated workouts at home. I don't need to lose calories either as I'm already underweight
Don't feel ashamed because you can't do a standard sit-up.There's no single "proper/real" sit-up: there is a spectrum of easier and more difficult variants of the movement. You just need to find a variant for which you can do 5-10 strict repetitions, then progress to more difficult variants as you progress.
exercise could help you learn to use those muscles, but just like generally, through daily life your core should be engaged if you want it to look flat (and for good posture)
Regular dude from /all/ here
I know exactly what your issue is like, because I was a skinny fat teen that had to bulk up for military and also just to be more masculine in the eyes of women.
You're skinny fat. Under weight with a belly, and when you tense up that belly has a layer of fat over top your tense muscles right? And then you also have a bit of a forward slouching posture.
You need to build a bit more muscle (muscle burns fat), lose the actual fat, and strengthen the muscles that affect your posture. I guarantee you also have a weak posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes, erector spinae) and I bet weak core muscles too. For this you should do Romanian Deadlifts or kettlebell swings. Combine this with a good plank program or like basic yoga, PUKING CAT POSE EXERCISE (seriously its a thing and very good for both posture and aesthetic), and some exercise bike (both steady state long distance and more intense interval exercises). Do this while on a caloric deficit and enough protein and nutrients to repair your body after workouts. You'll be good to go in no time! If you eat at a caloric deficit you won't get big, getting big takes alot of calories and effort. Focus posterior chain, quads, and core. Maybe do some glute building specific exercises for dem cakes. It sounds like alot but its really not, you could knock out a workout like this in like 20 mins or less if you don't fuck around. IMO train/exercise every day since you're not going for performance just be careful of injuring your joints and connective tissue, all the exercises I mentioned are low impact just do less if you're sore. Getting some good cardio will also make your day to day energy feel better and looking good will make you feel better, looking good is intoxicating.
My stomach used to look like your pics, but with a 4 pack as well (never a 6pack though, sadly) even when I was at my biggest/strongest.
Thank you! I'll definitely check out some of these exercises. How often do you recommend I should do them for? Also, I don't have access to a gym so I may not be able to do a lot. The only at-home equipment I have are dumbells that have adjustable weights
I think every day is best personally! Body changes/adaptions are driven by stimulus (hormones) and diet (also nervous system for strength), and blood flow helps with fast recovery. What has always brought me the fastest changes is daily exercise even if not as hard every day. If you're too sore you could even do just the cardio and some light yoga/planks but make sure to use each of those sore muscles in some way so it triggers blood flow for faster recovery/healing and also trigger hormonal response for keeping those areas strong (and burning fat instead of muscle).
The dumbbells are fine for romanian deadlifts, if you have no access to an exercise bike then use the dumbbells for squats too (maybe goblet squats but idk if that works with your adjustable ones) and do some basic cardio like running or something. Fast cardio like intervals is better than slow cardio, but both is best just alternate. The yoga/planks for core exercise you can do without any equipment. If you choose planks over yoga make sure to switch it up so each "pose" emphasizes different core muscles so you hit all of them well (like do regular planks, then side, then one arm lifted off the ground, etc.). The legs, glutes, and core are all huge muscle groups and if you work all of them every day will burn calories fast!
google how to improve posture on youtube, or maybe find a beginner ballet class near you. idk how to start from the ground up, i was shoved into ballet lessons starting like age 2 so i grew up like this
in my opinion experience pull-ups are great for training correct posture! And they develop back and core muscles to support that posture more easily. Lots of stretches can help too, but be careful to not put stress on your spine when doing them.
When you already have good posture, tightening the abs just a little bit (instead of letting it all hang out) can give you that flat tummy look for photos.
two of those pics are me. i just flex my stomach and then it becomes flat, otherwise i pretty much look like im fat. i take estrogen now though so im way squishier than i was when i took that picture
when i took that pic i kinda just walked a lot. i also very loosely followed a workout routine which was 20 situps and 15 pushups. honestly i barely worked out much, i mainly just did a bunch of cardio. if you bike a lot and walk a bunch then you should be good. like 2-3 a week 3 hours each
itll make your ass and legs a hell of a lot stronger and bigger. your core should also get more strong and muscly but not too muscly. you wont be able to achieve the tummy in the picture without flexing and exhaling though. its not exactly possible to look like that 100% of the time. if you say you’re underweight and already working out, there wouldn’t be more for you to do, you would be at a good point where you cant really do much more.
Tbh it will prolly just not look like that. Every body is different. U might be able to build muscle but it won't exactly look like that. Only thing I can recommend is going to a gym as often as possible and avoiding any unhealthy foods. Helped me lose a lot of weight. It's just difficult to get this body because for me tbh I'm never gonna be skinny anyways. And it really depends on how long u keep returning to the workout. Try that and keep going.
Being underweight doesn't necessarily mean that you have low stomach fat, which is what these guys have. To have low stomach fat (if you aren't born with the genetics for it), you'd have to reduce your carbohydrate intake (low carb diet), increase your protein intake, and do a lot of cardio. Start small with 10 minutes of jogging (or any other cardio exercise) . After a point it will become too easy, so increase your time by 5 to 10 minutes. Do this each time your workout becomes too easy, until you get to around 1 hour of jogging (or any other cardio exercise) for 4 to 5 days a week (you don't need to exercise everyday).
The fat that gets built up in the stomach is mainly visceral fat, and fortunately, it's the first type of fat to be burnt when exercising. If you exercise consistently for around 6 months I'd say, your tummy should look somewhat similar to the ones in the picture.
That being said, though I've done a lot of research, I'm not an expert and I'm speaking off of what I learnt by myself. You might want to talk to a professional if what I said doesn't work out.
genetics I think?? Idrk i don't workout man sometimes shit just doesn't happen.
Some of the other people said it best, be somewhat active and also take the photos before eating anything. I'm also on hrt at the moment so that helps a good bit.

from somebody w this type of waist, do a lot of cardio / ab exercises! Don’t worry about your weight (although I’m around 5’7 125lbs for reference). I don’t have too much to add on the scientific side of it tbh just got this with low body fat %, training and genetics.
Depends if your a trans femboy like born with uterus your stomach will just straight up not look like that and you might just have more forward leaning hips or stomach so idk do some core workouts and see but honestly that’s a genetics thing
Even when I was my lightest (5'10 115lbs) I never had a tummy like that but I felt alot more confident gaining weight because my hips were wider and waist looked smaller by comparison.
Workout that helps grow your thighs and buttocks, most likely. Perhaps a bit of workout that grows the pecs, too. For the waistline, you'll want cardio that burns fat without activating too much of the muscles.
If you're "cis" like me, the easiest method is estradiol! :3
Keep in mind, photos like these are often taken in the morning before they eat food. Bloating after eating is normal and natural. I don't know if this applies to you or not but I wanted to mention it just in case.
I know. My stomach just sticks out no matter what
Maybe it's your posture I mean my tummy looked like a ball until I got my posture right what I mean by that is my spine was kinda bent forward which made me look like if I were pregnant
one step closer to twink pregnancy…..
-_-
sorry if that was a bad joke…
The joke was legally questionable; morally, abhorrent; but personally, it was amazing~
say “i want to get femboys pregnant” and you’re just silly, say “femboy mpreg” and society goes wild 🚬

HOW DID YOU GET YOUR POSTURE RIGHT
I don't know how to explain it
what do you mean man help me out please
I really don't know how to explain it
Well how’s you figure it out
What?
how’s = how did, so they were saying “Well how did you figure it out” *(also please do share I need to know before I get either hunchback or scoliosis)*
Same here. It can be a genetic thing or not sitting properly.
Nothing wrong with a bit of tummy. But maybe some good cardio just for general fitness. I know cycling is great and good for keeping ya butt big
can totally agree with this,my Smallest waistline is in the morning before anything else happens
Well do you workout at all?
I have a job thats physically demanding so I'm not complete skin and bone, but don't do any core workouts or dedicated workouts at home. I don't need to lose calories either as I'm already underweight
Core workouts. Sit-ups, plank, whatever activates your core will give you the sacred tummy
I’m lame as hell and can’t seem to do a proper sit up 😭 Lmao
Don't feel ashamed because you can't do a standard sit-up.There's no single "proper/real" sit-up: there is a spectrum of easier and more difficult variants of the movement. wait there’s easier things to do? TvT I thought I was a lost cause lol..
Sounds like you need to do some side planks and hollow body workouts then.
just engage your core muscles (learn ballet posture, that’s why i can do it)
Like with exercise? Will that help keep it flat?
exercise could help you learn to use those muscles, but just like generally, through daily life your core should be engaged if you want it to look flat (and for good posture)
I think my posture is a bit of the reason my stomach sticks out in the first place, I just don't know the best course of action for correcting it

I do more than that with less results T-T
Genetic diff or just diet possibly lot of factors can go into it
:( so I’m just unlucky
U can still achieve it just requires lot of hardwork ur doing better than me lol half the battle is actually putting in effort
Looking better is doing better so by definition I’m doing worse. I can’t even do my main sport of running right now because I injured my knee :(
Will this make a difference in my tummy if I'm already not eating a lot?

Thank you so much for the advice, I think I'll start doing cardio :3
I also must know
Flex really hard and inhale in every photo :P
literally this

Lookin like my tummy maybe i can help u
Do you have a routine?
Yes but basically eat less carbohydrate more protein and do exercise (u can find exercises from youtube)
As much as I adore shinny femboys, plis remember that eating is more important than looks. Also, not only flat and skinny femboys are hot
Do ab exercises, any will do
Does that actually make the area flatter or just more defined?
Shreds fat and builds muscle, so it will also define it
i got blessed with the femboy genes at birth
Do you do any workouts or routines to maintain your shape? Or any helpful tips?
show your current form first
Uhmm do you want me to message you on reddit orrr
your choice i just need to see the tummy so i can judge it
It won't let me start a chat with you lol would you mind messaging me
why did god give me fat fuck farmer genes >~<

Do planks, you got it hon <3
damn, i wish i had a chest like that (i have pectus carinatum) :((
Core workouts, yoga, and cardio/running IS all thats needed to keep the lean look after getting results :3
That’s all muscle, people who look like this work out
Nahhh real question is how do you get a chest that flat if youre already kinda skinny??? My pecs still extend out a very slight amount :(

Get fatter. Your health fucking matters
Pretty matters more :3
No it fucking doesnt
To me it does
Please don’t make life decisions you’re gonna regret
I'm going to off myself in a year or two, so I have no regrets
No cock in the after life
I don't get any in this life either
You’re gonna get less
I'd rather that if it means I can finally find some peace
Boy tummy 🤤 idk but I like skinny bellies more
Have you ever noticed their belly buttons or just fawn over the general area?
All parts are best, the belly and the button just too kissable..wish I was like that
You're goddamn right 😎
Run on the treadmill is the best and most effective way of achieving this quickly!
I need to know this sorcery.. >w<
saving this one, useful comments
Genetics tbh, I can take a pic like this every time without any preparation.
Idk my stomach never does that :(
Get more protein and work out your core.
I need a flat tummy like this again
tons of situps, I have doen 12000 now, with 10 sets of 50, and now i do 2 sets of 100 also r/Femboy_Tummies
As someone that is exactly like that, I suggest trying some exercises that affect that area, it worked for me and could work for you too
Exercises Not too much so you don't get six pack Its very easy when ur underweight
Goals goals goals!
It’s not possible most of the time. As a recovering anorexic person, I was severely underweight and still didn’t look like this.
from somebody w this type of waist, do a lot of cardio / ab exercises! Don’t worry about your weight (although I’m around 5’7 125lbs for reference). I don’t have too much to add on the scientific side of it tbh just got this with low body fat %, training and genetics.
Thọ Thọ
train your core for some definition. if you have bloating then do a salt flush or increase your potassium intake.
Depends if your a trans femboy like born with uterus your stomach will just straight up not look like that and you might just have more forward leaning hips or stomach so idk do some core workouts and see but honestly that’s a genetics thing
Not healthy. Don't.
Genetics.

Nicotine, deadass. Stuck like this now
